Purpose
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for developing relationships with leaders in the healthcare industry and communicating Intelerad’s value proposition. The Sales Development Representative’s responsibilities will include prospecting and identifying key executives at healthcare companies to lay the foundation for a strong, long lasting relationship.
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and develop new partnership prospects
Develop and qualify opportunities within mid and large healthcare enterprises
Create and execute compelling presentations to engage new potential partners
Understand and communicate the full sales cycle, from building awareness and generating leads to communicating Intelerad;s (Ambra) value proposition
Scale processes including lead generation, sales presentations, recruiting, and more
Employment Prerequisites
BA/BS degree required or approval by the VP of Sales.

The SRE is responsible for meeting the agreed upon SLO’s for the Enterprise Imaging systems in their area of responsibility.
You will plan and assign all maintenance and deployment work, will train and guide multi competency teams on how to work on the systems, will ensure the improvement of tools and procedures necessary for the operation of the systems and will perform work such as troubleshooting, root cause analysis and some complex maintenance tasks themselves.

The Senior System Administrator is responsible for deploying Intelerad's complex applications remotely while minimizing risk and client impact. Working with the team, Senior System Administrator analyzes complex change requests to determine and implement the best possible solution for the customer and Intelerad. The Senior System Administrator analyzes technical procedures to implement efficiency and reliability improvements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Install and configure Intelerad's software solutions remotely on Linux servers
Perform complex server additions, software upgrades, configuration changes and disaster recoveries
Perform 3rd level support in the areas of changes
Participate in operational tasks with multiple products
Identify, assess and implement improvements to processes and technologies to deliver a better product
Develop scripts and automation to improve the efficiency of system administration
Participate in training new staff members
Create, maintain and improve documentation
Participate in on-call rotation to assist with emergencies reported after hours
Work on week-ends, after hours and holidays when needed
● Undergrad degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience
● System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields
● 3+ years of system administration experience
