Lead a High-Performing Team:

With a budget of ~$1.5M, you’ll ensure that each initiative maximizes ROI and contributes to both immediate growth and long-term brand building.

Leverage Data & Analytics

Data is at the core of our marketing decisions. You’ll use analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjust strategies based on performance, and ensure we’re optimizing our marketing spend to meet our goals. Your insights will help guide decision-making and keep us on track for growth.

Collaborate with Leadership & Location Teams

You’ll work closely with company leadership and teams across all Douglas J locations to align marketing initiatives with our overall goals. By understanding the unique needs of each location, you’ll tailor strategies to ensure that our marketing supports both local and company-wide success.

Innovate with Digital & Social Media

You’ll stay up to date with the latest industry trends and digital tools to ensure our marketing strategies are fresh, relevant, and effective. By tailoring these strategies to the specific needs of our location teams, you’ll create impactful social media campaigns and paid media strategies that drive real results and resonate with both prospective students and guests.

About the Role

Cloudflare’s Americas Marketing Team is searching for a Head of US Partner Marketing to collaborate with our sales leaders, campaign, and product marketing organizations to design & drive high-impact pipeline generation programs leading to closed-won bookings.

The Director, US Partner Marketing will lead a growing team aligned to sales, utilizing data and historical performance to inform quarterly plans & strategies.

This key leader will be responsible for coordinating and managing a comprehensive marketing approach for our US Partner community including regional and national resellers, distributors, and service-providers.

Locations: San Francisco or Austin 

Responsibilities

  • Team leadership: proven experience as a manager, building team performance and culture in a high-growth environment
  • Planning & execution: demonstrable skill working with teams to build & execute quarterly and yearly plans including budget management and projection of results
  • Performance monitoring & management: proven track record using enterprise analytics to monitor and optimize program performance, including investment rationalization, based on past performance and results
  • Sales alignment & partnership: experience working in partnership with sales and channel leaders to enable partners with account engagement and demand generation programs leading to opportunity discovery and pipeline creation.
  • Cross-organization collaboration: represent the Americas team in the global go-to-market motion relating to partners, including sharing best practices, plans & strategies for the betterment of Cloudflare sales & marketing as a whole.

Your Qualifications

  • 10+ years in US partner marketing role in $1B+ B2B technology organization in cybersecurity or networking; minimum 5 years as a manager
  • Direct experience working extensively with channel sales managers, leaders, and technical teams.  Equivalent experience working across the partner landscape including regional and national resellers, distributors, and service-providers.
  • Budget oversight of $1M+ annually, including experience with partner investment models including MDF and co-op funding programs.
  • Experience building and launching new initiatives to the partner community including enablement, incentives, and performance management
  • Hands on experience with predominant sales and marketing systems such as Salesforce, analytics platforms, and partner management systems.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of enterprise lead-management processes and marketing attribution approaches, in particular relating to partner deal-registration and partner marketing investments
  • Effective working across organizational boundaries and building relationships to accomplish objectives
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or other related fields; MBA a plus

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Colorado, Illinois, Maryland and Minnesota based hires: Estimated annual salary of $214,000 - $262,000.
  • For New York City, Washington, Washington D.C. and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $239,00 - $293,000.
  • For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $252,000 - $308,000.

About this team and role:

We are seeking an expert marketeer to lead our marketing efforts in Europe, aligning with our global strategy while tailoring approaches to the diverse consumer and community demands of some of Mozilla’s focus markets particularly Germany, UK and France. Qualities you possess...

The US-based salary range for this position is $185,000 to $290,000. What You’ll Do

  • Marketing Analytics:You will develop and measure marketing KPIs, assist in ROAS optimization, develop media mix model and attribution methodologies like MTA, targeting and creative optimization, online purchase funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, marketing Insights, and campaign analysis

  • Marketing Analytics Experience: Experience working with media mix modeling, marketing measurement and attribution, targeting and creative optimization, online purchase funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, marketing insights and campaign analysis, and deep knowledge of marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Technical & Statistical Proficiency: Working knowledge of marketing data architecture (CDP) and analytical tools like Mode and Tableau. Proven experience with effective use of statistical concepts and product experimentation, including power analysis, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, and regression models as well as causal inference techniques.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM Technologies: You are an expert in Google Analytics, capable of harnessing its power to enhance our understanding of user behavior and product performance.

Towards this aim, Culture’s first offering enables biopharma, biotechnology, and synthetic biology companies to run their bioprocessing R&D in the cloud. Clients design, manage, and analyze bioprocess experiments in Culture’s Console web application. Culture’s offering enables customers to focus on designing and improving their process versus spending time and effort building out their own high-throughput process development laboratory. While customers remotely observe the process and analyze data, the experiments are executed in Culture’s cloud bioreactor facility in South San Francisco. The facility is enabled by Culture’s proprietary 250mL and 5L single-use bioreactor technology and software systems.

The Opportunity: 

Culture Biosciences is looking for a Marketing Director to build on Culture Bioscience’s innovative solutions (Service and Product), brand and value in the life sciences marketplace focusing on biopharma and biotech.

This opportunity is targeted to an experienced Product Marketer with extensive marketing communications, B2B strategy and execution, and brand creation/awareness experience. This is an agile role involving the building and execution of a rapidly developing Marketing organization within the global Commercial Team.  

This role is responsible for creation, communication and execution of annual strategic marketing plans including brand development and lead-generation efforts supporting Sales/Business Development workstreams. The role contributes to driving growth of Culture Biosciences’ offerings and new product introductions (NPI) launches (products and services). The Marketing Director is a key leadership position within the global Commercial Team, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, and a member of the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT).

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Plan and deliver an actionable comprehensive strategy incorporating insights from market data, trends, competitor activity, qualitative and quantitative marketing research, customer insights (VoC) and industry reports.
  • Develop and implement a brand positioning and customer segmentation strategy that aligns, differentiates and drives Culture’s product and services vision and supports Sales growth and execution.
  • Design and align an annual Marketing plan and strategic multi-year brand growth/market penetration plan collaborating with Culture Biosciences’ Sales, Business Development, Product Management and Application Technologies strategic initiatives. 
  • Design and manage effective Marketing frameworks/tools: Customer journey and touchpoints mapping; Customer personas/profiles; market data/Customer engagement; and marketing campaign performance/impact dashboards.

Tactical Execution:

  • Own and improve marketing processes and tools.
  • Build consistent operating processes for internal and external marketing communications
  • Drive effective brand recognition and awareness programs with meaningful articulated and measured KPI’s.
  • Develop and implement marketing and NPI launch plans for new products and services.
  • Design, develop and execute active social media channels and monitor impact KPI’s. 
  • Lead the creation, development, and execution of technical content collateral communications (internal and external).
  • Design, deliver and execute digital marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Manage trade shows, conferences, and events (internal and external).
  • Partner with Sales/BD/AppTech/ComOps to ensure Marketing plan is executed in alignment with Commercial priorities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field. Advanced technical degree/secondary major in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or other Life Sciences disciplines is a significant plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional Sales, Marketing and Communications experience within the Life Sciences sector is required; bioprocessing expertise his highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated effective thought leadership and advocacy with senior leaders of an organization.
  • A passionate champion of Culture with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration and engagement experience.  
  • Remote-based with willingness to travel 30%.

  • Remote-based position with willingness to travel 30%.

Base Salary Range:

Culture Biosciences's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all qualified full-time roles and a great benefits package. The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000 based on skills, experience and expertise.
