Overview
Electric’s Marketing Team is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team to build and scale demand creation and pipeline conversion programs. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of Electric’s demand generation programs across a variety of channels. As part of Electric’s marketing team, you will partner closely with sales, revenue ops, data science, and other teams to ensure our demand generation programs are driving impact to the business.This is a unique opportunity to define the demand generation function at Electric while directly contributing to the growth of the marketing team and ultimately the company’s revenue.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead demand generation programs from ideation to execution to reporting
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive qualified leads to sales team
- Manage multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Data Science
- Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of lead conversion and revenue including identifying new B2B channels
- Analyze campaigns performance and continually optimize for efficiency
- Partner with cross functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Data Science
Qualifications, skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing with a focus on B2B or SaaS
- Experience in building demand gen programs for start-ups with $5MM- $20MM revenue
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Copywriting and attention to detail
- Experience with digital advertising platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to present marketing plans clearly, drive alignment and urgency cross-functionally

Where?
We are headquartered in NYC, with an office in Denton, TX and remote locations across 24 states. Our largest markets outside of the Tri-State area and Dallas-Fort Worth area are San Diego, Denver, Raleigh. We embrace a hybrid culture and offer opportunities throughout the year for folks to get together in regional markets or at HQ. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
