Description

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team at Cobalt, with a focus on writing and content development. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and communicating the value proposition of our cybersecurity services, including pentesting and other offensive security offerings like secure code review and digital risk assessments. You will work closely with customers to develop compelling case studies and partner with the rest of the go-to-market team to drive engagement. Your responsibilities will include crafting white papers, marketing materials, and other content that clearly conveys the benefits and impact of our solutions, ensuring our messaging is both impactful and aligned with market needs.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and write compelling content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and datasheets, to effectively communicate Cobalt's cybersecurity services.
  • Collaborate with product management and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance, aligning with the latest product updates and industry trends.
  • Work closely with customers to identify success stories and translate their experiences into compelling narratives that resonate with our target customer profile (ICP).
  • Partner with the go-to-market team to drive prospect engagement through the funnel leading to closed-won sales.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, enablement, and marketing teams to ensure messaging is on point and well distributed across channels, including digital campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Continue the development of Cobalt’s messaging and positioning strategy, refining and optimizing based on customer feedback, sales realities, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
  • Assist in developing the overall content strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader marketing goals and supports lead generation and brand awareness efforts.

You Have

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of key concepts and trends in the industry.
  • Proven experience in content development, including writing white papers, case studies, and other marketing materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and compelling content.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and self-driven Technical Enablement Architect to design, develop, and deliver training content on Cloudflare Application Performance products and solutions. This role is critical in enabling our stakeholders, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners, and Customers.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Technical & Partner Enablement on the Sales Enablement team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with product technical marketing, product management, and the specialist organization to empower global field teams. This position is part of an experienced global team of technical enablement architects, responsible for creating and delivering technical training for all Cloudflare products and solutions.

As the Technical Enablement Architect (TEA) for Application Performance, you will be an integral part of the Technical Enablement team within the Sales Enablement organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Mastery: Maintain a deep technical understanding of Cloudflare Application Performance solutions, including new product updates and industry trends.
  • Scalable Solutions: Architect scalable enablement solutions such as labs, demos, apps, and virtual classrooms to benefit our audience.
  • Leadership: Display high standards of leadership by providing subject matter expertise within the Application Performance domain.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

About The Role:

This is a pre-sales role. Our Business Development Team is the first point of contact for many of our future customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and resolve end-to-end employee lifecycle events across 80+ international jurisdictions, emphasizing an exceptional employment experience for Remote’s clients and their employees.
  • Manage all modifications to Employment Agreements for both internal and external employees of Remote including but not limited to issuance of Employment agreement amendments, Employment documents, Letters and Employment Forms as necessary in the capacity of Remote’s global HR team.

  • Develop and update global internal documentation pertaining to Contracts Management, based on legislative changes, referenced by all internal teams. Proactively address internal and external inquiries on all employment matters in collaboration with Lifecycle’s internal stakeholders.
  • As a Specialist, provide sound guidance and manage clients' requests on various HR matters acting as a trusted consultant to clients and employees.
  • Draft, tailor and administer all employee lifecycle documents with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring employee records are maintained with strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • Process employee lifecycle events on Remote’s internal HRIS platform, collaborating with various internal stakeholders, such as Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Offboarding, Time and Attendance amongst other verticals, to ensure all aspects of the employee lifecycle pertaining to the employment terms are administered correctly and promptly.
  • Actively identify opportunities for and contribute to process improvements, automation, product development and overall customer and employee experience through the employee lifecycle process.
  • Safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information, adhering to established protocols, and ensuring utmost professionalism and discretion in handling and accessing such information

The base salary range for this full-time position is $23,350 - $52,550 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
