What You'll Do:

Join Cloudflare to manage and improve the onboarding experience for the Cloudflare for Startups program. This job will play a crucial role in improving and maintaining the growing demand of customer onboardings. The ideal candidate is process driven, organized, communicative, and willing to own the entire onboarding lifecycle for Cloudflare for Startup participants. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record of improving processes, exceptional multitasking abilities, and experience in customer-facing or program management roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and streamline the onboarding process for startups in the Cloudflare for Startups program
  • Manage and report on a tight SLA from application to successful onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new startups.
  • Collaborate with the Cloudflare for Startups Lead, Shared Services, Engineering, Billing, and other teams to manage and improve the overall process.
  • Help answer any questions and/or requests from startups and accelerators in need of assistance throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the onboarding process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and resources to support the onboarding process.
  • Help support new accelerators and ensure successful implementation across GTM systems.

Examples of Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing, operational, and/or program management role.
  • Proven track record of improving processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be a valued member of Cloudflare’s commercial legal team.  You will also collaborate and work cross-functionally with other internal groups, across the sales, customer success finance, and partnerships teams.  The position is based in Austin, TX or San Francisco, CA  and frequent communication with our other offices will be required.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with the intake management of all contracts via internal systems and conduct correspondence with all stakeholders regarding the status of contract requests
  • Manage busy contract queue and prioritize urgent requests as necessary prior to legal counsel review
  • Conduct initial review of contracts in relation to risks stemming from contract language, internal legal thresholds, and other criteria
  • Assist with commercial negotiations, including NDAs, and MSAs, and any other general commercial terms and conditions

  • B.A. or B.S. degree; paralegal certification a plus but not required

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs that deepen customer relationships and drive revenue growth? In this leadership role you’ll be a key contributor to our growth strategy. You’ll wear multiple hats – a strategist, a conductor, and a maker – all while leading a talented team of 1:1 account-based marketers. You’ll collaborate with marketing leaders across the team to ensure a consistent customer experience across touchpoints.  

What You’ll Do:  

  • Unify the Approach, Amplify the Impact: Collaborate across marketing leadership and sales to define our global ABM strategy across account segments, regions, sales plays, and ABM programs. Translate this into a playbook to ensure how we go to market with ABM campaigns is consistent, easily repeatable, and is well understood by marketers and sales around the globe.   

  • Drive Customer Impact: Lead 1:1 Account-Based Marketing programs in close partnership with the Global Account sales team to drive personalized engagement and revenue growth with our most strategic customers.  

  • Metrics for Success: Develop standardized measurement framework to highlight ABM performance metrics and show business impact across 1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many programs. Develop internal sales advocates to champion ABM success and highlight customer impact.  

  • Deep Dive into Tools: Ensure we are getting the maximum productivity out of our ABM tech stack and serving up meaningful account insights to sellers with the ability to scale these reports.  

  • Lead and Mentor Team: Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Experienced leader with 10+ years in technology marketing, including 2+ years leading a team, with a track record of success with ABM programs.  
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications or similar 

Preferred Qualificatons: 

  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize independently and delegate tasks to team members when appropriate. 

  • Proven success working effectively with sales, product management, and marketing to build strong relationships and achieve outcomes. 

  • Clear understanding of go-to-market priorities and track record successfully partnering to deliver clear playbooks and high impact programs. 

  • Strong understanding of how to use marketing technology tools like 6Sense, Salesforce, AEM, and data analytics tools.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for working with internal and external customers to perform billing and collection functions to support the billing operations processes. This role handles inbound customer calls to help resolve billing issues, process returns and create appropriate solutions in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • 2 to 4+ years of B2B Accounts Receivable experience
  • 2 to 4+ years in a customer-facing role with strong customer service skills and a courteous and professional demeanor
  • Proven track record of successful customer service with the ability to quickly respond to the customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions

Role overview

The Regional Sales Director will seek to build relationships in the assigned geographical market with dealer decision makers and automotive dealership groups. Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and communicate a vision for the technology discipline across UK&I, while ensuring understanding across the practice groups / technology sub-disciplines and domains
  • Be an executive sponsor on high-profile client engagements across Merkle; consult directly with clients and help steer high priority client relationships.
  • Support new business pitches and client development / cross-sell opportunities.

  • Assist in monitoring performance to ensure compliance with legal requirements, customer specifications, laws, and regulations.

  • Lead training sessions for internal business team members on the use of the contract management system.

  • Create reference documents (FAQs) for contracts across markets and similar reference documents.
