About This Role

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Solutions Partner, responsible for leading iRhythm’s EHR sales and customer adoption initiatives. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the US.

This position will identify key target accounts within the assigned area, establish a presence for iRhythm’s EHR integration services with large Health Systems and provider networks, and line up a best-practice integration process for our customers and internal partners. The ultimate goal of this role is to provide frictionless access to the iRhythm Zio product platform and to increase account penetration. This role is the face of EHR integration into accounts and will partner with the area Sales and Customer Experience teams to drive EHR integrations as a strategic initiative. The position requires high-level cross-functional teamwork both internally and externally, strong leadership skills, ability to think strategically, and assist customers in dealing with system-wide clinical and workflow change.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Partner with iRhythm Commercial leadership in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the sales expansion of iRhythm through EHR integration area wide.
  • Own the development and execution of a business plan that incorporates new account growth and expansion opportunities within your area.
  • Learn, evangelize, and continue to refine our integration best practices with customers, and partner with key team members including IT, Clinical, and Billing to support the implementation of the EHR integration service.
  • Provide Sales and Customer Experience teams training, guidance and coaching on EHR integration, and how to effectively sell EHR integration into accounts. This includes field visits, observations, and measurement of results.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and regional sales teams to identify and prioritize high priority accounts.
  • Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, key decision-makers and other stakeholders, to exchange information and views and to ensure that iRhythm is providing the appropriate range and quality of services.
  • Oversee the preparation of quarterly reports on EHR strategy and progress.
  • Identify changes in healthcare policy, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and implement strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales progress on a monthly basis and ensure goal achievement.

About you:

You are a strategic, persuasive, and urgent individual with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment and rapidly changing environment. This role is the face of our EHR integration service to our customers and our internal sales teams, and we are looking for someone who is goal-driven and excited about continuing to improve our outcomes, our processes, and the overall value that our health system customers get out of the comprehensive Zio solution.

You’ll have geographies or responsibilities of your own, but you’re a team player and will put the team first. This role involves mentoring and coaching our sales team on what this offering can bring and working closely with other internal teams to ensure we’re scoping and delivering a best-in-class solution to customers. You don’t need to be in the weeds technically but will need a core understanding of how EHR integrations works, what they can do, and how our service is most effectively implemented. This is a fast-paced team within a high growth company, and roles are always evolving! We’re looking for someone who will embrace that reality and continue to push us to improve every week.

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, EMR implementations, or consulting involving EHR’s and integrations; Preferred EMR company, medical device, or software vendor experience.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

About This Role

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Health IT Program Manager to join our Digital Solutions team. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the US. This is a new role on our team and will be responsible for designing and deploying technology-enabled solutions to enhance the overall experience of iRhythm’s health system partners. You will oversee the creation of processes and tools that encourage effective Zio adoption, drive optimal usage of the EMR and other software tools, lead education of our staff and customers about best practices, and serve as a hub for information flow for this area across our company.   • Assist commercial organization in monitoring external technical and business environment for innovative needs, and in developing new resources for use with customers.
  • Identify and develop key opportunities between iRhythm and relevant HIT vendors, influencers, policy makers, customers or other key stakeholders across the industry.
  • Provide educational support to the broader iRhythm commercial teams regarding existing capabilities and emerging trends/implications in our digital technology solutions.
  • Oversee and facilitate the development of processes and best practices to incorporate into our EHR integration implementations. Develop tracking tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure these are broadly adopted and are making the intended impact.
  • Based on customer success data for health systems, identify opportunities for workflow or process improvement and coordinate effective follow up to drive those improvements.

About you:

  • At least 5 years of experience with EHRs (Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth experience preferred).
  • Significant knowledge of, and experience with, EMR workflow development and best practices for user adoption and education within a health system setting.
  • Experience working in the cardiology space is ideal, either in an operational or support role within the health system or vendor.
  • Demonstrated strategic, analytical and problem-solving thinking.

About This Role

The Manager, US Events will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all major internal and external events within the United States. This role is critical to enhance iRhythm’s visibility, engagement, and presence across multiple channels, including industry tradeshows, the annual Global Sales Meeting, and key regional and account-based events. The Manager, US Events will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with iRhythm’s strategic objectives, effectively support brand initiatives, and deliver an exceptional experience for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Strategy and Planning: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with company goals, brand positioning, and commercial objectives.

