Who you are...

As the Solution Software Engineer you have the following skills and experience:

Technical skills:  

• Good C language knowledge is mandatory. 

• Strong technical background: Embedded development and debug (including hardware debugger), ARM technology, system-on-chip (SoC), Android OS, Linux kernel and drivers, Fingerprint sensors, Cryptography, Secure policies and practices. Proven methodological testing skills an advantage. 

• Knowledge in these areas is an advantage: TrustZone, TrustZone-M, secure boot, crypto experience, how security relates to communication protocols, and of the principles necessary to provide end-to-end security. 

• An analytical mindset, able to approach a problem and devise a systematic way of solving it.

Despite being ranked by the World Health Organization as a top 10 most disabling condition, having a lifetime prevalence of over 2%, and causing people to be 10 times more likely to die by suicide, OCD is commonly misrepresented as a personality quirk. Moreover, the "gold-standard" treatment for OCD called Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) has never been widely-accessible. The mission of NOCD is to ensure everyone with OCD knows they are not alone and has access to evidenced based care. Dans le cadre des projets qui vous seront attribués, vos missions seront les suivantes : 

Gestion financière et contractuelle :

• Négocier avec le client les conditions contractuelles et financières,
• Etre le/la garant(e) de la rentabilité des prestations des projets supervisés,
• Transmettre les reportings et suivre l’avancement des éléments financiers.

Technique et organisationnelle :

• Assurer le rôle de chef(fe) de projet ou superviseur/se sur un dossier,
• Garantir la bonne réalisation des prestations dans le respect des obligations contractuelles et réglementaires de l’entreprise,
• Gérer la planification des ressources (humaines et matériels) en veillant au respect des délais contractuels,
• Participer à la montée en compétences des équipes intervenant sur les projets,

Qualifications

De formation technique spécialisée en chimie, géologie ou environnement (Master 2 ou/et Ecole d’Ingénieur) ou équivalent, vous possédezune expérience professionnelle de plus de 10 ans dans le secteur des Sites et Sols Pollués (SSP)et maitrisez les métiers de la dépollution.

Vous maîtrisez les méthodes de management transverse, la gestion et la supervision de projets, la gestion contractuelle et commerciale. 

Vous êtes une personne dynamique et faite preuve d’esprit d’équipe. Vous êtes également reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et vos aptitudes relationnelles. Enfin, une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques est nécessaire (idéalement Google Workspace).

Vous serez amené(e) à effectuer des déplacements sur nos différents chantiers sur la région Ile de France - Nord ainsi vous disposez du permis B et êtes mobile sur la région Ile de France.
