This role requires quickly learning storage related specifications (PCIe/NVMe/SATA), understanding customer requirements and use cases, reviewing test specifications, planning test infrastructure integration, and providing resolution to failures root cause.
The manager should have a good understanding of the qual tests and be able to provide guidance for failures root cause. Critical KPI will be ensuring all OEM requirements are closed per Polarion, all tests are understood and deployed in proper quantity, test plan is thoroughly vetted by PDT, and JIRA are quickly turned over. The last outcome is around attitudes and teamwork. There is some fluidity in our work so the manager must be flexible, able to handle tight schedules and shifting priorities with finesse. People should still want to work with this person, even during times of high pressure. The ideal manager will be able to balance personal and work needs, work more if and when it is required, lean on the team when they need to but also provide support to others as needed.

Role Purpose

TheProgram Success Manager & Career Coach (PSM & CC) holds a variety of responsibilities related to cohort-based program management within a career track (e.g., IT Support, Java Development, Client Success). The role is primarily focused on coaching learners - a major driver of our program success. The PSM & CC plans and delivers career coaching and facilitates professional skill development through personalized coaching sessions in addition to cohort-wide and small group programming to ensure participants are job-ready post-graduation.

The Senior Counsel – Privacy will join NielsenIQ’sPrivacy Team, and will work as part of a team of global privacy and data protection professionals to ensure privacy and data protection compliance while enabling business innovation. The position will report to the Associate General Counsel, Privacy with a dotted line for certain matters to the General Counsel, Technology & Privacy.
Responsibilities include:
Leading the implementation of privacy compliance processes, including privacy impact assessments, data inventories, data subject access requests, and vendor privacy reviews.
Reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements with customers, business partners and vendors with a focus on privacy and data protection terms.
Advising NielsenIQ’s business on global data protection and privacy laws and regulations, drawing on knowledge and experience with specific industry requirements, self-regulatory codes, and best practices. An integral part of the Data Science team, the Senior Data Scientist will play a key role in our fast growing organization, helping us discover and exploit data. The candidate will be responsible for answering sophisticated business questions using complex data patterns. The primary focus will be on applying data mining techniques to identify business opportunities and build high quality decision support products & decision making systems. He/She will challenge processes to make smarter decisions while advocating and evangelizing data-fuelled models to support our success. The candidate will support and mentor other data scientists and find solutions to unstructured problems (proposing solutions, methodologies, etc) for a specific business area.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for producing new, creative and leading-edge solutions through all aspects of the data science product lifecycle, including productionalization of developed solutions.
