The role of Senior Account Director is key to the growth of ICHI through the successful client management amongst new and existing opportunities. Working closely with the Studio Head (SH) & Client Services Director (CSD), you will support the growth strategy by nurturing strong client relationships, delivering creative excellence and recognising upsell and cross sell opportunities.

You are responsible for the day-to-day requirements needed to complete tasks for your multiple clients, negotiating internal and external blockers to generate more revenue and help champion ICHI as the go-to agency for our clients needs.

As part of the ICHI team, you will have full accountability to commercially grow accounts and you will manage global campaigns from conception through to final execution with confidence in presenting, pitching and creating proposals.

As Art Outsource Manager, you will lead and coordinate art asset development with our external partners. Responsibilities – Art Outsource Manager

·       Review outsourced assets, providing detailed, constructive feedback to ensure consistency in quality and style, whilst aligning with a project's vision and technical requirements.

·       Develop high-quality benchmark assets to set clear standards for outsourced teams, guiding them in achieving the desired quality and style expectations.

·       Organise and document all processes and feedback, ensuring clarity and consistency. Track the progress and quality of all outsourced assets through project management tools.

·       Proactively spot potential quality issues or discrepancies early in the process, ensuring any concerns are addressed swiftly. Establish clear guidelines to prevent recurring issues.

·       Ensure assets adhere to performance and optimisation requirements, including UV layouts, texel density, polygon counts, and other technical factors, while maintaining visual integrity across platforms.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with outsourcing partners to ensure alignment with project goals.

Essential Skills

Role overview

As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you'll create video content and design assets for various media, including designing, editing, and motion graphic animation. You'll collaborate with a team of Creatives, Designers, and Motion Artists, supporting our goals, and you may also lead a team of designers and motion artists. Our ideal candidate has advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software, is self-critical, able to address feedback constructively, and learns from each project. The MT Specialist will work in a team dedicated to the global deployment of Machine  
Translation in the Keywords Studios Localization Production chain, providing support in the initiation, testing, and troubleshooting MT engine output for various Keywords Studios projects. 

Key Responsibilities and Activities :  

 
Project Deliverables:  

Fully tested and certified Statistical and Neural MT systems built  using the KantanMT platform.  

This will include data preparation for training, testing, Language Quality Review (LQR), Predictive TER Scores and deployment of final approved engines into production. It will also involve ongoing support. 


Project Tasks include evaluation, preparation, compilation, testing, delivery, troubleshooting and back-up of the project files. Reviewing suitability of training data for inclusion in engine builds and analysis of engine output. Implementing and adhering to MTPE quality control processes for client deliverables. 

  •  Ongoing MT Analysis, Translation Memories, Termbases and Machine Translation  platforms on potential and deployed projects. 
  • Work with local/global localisation teams to review, test and deploy MT into new or existing projects 
    Gather and analyse MT data on deployed projects.
  • Evaluate Edit Distance/Productivity gains and report back to Production with final data. 
  • Help to troubleshoot and solve engine issues and support queries. 
  • Gather and analyse data from deployed projects, communicate analysis to project stakeholders and implement actions items required (engine rebuild, retrain etc.) 
  • Support MT Leads in day-to-day operations. 
  • Ability to problem solve and prioritise urgent tasks. 
  • Format, test, deliver and back up the project deliverables following set quality standards. 
  • Completion of projects on time and in line with quality standards. 
  • Provide daily feedback to the Program Manager on project tasks status. 
  • Create and maintain process documentation where required.

The role is to translate, and trans create from English into Polish player support, community and in game content for mobile games.
