Job Summary:
Blavity’s Ad Operations team is seeking a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented individual with interest in advertising, project management, and data analytics to join our team as an Ad Operations Coordinator. Thisentry-level position will work closely with the Blavity Sales and customer service teams. This individual will be expected to learn quickly and handle a number of simultaneous ad operations tasks, while keeping a detail-oriented approach.

Job Summary:
Blavity Inc. is looking for aManager, Talent Acquisition to partner with the Director, People Operations to build and oversee our Talent Acquisition operations. This role will be responsible for bringing the best and brightest to Blavity! The Manager, Talent Acquisition will work closely with the Director, People Operations to develop talent acquisition strategies, hiring plans, and employer branding initiatives. This role will track and manage key recruitment metrics and provide support to hiring managers with building job descriptions and implementing recruitment best practices. The ideal candidate is someone with experience as an in-house recruiter and strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques for a fully remote company.

Job Summary:
The Sr. Associate, Email Marketing will develop, produce, and distribute editorial content, video content, and marketing campaigns through email that engages subscribers and increases retention. As a member of the Growth Marketing team, the Sr. Associate, Email Marketing will also develop campaigns focused on the day to day experience of subscribers, growing the current subscriber list in innovative ways, and recommending additional newsletters based on insights from segmentation, clicks, and content type. This position is perfect for an email marketer interested in an array of subjects, including travel, pop culture, lifestyle, fintech, and podcasting, who also has a propensity for conducting tests and making data-led performance improvements. Email Copywriting experience, a plus.

This is a 6-month 1099 Contract which will be overseen by the Content Marketing Associate Director. Contractors will be responsible for providing their own equipment, including but not limited to laptop computers, cell phones, or any other electronic equipment required to perform their role.

Job Summary:Blavity Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage client relationships and close business for direct Ad Sales, social media, custom content and experiential. This is a quota-carrying, client-facing role that primarily collaborates with the Ad Operations team, as well as the Customer Success team. The ideal candidate has a passion for results, product knowledge, and has strong rapport building skills; which allows them to continuously acquire new business.