Event Execution and Logistics:

About This Role

As a Staff Product Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our medical devices by identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks specific to the healthcare industry and medical devices. Responsibilities:

Lead and own the end-to-end device product security management process with the following responsibilities:

Qualifications:

About This Role

The Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions of the organization, leading toward the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), regulatory requirements, and public company standards. The Controller will manage the accounting team, work closely with senior leadership, and report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). This role is critical to supporting the company’s financial operations and internal control environment, ensuring transparency, and providing insightful financial analysis to facilitate business decision-making. The Controller leads the day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close. Responsible for meeting deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation and financial reporting. The Corporate Controller provides positive and proactive leadership to the organization, and specifically for the global Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Financial Reporting & Compliance:
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely internal and external financial statements (quarterly, annual) and earnings release support in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.).
  • Technical expertise relating to US GAAP, covering accounting for balance sheet and P&L areas. Areas of importance (not all inclusive) include revenue recognition, leases, debt, consolidation, foreign currency, fair value, disclosure, etc. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, SEC filings, and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) internal controls
  • Leadership and coordination around the external audit, quarterly review, and ad hoc processes, liaising with auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit.
  • Review and ensure proper documentation of all accounting transactions, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and regulatory standards.
  • Accounting Operations:
    • Leadership for the general ledger, accounts payable, expense reimbursement, payroll, equity administration, and tax & treasury functions.
    • Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and accurate operation of the accounting department.
    • Monitor and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Lead cross-functional and internal Finance oriented projects to meet objectives and improve efficiencies and effectiveness of the organization.
  • Internal Controls & SOX Compliance:
    • Maintain and improve the company’s internal control structure in accordance with SOX requirements.
    • Develop and implement policies for internal financial controls and audit processes.
  • Financial Analysis:

    Qualifications:

    The Senior Manager, Tax and Treasury is a key management role within the Finance team, responsible for managing all aspects of tax compliance, strategy, and planning, as well as overseeing the company's treasury functions. This position will ensure that the company remains compliant with all tax laws (domestic and international), while also optimizing cash flow, managing liquidity, and mitigating financial risk. The Senior Manager will oversee interactions with external tax professionals and auditors to ensure tax-related audit procedures are completed in a timely & efficient manner, and coordinate with outside service providers on international tax compliance. They will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial strategy and business operations in a complex global regulatory environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Tax Management:

    • Tax Compliance & Reporting: Coordinate and manage the preparation of federal, state, and international tax filings for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate tax returns and documentation. A combination of in-house and outsourced activities.
    • Tax Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute global tax strategies that optimize the company’s tax position including expansion into new jurisdictions, with a focus on minimizing liabilities and ensuring compliance with US and foreign tax law. Responsibilities also include support for M&A activities relating to taxation.

    • Cash Management & Banking Relationships: Maintain and optimize relationships with banking partners, including negotiating fees, services, and managing cash balances to ensure effective cash utilization.

    About This Role

    We are looking for a Key Account Manager.In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior support to grow, nurture, and maintain iRhythm’s highest-volume accounts.     Responsibilities: 

    • We are on a mission to find the right Revenue Cycle Business Partner (formerly known as Field Reimbursement Specialist) with a persuasive and collaborative approach to support both our internal sales team and other external partners, including doctors, clinic directors, practice managers, & scheduling/billing/coding coordinators. 
    • This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day revenue cycle support needs of internal Revenue Cycle Services (managerial stakeholders), sales organization, and external key stakeholders, and meeting designated SLAs, and role defined KPIs. 
    • Functions as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all things billing, coding, & reimbursement with an emphasis in compliance. 
    • The RCBP provides logistical reimbursement education and support for customers that utilize Zio XT/AT® outpatient cardiac monitors supplied by iRhythm Technolgies, Inc (iRT). 
    • These customers may include hospitals/hospital outpatient departments, physician practices, and other appropriate site-of-care facilities. 
    • The RCBP will work closely with managerial key stakeholders, AVPs, RSDs, TMs, billing & collections staff and other professionals involved in securing appropriate reimbursement for the use of Zio AT/XT® outpatient cardiac monitors and related services. 
    • If necessary, the RCBP will interact with patients being served by these customers, to assist providers as well as patients addressing barriers to appropriate access. 
    • Provides information related to product coverage and reimbursement to appropriate clinic, hospital, provider practices, and other site-of-care facilities. 
    • This information may include payer specific requirements for claims processing, information regarding prior authorizations and the appeals process, as well as general information regarding the services provided. 
    • Proactively educates prescriber office personnel so that they may help patients gain access to our products through effective utilization of iRhythm’s robust Financial Assistance Program and other financial options to lower patient costs. 
    • Delivers in-service educational programs on coverage, coding and reimbursement, and medical necessity requirements to appropriate providers of care on all Zio service lines. 
    • Addresses access and reimbursement issues arising from these customers and provides necessary education for them to secure appropriate reimbursement and access. 
    • Interacts with healthcare professionals, as well as patients, if necessary, to understand the issue and work toward resolution. 
    • Maintains communication with sales personnel throughout interaction and follows interaction through to resolution. 
    • Coordinates with field sales regarding prioritization of accounts to ensure timely access to all Zio lines of service and provides appropriate follow-up. 
    • Serves as a primary point of contact for onboarding new clinics and ensures all tasks are completed in a complete and timely manner. 
    • Serves as an escalation point for all billing and reimbursement issues (to both internal and external stakeholders) and educates/trains on appropriate/available support programs as needed. 
    • Provides cross functional team support for all billing, reimbursement, coding, compliance workflows as needed. 
    • Provides approved materials describing such programs and refers to the applicable iRT resources and website(s) describing such programs as requested. 
    • Recognizes patient’s rights and responsibilities and supports them in the performance of job duties; respects patient’s rights to privacy, confidentiality and abides by all appropriate HIPAA guidelines. 
    • Completes assigned projects as directed in a timely manner. 
    • Shares knowledge gained with other staff members and works as a team member.

