Rattaché(e) au Responsable Comptable clients immobilisations VSA, vos missions seront les suivantes : 

  • Mettre en œuvre et gérer sous la responsabilité du responsable fiscale internationale le calcul et l’analyse des prix de transfert, la documentation prix de transfert, la gestion des données fiscales sous le MDI (Data owner) ainsi qu’aux refacturations intra-groupe (personnel et services fees).

Plus en détail :

Prix de Transfert (TP) 

  • Elaborer et optimiser les nouveaux prix de transfert pour les lancements de produits.
  • Alerter sur les TP déjà calculés qui ne correspondent plus à la réalité (variation du coût de production/variation du prix de vente final) en fonction du contexte économique ou financier.
  • Être force de proposition pour ajuster les TP en conséquence.
  • Superviser et réévaluer périodiquement (à minima annuellement) les TP afin de pouvoir gérer et conduire l’ensemble des transactions intra-groupe des produits.
  • S’assurer du bienfondé du calcul dans le respect de la politique prix de transfert.
  • Conduire les analyses par filiales, pour s’assurer que les ratios financiers suivis sont cohérents au sein du groupe et vs les benchmarks.
  • Effectuer toute simulation demandée pour un recalcul de partage de marge.
  • Piloter, imaginer et améliorer la matrice des flux inter-compagnies pour les produits stockés afin de promouvoir la juste répartition des marges d’un point de vue fiscal. Participer aux différentes études / ateliers en collaboration avec le reste de VTQ pour la définition des flux des produits afin de s’assurer de la juste répartition des marges d’un point de vue fiscal.

Documentation prix de transfert 

  • Centraliser pour chaque entité du groupe, les flux intragroupes pour une année donnée (extraction BFC, Qlikview, Requêtes particulières auprès des filiales…).
  • Préparer les tableaux adhoc, pour les insérer dans les books TP.
  • Gérer la documentation à la suite des décisions prises lors des négociations intra-filiales et administrer les justificatifs à l’appui (intérêts de cashpooling, prêts, comptes courants, détail des produits semi-ouvrés, négociation TP vs prix net, refacturation de frais de personnel intra-groupe et services fees…).
  • Coordonner, structurer, concevoir et améliorer les Books TP (master files et local files), s’assurer de la bonne communication aux filiales.

Gestion des flux IC de produits dans le Master DATA - ITEM 

  • Collecter, définir et organiser les flux IC dans le MDI.
  • Data-owner de la matrice des flux IC.
  • Paramétrer la matrice de calcul des TP en intégrant les nouveaux outils (MDI-Bi, Rolling Forecast-Bi) et s’assurer de l’exhaustivité des flux en comparaison avec la base de suivi des ventes consolidées.
  • Alimenter le MDI avec des nouvelles données financières permettant d’affiner le calcul des marges et des TP (ex : Royalties).

Calculer annuellement les services fees pour VSA et s’assurer du calcul dans les filiales ; gérer les flux intergroupes associés 

  • Adapter et trouver des axes d’amélioration à la matrice de calcul des services fees utilisée pour suivre les changements d’organisation.
  • Centraliser les demandes de refacturations intragroupes pour mise en œuvre sous PIXONTRI des refacturations par les services comptables.
  • Analyser les impacts et apporter les correctifs nécessaires en relation avec le Contrôle de gestion, la RH, les filiales et la responsable fiscale internationale.
  • Communiquer aux filiales les montants en jeu, ainsi que les recommandations fiscales.
  • Participer aux modifications éventuelles des contrats de service fees, suivant les organisations.

A titre subsidiaire                 

  • Être le backup au sein du service comptable / Direction du contrôle financier, pour palier certaines absences (MDS, saisie comptable, …).

Qualifications

  • BAC +3 en Finance et Contrôle de Gestion ou équivalent
  • Première expérience de 3/4 ans souhaitée
  • Anglais écrit et oral indispensable (C1/C2)
  • Connaissances ERP (idéalement JDE)
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques dédiés – SAP-BFC, Qlikview, Excel, PowerBI
  • Connaissance financière générale

Gestion de l’activité

  • Assure la gestion de l’activité, notamment par la tenue d'indicateurs, la rédaction et/ou l'application des procédures de son activité, le suivi et la planification des enregistrements demandés par la direction au travers des processus existant.

Veille

  • Assure une veille réglementaire dans le cadre de son activité.

We’re looking for a collaborative and self-motivated senior software engineer, full-stack to join our quickly growing team and make a big impact.

As a senior software engineer on the PRM Team, you’ll work closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers, to ensure that the content available to our customers meets their expectations. You’ll work on major technical projects with large data volumes, lead the building of new user facing features, and help shape our engineering culture and processes. Our tech stack includes Python, Django, Celery, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Vue, and Webpack. Our technology team is focused on scale, quality, delivery, and thoughtful customer experience. We ship frequently without sacrificing work/life balance.

To be set up for success in this role, you’ll need to have:

  • 5+ years total professional experience as a software engineer
  • Proficiency with Django or a similar framework
  • Proficiency with Vue.js or a similar framework
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Worked on a complex, high-traffic site at a startup or software-as-a-service company, ideally with large amounts of data
  • Experience with MySQL (or Postgres) and/or ElasticSearch
  • Experience with Celery
  • Interest in journalism, news, media or social media

In addition, we’re always looking for candidates who:

  • Have excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain ideas clearly, give and receive feedback, and work well with team members
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn in areas where they have less experience with our tech stack
  • Take pride in the quality of their code. (Your code should be readable, testable, and understandable years later. You adhere to the Zen of Python.)
  • Work well in a fast-paced development environment with testing, continuous integration and multiple daily deploys
  • Have the ability to manage complexity in a large project, and incur technical debt only after considering the tradeoffs
  • Take a logical approach to problem solving that combines analytical thinking and intuition

Interview Overview

Below you'll find an outline of the interview plan for this role. Please note that this is what we expect the process to look like; we may ask you for supplemental information or require an additional step before making a final decision.

  • 30 min interview with a member of our Talent Team
  • 60 min interview with the hiring manager
  • Take-home coding assignment (2-4 hours max)
  • Peer interviews, including a 30 min code review discussion
  • Final call(s) with executive team member(s)  

Salary

The starting salary for this role is between $140,000 - $170,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
