Enterprise Product Manager

UpworkRemote
Salesremote-firstDesignc++

Upwork is hiring a Remote Enterprise Product Manager

Upwork ($UPWK) is the world's work marketplace. We serve everyone from one-person startups to large, Fortune 100 enterprises with a powerful, trust-driven platform that enables companies and talent to work together in new ways that unlock their potential.

Last year, more than $3.8 billion of work was done through Upwork by skilled professionals who are gaining more control by finding work they are passionate about and innovating their careers.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Product Manager to join our Enterprise product team, reporting to Enterprise Product leadership. The role involves working with top global companies in a dynamic and expanding field, addressing complex challenges as Upwork explores new ways of working with Enterprise companies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize solving problems for customers (enterprise clients, talent, internal teams), not building features for the sake of building. In other words, don’t just ‘default’ to pushing for new features and functionality; evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner first to identify and implement scalable, high-impact solutions for customers, ensuring alignment with Upwork’s strategic goals of scaling Upworks Enterprise business.
  • Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation on bold, new solutions, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release, and be proactive & curious throughout the process.
  • Prioritize speed and creating an impact over perfection.
  • Be passionate about doing product work, not just managing/maintaining the existing platform
  • Focus on creating new solutions based on enterprise client needs. Identify client problems proactively, define high-impact solutions, and drive implementation of new solutions to achieve product-market fit.

What it takes to catch our eye:

  • 4+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally scaleup/start-up). Experience in the HRTech space is a nice-to-have, not a must-have
  • Experience with products that are consumption-driven, not just SaaS. Ideally, experience at a company that is a tech-enabled services company. Preferably, at a company that is selling to enterprise customers; experience with ‘enterprise-grade use cases (complex, diverse, high volume).
  • A good grasp of technical concepts relevant to the product. Technical background is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, while driving results.
  • Passionate about creating delightful experiences for both the end-user and our teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and being pro-active
  • Invested in creating real impact, not just incremental improvements.
  • Major plus: used/experimented/done work with LLMs and “post chat GPT AI” and has successfully leveraged these cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and develop forward-thinking solutions that align with and propel Upwork’s strategic objectives in the evolving work marketplace.

Come change how the world works.

At Upwork, you'll shape talent solutions for how the world works today. We are a remote-first organization working together to create exciting remote work opportunities for a global community of professionals. While we have physical offices in San Francisco and Chicago, currently we also hire full-time employees in 19 states in the United States.

Our vibrant culture is built on shared values and our mission to create economic opportunities so that people have better lives. We foster amazing teams, put our community first, and have a bias toward action. We encourage everyone to bring their whole selves to work and grow together through development opportunities, mentorship, and employee resource groups. And oh yeah, we've also got amazing benefits - including medical insurance for you and your family, unlimited PTO, 401(k) with matching, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, and a generous Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Check out our Life at Upwork page to learn more about our benefits and the employee experience.

Staff Implementation Manager

Clover HealthRemote - USA
Salesremote-firstc++

Clover Health is hiring a Remote Staff Implementation Manager

Counterpart Health: Value-based care, at the point of care.

At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes for patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions.

We are hiring a Staff Implementation Manager on the Counterpart Assistant team. You will be the critical team member in transitioning customers from prospects to live. From engaging prospective customers in the late stages of deals and helping shape the upcoming implementation through successfully launching new customers on CA. You will be the first individual in this role and help shape the way we approach future implementations.

In this role you will be accountable for successfully launching major new customers, and will work across the entire organization to ensure that success. Partnering with sales, customer success, product, engineering, SRE, data science and more you will optimize the product skill of high degrees of accountability and deliver success via influence. In this role you will develop the playbook (literally) for how we go end to end from prospect to live for our technology organization. The ideal candidate will be an expert in project management,  have an understanding of clinical data management, strong technical expertise, and a passion for driving successful customer relationships.

As a Staff Implementation Manager, you will:

  • Partner cross functionally with almost every function of the organization to support successful implementations.
  • Build end to end project plans for complex, multistep projects with considerable cross company dependencies. Start, write, and iteratively improve an implementation playbook and process as we learn new challenges and patterns from new customers. You will be directly responsible for writing the content and developing the materials used both internally and externally for how we get from sales to live.
  • Quantify the progress and quality of our implementations; if you can’t measure it, you can’t describe how you’ve moved it
  • Be accountable to outcomes of the implementations, finding solutions to problems and enabling the success of the implementations
  • Use your technical abilities to monitor and address data quality issues as they arise during implementations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data

Success in this role looks like:

  • Over the first 90 days you’ll hit the ground running! We are actively involved in implementations and you’ll be able to shadow and join those implementations to learn the ropes. The goal of the first 90 days is to learn the different elements of the implementation process (customer data feed integrations, EHR integrations, internal system configurations) and build the playbook for the next waves of implementations.
  • Within the first 6 months, success is measured by getting the cycle time and thrash from enterprise implementations down. Ideally by 6 months we’ve established a more standard process and SLAs for implementation steps based on the different stakeholder timelines, what is the timeline for Counterpart and what is the timeline for the customer.
  • Over time, this individual's performance will be measured based on the consistency, speed, and on-target delivery of our customer implementations. The individual can take on each of the phases of the post-sales process to run consistently and on time, delighting customers in the process.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have minimum of 10+ years experience working with technical product implementations
  • You have a minimum of 3+ years experience working with healthcare technology implementations (experience with EHR and data feed integrations ideal)
  • You have experience being part of an empowered product organization
  • You are an expert with project management processes

  • Financial Well-Being: Our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive base salary and equity opportunities. Additionally, we offer a performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews to recognize and reward exceptional contributions.
  • Physical Well-Being: We prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and their families by providing comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Your health matters to us, and we invest in ensuring you have access to quality healthcare.
