Role Overview
The Associate Creative Director is key in supporting the Creative Directors in growing the business through high-quality creative development and execution resulting in new and repeat work. Reliable and highly motivated, the ACD relishes creative guardianship of the highest standard.
You will be responsible for the ideation and execution of a wide range of creative solutions; from IP branding to trailer production, social content, and 360 marketing campaigns.
Your role will combine excellent conceptual thinking with boundary-pushing executions, bringing industry knowledge to every project and leading the efforts of other creative team members too within the department. This requires the ability to provide constructive feedback to colleagues, effectively manage diverse personality types, keeping the team focused during challenging times, and step in when needed.

The Research Associate is a non-traditional role in which you will work on our data collection and quality team focusing on the improvement of an AI engine.
