INDG is hiring a Remote Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to join our team! As the Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing smart marketing strategies that drive growth and brand recognition, while considering relatively modest budgets. Your expertise will be essential in demand generation, lead generation, and maintaining the highest standard of visual quality across all our digital properties. If you are exceptionally enthusiastic about digital marketing and are looking for an opportunity to build something unique from the ground up, we encourage you to apply.

What is special about this role, is that it combines the responsibilities for two different companies: INDG, a CGI services company and Grip, a SaaS solution.

What is INDG?

Several of the largest consumer product brands in the world (Yamaha, Hugo Boss, Adidas, Honda, Electrolux) are trusting INDG (www.indg.com) for large-scale content production based on computer-generated imagery. Specializing in high-quality, scalable content for entire product portfolios, INDG’s approach revolves around the creation of digital twins for each product. From images and videos to real-time models, these digital twins are essential in streamlining the design process and bolstering presence across e-commerce platforms and marketing campaigns, thereby elevating the customer experience.

What’s Grip?

With the help of Grip (www.grip.tools), companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic media creation efforts into the cloud, effectively virtualizing production. The software solution Grip takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.

What will you be doing?

  1. Demand Generation: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to generate demand. Leverage various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising on relevant B2B channels, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  2. Lead Generation: Create and execute strategies for lead generation through organic and outreach methods. Manage and guide a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure effective outreach and engagement with potential clients.
  3. Brand Management: Carefully manage the company's branding, ensuring consistent and high-quality visual representation across all digital platforms, including websites and social media handles. Work closely with creative teams to uphold brand standards and visual aesthetics.
  4. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor marketing teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report on marketing ROI to stakeholders.
