The Digital Analytics Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the digital analytics infrastructure, driving actionable insights through data collection, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in tools like Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) and possesses a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem. This role will work closely with marketing, marketing operations, revenue operations and technology teams to ensure data accuracy and provide insights to improve the overall digital performance of the business. This is an individual contributor role.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Google Analytics & GTM Management:
    • Lead the implementation, configuration, and management of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
    • Ensure proper tracking of website activities, including traffic, conversion paths, user behavior, and campaign performance.
    • Manage tags, triggers, and variables in GTM to capture the right data points for analysis.
    • Set up custom tracking, goals, funnels, and segments in GA to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior to provide actionable insights.
    • Create detailed reports and dashboards using Google Looker Studio (or similar tools) to visualize performance trends.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine strategies based on data insights and drive conversions.
    • Formulate and execute A/B tests, multivariate testing, and optimization analysis to recommend improvements.
  • Reporting & Visualization:
    • Create weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to track digital marketing performance.
    • Partner with Marketing Analytics to provide advanced analysis of channel performance, attribution, customer journey, and ROI.
    • Build and maintain dashboards for stakeholders to monitor KPIs.
  • Data Integrity & Tag Governance:
    • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data collected from multiple digital sources.
    • Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot any discrepancies in analytics tracking.
    • Work with development teams to ensure proper data layer implementation and tag deployment.
    • Maintain a governance structure around tag management, tracking standards, and data layer protocols.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing, UX, SEO, paid media, and development teams to optimize digital efforts.
    • Provide technical guidance on analytics tools and tracking strategies.
    • Communicate data findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications/Experience 

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of experience in digital analytics, specifically with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
    • Google Analytics and GTM certifications are a plus.
    • Strong understanding of GA4, Universal Analytics, and event-based tracking.
    • Proficiency in managing tags, triggers, and variables within GTM.
    • Experience with tracking complex conversion paths, e-commerce, or lead generation funnels.
    • Familiarity with additional tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce.com products (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) are a plus.
    • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for tag troubleshooting and implementation.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Strong data analysis skills with experience in segmentation, cohort analysis, and attribution modeling.
    • Advanced knowledge of key digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, display, social media).
    • Experience in testing and optimization methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Highly detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and problem-solving.

Job Description

We seek a seasoned leader for our Global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. This pivotal role will help drive customer awareness, engagement, and revenue growth in key accounts around the world. As the Senior Global ABM Manager, you will establish our Global ABM Center of Excellent (CoE).  This function will shape comprehensive ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts and establish the roadmap for maturity of global ABM programs.  You will manage the growth of the program through initiatives including technology adoption, best practices, measurement, and scalable campaign creation, while tracking and reporting on the success of ABM initiatives across stakeholders and executives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Field Marketing & Field ABM, Marketing Operations, Sales, BI and Product, to align ABM efforts with overall business objectives.

About the Role

  • Establish COE and ABM scalability: Define and implement processes to expand the ABM program globally, including scalable strategy for 1:1, 1:few and 1:many segmentation. Guide best-practice adoption and efficiency in the field through activities including account selection, digital programs, and vertical personalization. 

Develop Playbooks: Develop a comprehensive ABM playbook and digital toolkits with multi-industry themes and scalable personalized programs.  Initiate centralized ABM creative programs on a global scale (e.g. exec welcome kits, holiday programs). Take a leading role in ABM planning, automation, and communication at a global level. Data management and technology: Partner with Marketing Operations and Technology to define the roadmap for ABM-related software ROI maximization, including data enrichment, account insights, and campaign orchestration. Define requirements for MQA funnel and operations. Reporting: Refine KPI and program metric framework. Track program results, measure success, and report performance to stakeholders. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead global business reviews to share learnings, review global best-in-class campaigns, and analyze results. Interface with leadership team and stakeholders across multiple functions to drive alignment for successful ABM execution.

About You

  • Accomplished Global ABM Strategist:Demonstrated success in developing and implementing global ABM strategies that drive revenue growth. Adept at using marketing automation to streamline campaigns and enhance account penetration.
  • Cross-functional leader: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align them with ABM goals. Strong collaboration and communication skills across departments and geographies.

Requirements 

Minimum of 10 years in B2B SaaS Marketing, with over 8 years dedicated to ABM.  Experience in cybersecurity or industry leading ABM programs strongly preferred.  BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. In-depth knowledge of ABM tools, technologies, and best practices, including but not limited to ABM platforms (6sense/Demandbase); automation and CRM systems (SFDC, Marketo); reporting (Tableau); and orchestration and personalization tools. Successful marketing experience in planning, developing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns for B2B tech/SaaS products. Strong understanding of funnel metrics and levers for generating qualified account engagement and accelerating pipeline velocity. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights, and translate it into actionable changes.

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Colorado, Illinois, Maryland and Minnesota based hires: Estimated annual salary of $192,000 - $234,000.
  • For New York City, Washington, Washington D.C. and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $197,000 - $241,000.
  • For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $206,000- $252,000.

    As Field Marketing Manager, you will…

    • Manage programs and events that help us reach executive buyers, expand wall-to-wall deals, accelerate pipeline growth, and support our revenue marketing objectives through elevated in-person experiences in our top accounts.
    • Create, launch, and manage event program briefs to include cross-functional team inputs and project deliverables. 
    • Collect, report, and analyze field marketing data, making data-driven recommendations for improvements on event programs.
    • Own dedicated internal communication channels and create enablement materials for on-site attendees, including pre-show event prep documentation, pre-and post-show outbound sequences, event kickoffs, and post-show retros.
    • Enhance field activations, build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external event vendors, agencies, and venues.
    • Manage and coordinate logistics for field events, ensuring successful execution and follow-up.
    • Travel onsite to event programs as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Has 4+ years of Marketing experience with 3+ years experience in field/event marketing.
    • Experience executing field marketing programs at B2B companies in the past.
    • Experience in building and scaling event efforts in high-growth environments, demonstrating adaptability and agility.
    • Experience working closely with sales and customer success.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • A good understanding of how events tie to revenue/sales objectives.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as Pardot, Salesforce, and Tableau to track and measure campaign performance is a plus.
