Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
Oversee the development and execution of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience, with a strong technical background in T-SQL, Database and SQL, Cloud SQL, Data Build Tool, Azure DevOps, iPython, Kafka, Snowflake SQL, Snowflake, and Fivetran.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Show a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget

The Pharmacy Refill Technician will provide integrated support to pharmacy staff and Shields Health Solutions Liaisons by providing a 'hands-on" approach to ensuring accurate and timely filling and delivery of specialty medications. This role will work closely with health system pharmacy staff and Shields liaisons by emphasizing accurate workflows and leveraging technology to support optimal patient care and efficient operations.  Individual will be responsible for placing outbound calls to patients and assisting them through the entire refill process as well as receiving inbound pharmacy phone calls. 

Job Duties:

  • Always show kindness and compassion while providing knowledgeable and courteous assistance to patients, providers and pharmacy team members.
  • Make assigned outbound patient refill phone calls and complete the patient refill requests in a timely manner.
  • Answer, resolve and triage inbound inquiries appropriately.
  • Clarify prescription orders with pharmacist and/or clinician as appropriate.
  • Proactively coordinate medication refills including data entry and ensuring correct days supply is entered for all fills.
  • Following through with claim adjudication and troubleshooting and reject codes.
  • Partnering with pharmacy to ensure proper in-stock of medications.
  • Identify medications requiring special storage and/or handling such as hazardous medications and/or refrigerated medication.
  • Identify supplies necessary for select medications such sharps containers, needles/syringes, alcohol swabs, Band-Aids.
  • Properly discontinuing patients off service when appropriate.
  • Documenting work appropriately across all systems.
  • Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.
  • Other duties that facilitate patient access to medications as assigned
  • Apply observations and recommendations to operational issues, increased productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Identify trends, resolve problems, recommend improvements, implement change.
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Copywriting, you’ll work closely with art directors, the video team, and media buyers to bring creativity and data-driven results to life. ✨ More specifically, you will be asked to:

  • Create catchy, impactful scripts for social media ads (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Analyze performance data to fine-tune and optimize your content.
  • Develop offline copy for TV, podcast ads, and out-of-home media (billboards, grocery carts).
  • Write landing page copy that drives conversion as much as it attracts and engages visitors.
  • Work closely across Rocket products—from Rocket Money to Rocket Mortgage®—to ensure messaging resonates with each unique audience.
  • Bring fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions and collaborative efforts.
  • Apply a compliance-focused lens to every piece of copy.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a product manager of professional services specifically in: Network Services; Zero Trust; and Application Services.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the creation and configuration, adaptation, of SCOM monitoring management packs for in-house developed and/or COTS product applications
    • Minimum of 5years of experience with scripting/automating system administration tasks
    • Experience with migration of SCOM 2016 to 2019 and/or 2019 to 2022, in multi-domain environments including gateways and monitoring rules settings (related to infrastructure, network, databases and applications monitoring)
    • Experience with SCOM and ITSM tools integration to allow full automation of ticketing and alerting

    Qualifications
