Job Summary:  

This Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager position is a Full-Time role which is primarily responsible for managing the AR functions of invoicing and collections.   • Clear cash receipts daily.  Process and apply payments to client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain records regarding payments and account statuses, and provide weekly reports on AR aging and collection efforts.
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as maintaining digital client and follow-up note records, data entry, payment reminders and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the technical, operational and financial systems that will enable the creative team to collaborate on work seamlessly and increase output of creative assets across video, design and audio for owned and operated (O&O) campaigns.

Job Summary:Blavity Inc. is seeking a Digital Content, Creative Production Director to our production team and deliver 360 digital organic tent pole campaigns and projects throughout the year. The ideal candidate will have a long history producing native digital/social content for a publisher, is a student of social media and has experience in podcast production. This person understands how content and the internet is making it a democracy of cost-efficient, quick turn,  quality content and knows how to add value to this community. The Blavity owned and operated team produces everything from social posts to promote experiences to podcasts that live organically on our Blavity platforms. The right person will bring a mix of creative production oversight and understanding of business operations to the position. We’re looking for an experienced manager of teams and an excellent communicator who can galvanize a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders towards a common goal.

The Digital Content, Creative Production Director will report into and have oversight from the VP of Creative Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead and own a series of 10 to 12 tent pole campaigns throughout the year from inception to execution such asShadow and Act Rising Awards,Blavity U,Opening Act podcast. and more.
  • Supervise and coach a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables.
  • Prioritize work and company resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, overseeing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production departments.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative teams, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative campaigns in a fiscally responsible manner.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience:8-10 years of related experience as creative producer at a media company or digital publisher.
    • Significant experience creating marketing/digital campaigns from developing vision, to the message platform, to overseeing production on-time and on-budget
    • Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels; from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, and experiential with a complementary understanding of offline and print

  • In collaboration with the Sr. Director and Sales leads, advise and engage on client pricing, benchmarks, and upsell strategies
  • Track and monitor team professional development and job progress; including milestones and promotion timelines for Managers, Associates, and Coordinators
  • Work with Sr. Director of Client Services to balance workloads based on team bandwidth, capability, and client project priorities

Responsibilities 

  • Leverage both industry knowledge and data to support the Sr. Manager, Talent/Influencer in talent research and sourcing from initial campaign outreach to  contract execution.
  • Work with the Sr. Manager, Talent/Influencer to strategically position Influencer talent within active pitches, providing collateral when necessary.
  • Manage talent using CreatorIQ software;  including uploading executed contracts and creating the influencer campaign for tracking.
  • Manage talent in our CIQ database and deliver talent recommendations in a CreatorIQ One Sheet per campaign, including rationale.
  • Submit talent/influencer invoices to the Finance team, ensuring agreements are fulfilled as scoped, and invoices are processed accurately.

Qualifications 

  • Education: Four year degree, or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, specifically around talent and influencer sourcing and preferably with an existing networking of talent and influencer relationships.

In collaboration with the creative and video teams, you will coordinate the editing of assets. Additionally, you will partner with the Associate Director of Creative Services to ensure all client and brand requirements are met and up to standard; deadlines and quality of work. The ideal candidate has experience working with branded marketing and/or branded copywriting, and has published content across all social channels. Additionally, you have dabbled in graphic design. 

Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Draft engaging and authentic copy for sponsored social media (IG,FB,Twitter.)
  • Ensure content meets established client requirements and brand safety guidelines.
  • Ensure content meets Blavity brand guidelines and requirements, and is consistent with our voice, style and tone.
  • Create content to support social media optimization goals.
  • Leverage the Blavity content management review process prior to finalizing and posting content.
  • Expert knowledge of posting sponsored content on all social media channels, i.e. handshake agreements process, etc.
  • Work with content managers and editors to execute edits and changes quickly

Content Execution 

  • Manage all content copy and posting requests using Asana project management platform.
  • Manage posting schedule across all social platforms for sponsored content using Sprout Social.
  • Schedule and post all required content according to the agreed upon schedule.
  • Collect and report engagement and performance data of Blavity social media posts and newsletters, as requested.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with the design team for creative asset handoffs for social and newsletter platforms, as needed.
  • Coordinate with the editorial team as needed to complete content marketing responsibilities.
  • Submit cross-promotion requests to other Blavity content marketers, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience:2-3 years of experience in a similar digital content marketing role.

About the Role:

Job Summary:Blavity Inc. is seeking a Group Director of Production to head Blavity’s digital agency's dedicated portfolios of business. This role is responsible for overseeing all of the operations and long term goals of a branded content department at Blavity Inc. They are responsible for leading all aspects of digital product development, pricing and production and will lead the branded content team and integrated marketing teams. Job Summary: Blavity Inc. is seeking an Associate Director to provide hands-on day-to-day management of the Client Services (Account Management) team and lead campaign operations.  They will support the Senior Director of Client Services in overseeing the planning and execution of our customer’s branded campaigns. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Client Services.

 Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Sr. Director and Sales leads, advise and engage on client pricing, benchmarks, and upsell strategies
  • Track and monitor team professional development and job progress; including milestones and promotion timelines for Managers, Associates, and Coordinators
  • Work with Sr. Director of Client Services to balance workloads based on team bandwidth, capability, and client project priorities
  • Lead the campaign operations including campaign assignment, reporting, CIQ, paid social, billing, and wrap decks
  • Identify ineffective or pain points in the processes and work with AD+ team to create solutions
