This role is for a Contract Email Developer who will provide temporary services to Hims & Hers on a 1099 basis. This is a 6-month contract for roughly 20 hours a week. 

You will be responsible for hand-coding custom email templates in HTML/CSS and liquid logic, ensuring high-quality and responsive email experiences for our users. You should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately replicate complex figma designs in email code. You must be able to show specific work samples of organized, high-quality HTML files for fully responsive and dynamic email templates.

You Will:

  • Code HTML/CSS email templates for promotional, transactional, and triggered email campaigns.
  • Manipulate and edit existing HTML/CSS email templates and template modules.
  • QA emails across a variety of email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) and devices to ensure consistent appearance and functionality.
  • Ensure figma designs are accurately replicated in code and solve for design challenges like dark mode rendering.
  • Utilize liquid logic to customize existing content blocks within email templates and create new content blocks to support a templatized, modular design system and corresponding code library.

You Have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in email development
  • Experience optimizing email code across all devices and clients (including Outlook)
  • Experience working within an existing design system and corresponding code snippet library.
  • Experience coding complex email designs (i.e background images, stacking elements on mobile devices, fluid mobile responsive breakpoints, etc)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

We’re looking for a Senior Product Director to join our team, someone who’s passionate about translating the needs of North American club and high school sports organizations into a product vision—then guiding our team to bring it to life.  

As a Product Director, you’ll: 

  • Own the vision. You’ll work with other leaders to set the strategy for our Competitive business unit, then maintain a product vision and roadmap that’s strategically aligned. What you bring as a project controller:

  • A bachelor degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field;.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Controller or similar business orientated finance role in a complex environment and preferably in the maritime, offshore, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure industry.

• Serve as the voice of the customer and interact with the HCTec remote delivery

Implementation Support

• Create, communicate, and manage implementation project plan with HCTec remote

delivery organization after acquiring a thorough understanding of client needs and

service requirements.

• Serve as HCTec point of contact throughout the implementation process, including

indirect management of additional HCTec resources, project timelines, and budgets.

• Attend scheduled client meetings to represent HCTec remote and onsite delivery

organization and provide status updates to appropriate parties.

• Escalate and aid in resolving issues professionally and appropriately.

Operational Reporting and Support

• Assist with definition of business requirements for new work tasks, unique client

situations, or similar activities, including supporting the proposal and deal process. As

required, partner with Transition Directors on specific client implementations/upsells.

• Ensure compliance with all client requirements and standards; partner with pre-Sales

team and Contract Management as needed to ensure delivery is aligned with

expectations.

• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external

stakeholders through Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, status meetings, and/or

other venues.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for clients and HCTec leaders using key account

metrics and client SLA parameters. Analyze results and recommend improvements.

• Proactively partner with operational teams, including Training and Quality, management,

and Workforce Management to close process, workflow, scheduling, or training gaps.

Process and Continuous Improvement

• Together with Managed Services leadership team, identify opportunities for standard

work or more defined processes, controls, and measurement; prioritize these

activities and serves as project leader in implementing new or enhanced work

standards.

• Analyze business unit, team, and client level data to identify trends and find process

gaps; reports findings to leaders using a set of defined processes, metrics, and

dashboards.

Provides financial and administrative support to the International Director of Finance (based in the UK) for our Global operations.  Countries include - Australia, Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, India, Singapore and the UK. 

This individual will be a key contributor to our global finance organization (based in the UK, India and US) and must have a team-oriented and hands-on work style, willing to deal with tasks great or small, whatever it takes to get the job done.

