Purpose
Support for all Insignia applications both onsite and remote for customer queries and troubleshooting
Consistent targeted application training as required for a complete range of users including but not restricted to - Reporting, PACS Admin, General Users
Participate in workflow assessment and improvement for new deployments and existing sites.
Support the Sales Team with new business opportunities - to include onsite demonstrations, tender documentation completion, site visits.

Responsibilities:
Provide product training to clinical users (doctors, radiographers, administrators) in person or remotely

Availability for regular travel within UK and internationally.
Ability to work/travel alone or as part of a team.
UK citizenship or valid UK work permit.

The Technical Application & Workflow Implementation Specialist is responsible for delivering a range of clinical and technical services and expertise to Intelerad’s new and existing clients. This includes working with project management to ensure successful project delivery and value-driven results to clients through efficient technical workflow design. The Technical Application & Workflow Implementation Specialist will also design, configure, implement and execute final installations/testing of our clients’ sites of our Medical Imaging Solutions and then will facilitate its commissioning (“go-live”).
Duties/Responsibilities:
Design, configure, test, and troubleshoot workflows in Intelerad’s Suite of Products.
Assist clients and other internal teams with the configuration of Intelerad Product software and testing sessions to deliver workflows
Collaborate and work with 3rd party vendors to integrate solutions with Intelerad Products and Solutions through published APIs
Verify required internal Intelerad integrations and assist with workflow testing. Verify DICOM autorouting, prefetching, etc.
Apply and adjust various IMS configuration settings to conform with the requirements of the modules and customers
Identify and execute opportunities to optimize the client’s overall workflows
Support the customer as they begin using the new products and workflow, during and occasionally after the implementation of a project
Identify and help solve issues related to Intelerad’s Suite of Products.
Liaise with client’s other project vendors, network/IT staff and our staff at headquarters
Potentially be involved in some hardware setup / testing or verifications including but not limited to modalities, servers, workstations, and storage devices

Purpose
The Paymaster is responsible for processing payroll for all USA employees and acts as paymaster back-up for other payroll jurisdictions (Canada, Australia and UK).
Responsibilities
● Enter data into payroll systems (i.e. process new hires and departures, update employee information, vacations, absences, leaves, etc)
● Manage workers compensation
● Calculate statutory holiday entitlements, when applicable
● Maintain Intelerad’s earned vacation and other earnings policies that applies to payroll
● Prepare, produce and issue all year-end reports for the various payroll groups (W-2)

Purpose
The Director of Product Management is responsible for guiding the success of Intelerad products across the customer journey and for coordinating efforts with all internal parties participating in the land-adopt-expand-renew cycle. The Director of Product Management defines the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for their portfolio.
The Director of Product Management possesses a unique blend of business and technical knowledge, a big-picture vision for the product based on detailed familiarity with its users and current capabilities, and the drive to make that vision a reality. The Director of Product Management spends time in the field to understand the client’s problems, and to come up with innovative ways of solving these challenges while maximizing business outcomes. This position represents the voice of the customer and business stakeholders within the organization, ensuring that Intelerad solutions deliver unique value based on customers and market demand. The Director of Product Management is accountable for the success of Intelerad products across the customer journey, both in terms of P&L and successful adoption and usage of the solutions.
Major Accountabilities
Strategic Participation
● Define the overall vision and product roadmap of their product portfolio;
● Perform in-person and remote surveys of external and internal market stakeholders (customers, prospects, marketing, product specialists, R&D, and the business);
● Identify core market problems to address and new business opportunities;
● Set clear goals and objectives to measure the success of new products / features;
● Clearly articulate the business value to the product team so that they understand the intent behind the new product / feature;
● Justify investments in new areas / products / features;
● Contribute to the evaluation and recommendation of any potential 3rd party relationship decision for

Product Release Planning
● Identify and understand the market’s expectations, preferences, aversions, and most relevant problems;