Job Duties:

  • Review and analyze VAT/GST on invoices & expense reports; prepare timely returns
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and reconcile statements; research and correct discrepancies
  • Administer the company travel & expense system to ensure compliance with global T&E policy and local compliance in each country
  • Work with HR to ensure all payroll related transactions are processed accurately and timely for all international payrolls
  • Prepare UK payroll using online software providers and assist with outsourced payroll companies for the remainder of countries.
  • Assist with the UK Pension Administration and monthly filings.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual P11ds and PSA filings.
  • Prepare payments for international payrolls and tax payments
  • Communicate payroll matters with employees
  • Record all payroll activity in the general ledger, book accruals as needed and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly
  • Maintain PTO trackers in compliance with local laws
  • Assist with all year-end accounts and tax reporting
  • Ensure a timely close of the general ledger including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and analyses
  • Assist with collating information for external accountants to complete the local stat accounts and respond to any requests for information/clarification
  • Assist with the annual audit of the parent Company’s financial statements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    - 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in the Technology industry
  • Experience in accounting software (e.g., Sage) and Microsoft Excel would be preferable.  Training will be provided.
  • An entry level understanding of US GAAP and UK GAAP.  International experience is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Strong work ethic with professional demeanour and attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail is a must
  • Strong problem solving and data analysis skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and with a team, in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

About the Role:

The Director of Marketing Operations and Analytics is a key strategic role responsible for driving the efficiency, scalability, and data-driven effectiveness of the marketing function. You will oversee marketing technology, data infrastructure, and analytics, ensuring that marketing strategies are executed flawlessly and that performance is measured and optimized for growth. This role combines operational leadership with deep analytics expertise, empowering the team with insights that enable smarter, faster decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in aligning marketing activities with revenue goals, customer insights, and overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate is constantly thinking about the next generation of digital marketing; how we can achieve more with what we have, how do we meet buyers where they are, assess if there are gaps in our tech stack, drive increased adoption and usage of our tools to increase sales and marketing productivity.  

As the marketing organization’s operational backbone, this role requires a proactive forward-thinker and hands-on leader who is passionate about innovation, technology, and the intelligent use of data to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations:
  • Design and lead the marketing operations strategy, ensuring scalable processes across lead management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, data orchestration, analytics tools, etc.) to ensure seamless integration, usability, and alignment with the sales and customer success teams.
  • Own the lead management process, including lead scoring, nurturing workflows, segmentation, and routing to ensure high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
  • Develop and optimize marketing workflows, increasing efficiency through automation and best practices across the team.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and account management teams, ensuring that all campaigns, data, and initiatives are in sync with organizational goals.
  • Govern data management and integrity, including data hygiene, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and accuracy across all marketing and sales platforms.
Analytics & Insights:
  • Lead the marketing analytics function, creating dashboards and advanced reports that provide deep insights into the full customer journey, including lead generation, attribution, funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain marketing models, such as multi-touch attribution, predictive lead scoring, customer segmentation, and lifetime value analysis, to enable more accurate forecasting and performance measurement.
  • Partner with finance and revenue operations teams to align marketing metrics with overall business objectives, creating a cohesive view of marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Monitor market and competitive trends using advanced analytics to inform strategy, campaign planning, and optimization efforts.
  • Deliver actionable insights to the executive team, identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation across all marketing programs.
Leadership & Strategy:
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing operations and analytics teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Develop operational and analytics talent within the marketing team by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making across the marketing team by promoting analytics best practices and the regular use of insights to inform strategies.
  • Drive operational efficiency, and ensure the successful execution of key initiatives within the digital marketing organization. 
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies, vendors, and tools to enhance marketing operations and data analysis capabilities.
  • Manage budget for the marketing operations and analytics functions, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximizing ROI from tools, technology, and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity in a SaaS or technology driven environment
  • Extensive experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and data orchestration (Openprise).
  • Proven track record of managing complex marketing technology stacks, data flows, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Expertise in building and managing advanced analytics models (e.g., multi-touch attribution, customer segmentation)
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and metrics, with experience developing and managing dashboards and reports
  • Experiences with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and supporting tools such as 6Sense

What You'll Do

Engineering Excellence: Contribute to the development of our SaaS platform, focusing on high-quality, scalable solutions using Ruby/Rails, Javascript/React. You Have