The Security Engineer is responsible for providing technical and operational expertise in information security systems, principles, and practices to ensure the protection of patient health information managed by Intelerad’s Managed Service Offering (MSO) as well as any corporate IT systems. As a Security Engineer, you will play a key role in the evolution of the security architecture and solutions in support of current and new systems in both cloud-based and on-premises solutions. The Product Manager is responsible for guiding the success of his/her products across the customer journey and for coordinating efforts with all internal parties participating in the land-adopt-expand-renew cycle. The SRE Lead is responsible for meeting the agreed upon SLO’s for the Enterprise Imaging systems in their area of responsibility. Purpose
The Technology Specialist is responsible for solving problems, sharing technical expertise and product experience. This involves mentoring less experienced team members, as well as providing a practical perspective to product design discussions to ensure our products work well within the various client architectures. The Technology Specialist typically operates at the tier level 2 within support, handling complex and unresolved customer issues escalated by the previous tier. Since the Technology Specialist will be the highest point of escalation within client services, they are also expected to provide requirements for product supportability and maintenance.
Responsibilities
● Manage customer major incidents or escalations and coordinate resolution efforts with key stakeholders (internal and external) by working cross-functionally to ensure issue ownership, action items, and communications are fulfilled;
● Prioritize your workload based on established SLA and priority;
● End to end responsibility for the escalation management, communication, escalation, investigation, and resolution of incidents, ensuring business and customer updates are timely and of sufficient quality, arranging discussions and updates as required;
● Act as support / focal point - Liaison Technical Support Leadership, CSM’s, Professional services for Incident escalation (identifying, resolving bottlenecks) and reporting back to the client; ● Ensure that all modes of communication are effectively used throughout the incident life cycle of reported escalation;
● Rerouting misdirected incidents that have not been handled in a timely manner;
● Analyze and troubleshoot the workflow of a complex integration of network devices, workstations, servers and software;
● Proactively acquire practical experience with new features in line with product’s branch availability;
● Provide input into the creation of Knowledge Documentation to be published in the client portal to give valuable information to our clients;
● Participate in the creation and maintenance of Knowledge articles used internally;
● Troubleshooting process, product knowledge and processes ramp up within the assigned team;
● Analyze, diagnose root causes, known errors and resolve challenging issues relating to software applications, Windows OS, SQL Server databases and other related technologies;
● Log and document all incidents in the ITSM (ServiceNow and/or Jira) and resolve client problems;
● Increases and maintains technical knowledge relating to Microsoft products including Operating Systems and SQL Serv.
Employment Prerequisites
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience;
● 3+ years of experience in a technical support environment;
● Direct experience in a customer facing role with demonstrated ability to gather complex customer requirements;
● Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand medical imaging;
● Experience in RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux ), Microsoft Windows OS, and MS SQL Server;
● Excellent analytical, research, organizational and planning skills;
● Advanced level knowledge of Perl, Python or Shell scripting language;
● Outstanding teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships;
● Experience with TCP/IP, IPSec or VPN network security, as well as Remote troubleshooting (SSH, VPN tunnels);
● Stellar communication, influencing and presentation skills;
● On call rotation availability for urgent escalations reported by the support team that can occur after your regular work schedule.

The Application Security Engineer is responsible for providing technical and operational expertise in information security systems, principles and practices to ensure the protection of patient health information managed by Intelerad’s software products. The Application Security Engineer is also responsible for the evolution of the security architecture and solutions in support of current and new products in both cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Participates in product security architecture planning for both on-premises and cloud-based solutions
● Provides expert advice to development teams and acts as an Information Security subject matter expert on product development matters
● Conducts product security threat and risk assessments for all software products on a regular basis
● Interprets risk assessment results for applicability to IMS source code and deployed solutions
● Works with product & development managers for the assessment and prioritization of security related tasks in the development backlog
● Participates in the Security response team as needed related to code-level software vulnerabilities
● Improves the adoption of security best practices in testing, automation and continuous integration pipelines
● Broadens developer awareness of secure software development best practices
Required Experience/Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
● 5+ years of pertinent experience in software development and a minimum of 2 of those years of experience with a focus on Information Security
● Strong knowledge of techniques, standards and state-of-the-art capabilities for authentication and authorization, applied cryptography, security vulnerabilities and remediation
● Strong knowledge of information security from a strategic and tactical point of view
● Experience developing software in Java, C#, C++, C, Python or Go
● Excellent understanding of software applications, network architectures and protocols,
operating systems, and core infrastructure security concepts and concerns

Purpose
Support for all Insignia applications both onsite and remote for customer queries and troubleshooting
Consistent targeted application training as required for a complete range of users including but not restricted to - Reporting, PACS Admin, General Users
Participate in workflow assessment and improvement for new deployments and existing sites.
Support the Sales Team with new business opportunities - to include onsite demonstrations, tender documentation completion, site visits.
Advice/Assistance for Support Desk on logged calls/issues
Specialist Matter Expertise (SME) to Office/Support/Development Team
Participate in Application Testing for new releases
Create and develop training materials to support the various applications - to include paper-based guides, educational videos, electronic guides, e-learning packages
Support the Project Management Team managing existing deployments and with new deployments.
Assist with development of new software and or features and functionality.
This position is home-based in the UK and requires regular travel.
Travel is potentially required several times per month at 1-5 days' duration at a time (compensation provided).

Responsibilities:
Provide product training to clinical users (doctors, radiographers, administrators) in person or remotely
Act as escalation resource to our internal Support team.
Support customers both onsite and via remote assistance.
Provide feedback to Support desk/Sales/Development from sites on relevant information.
Assist with the deployment of new and existing sites which includes demonstrating products to potential customers
Assist with the development of software including testing and feedback loops.
Provide Specialist advice to Office based Support and Development Team.
Review site functionality to assist with improvement to workflows
Maintain and develop training material for use both internally and externally.
Maintain accurate records of site visits and training.
Comply with company policies on computer use, cyber security and mandatory training
Comply with company policies on Health and Safety.
Read, understand and comply with the Staff Handbook.
Ensure data confidentiality is always maintained and that all relevant GDPR are adhered to.
A sound knowledge of PACS and its associated systems is desirable.
Previous experience with a Radiology Information System.
Evidence of effective communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
Recent experience providing technical support and/or training to users (phone, web and/or in person).
Availability for regular travel within UK and internationally.
Ability to work/travel alone or as part of a team.
UK citizenship or valid UK work permit.
Valid passport (or the ability to obtain one).
Valid driver's license.
Competencies:
Clinical background and/or knowledge of imaging department/organisational working practices desirable
Proven experience in instruction of transfer of skills and ability to disseminate knowledge to address requirements of all users.
Excellent customer service skills (email/phone/in-person).
Positive attitude and professional communication style.
Ability to speak and write perfectly in English.
Previous NHS work experience is an asset.

Job Summary:
The SRE team is a blend of pragmatic operators and software craftspeople that apply sound engineering principles, operational discipline, and mature automation to our environments. We specialize in systems covering operating systems, storage, networking, VMware, databases, monitoring, and performance.
The SRE Team is composed of subject matter experts for all operating systems and databases and applications that Intelerad operates. The Team is responsible for most installations, configurations, upgrades, evergreening of Intelerad systems at all client sites while ensuring a high-level of system stability and performance, and customer satisfaction.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Enable the work of the SRE Leads/Operations team and create a group of motivated individuals
Lead, develop, and coach the SRE Leads/Operations team member and manage performance according to the organization’s values and goals.
Develop and implement formal training plans for SRE Leads/Operations Team Member with the goal to develop SMEs for all applications in Intelerad growing portfolio
Define and measure Performance, Efficiency, and Quality metrics for the team and individuals
Contribute to the development of a DevOps culture within the Site Reliability Engineering department
Prioritize the work of the SRE Leads/Operations Team and resolve conflicting resource demands in a matrix organization
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain familiarity with the technology, users, system interfaces relevant to the operation of Intelerad products
Organize and lead the definition of SLIs, SLOs and SLAs for Enterprise Imaging Systems
Improve the integration between teams in all departments and break down silos wherever possible
Collaborate with System Architecture to create and maintain blueprints, standards, and procedures for the efficient operation of Intelerad Products
Ensure that Intelerad’s processes are being followed, and collaborate to improve them
Participate and lead the analysis, design, and development of operational processes
Required Experience/Skills:
University or college education in science, technology, engineering, or equivalent industry experience
5+ years’ experience in a leadership role
3+ years’ experience in engineering roles