    Qualifications:

    About This Role

    As a Customer Care Advocate you will provide an outstanding call experience to patients and providers, to educate and provide support through the device wear process. You will function as a liaison between the patient and the business to ensure that the patient's requests are completed. The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for managing all requests with sensitivity and urgency ensuring that all compliance and regulatory expectations are met. Our work environment is fast paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. As a Customer Care Advocate you will report to the Supervisor, Customer Care.

    Responsibilities and Duties: 

    • Provide superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues relating to products, services, and patient enrollment. 
    • Respond to inquiries, complete various daily tasks, and provide verbal and written information to external and internal customers and accounts. 
    • Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients, and iRhythm associates. 
    • CRM Compliance to process and documentation.
    • Ticket/Email Management in a timely fashion.
    • Inbound and outbound call work as assigned. 
    • Ability to manage through meetings and training in a Zoom environment on camera.

    General Experience:

    • Provide clear verbal and written proactive communication to internal and external requests.
    • Drive a patient and client-driven environment.
    • Understand sensitive information, HIPAA, and privacy requirements including security of the environment for the home office.
    • Display an ability to pay attention to detail for all activities and documentation tasks.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in a fast-paced patient or healthcare provider-focused environment is preferred.
    • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment (60+ Activities Per Day).
    • Preferred experience in healthcare/medical device companies non-insurance based.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office - especially Outlook; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
    • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software; Salesforce.com preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to understand and meet individual-level metrics assigned.
    • Must be flexible, able to adapt quickly and positively to change, and able to manage a fast-paced growth company environment.
    • Convincing evidence of great customer service via phone, e-mail, fax, or web modalities.
    • Demonstrated commitment to helping people and resolving issues requiring independent thinking and sound judgment skills not covered specifically in manuals or procedures.
    • Strong commitment to quality.
    • Demonstrated patience and professionalism in stressful situations. Experience in a multitasking role preferred. 
    • Candidates must possess strong verbal and written English communication skills. Strong skillset in keyboarding, typing (40 WPM) as well as understanding website/program navigation.

    iRhythm Technologies provides 24/7 support for our patients. Please note that you may be required to work Saturday, Sunday, and holidays as a part of your normal scheduled shift. Shifts are subject to change with advanced notice as the business requires. Bi-Annual review of shifts based on activity volume will be completed.

    In-Home Office Requirements:  We require that all employees have the following technical capabilities at their home: High-Speed internet over 50 MBPS for upload capacity and 150 MBPS for download capabilities. It is required that a plug-in directly to the home internet router is available for network stability. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled reopening of our office locations.

    Additional Home Office Requirements:

    • Secure environment for all related activities.
    • Desk space for a laptop and two monitors to be set up.

    In-Office Potential: At times though out the year, in-office attendance may be requested of you, based on your location to an office. This request may include training, meetings, in-office staff days, internet outages in your area, IT Helpdesk needs as well as other development opportunities that may come up. Advanced notice will be provided for all outside of IT Helpdesk needs as those will need to be managed as they come up so that you can complete your daily tasks.

    Examples of Key Metric Expectations:

    • Attendance, this is key to the success of the role.
    • Quality Scores, all activities are subject to a quality review and quality scores must be at or above minimum acceptable rate.
    • Unavailable time, adherence to schedule, and time available for calls and activities. A specific amount of time is set aside for lunch, breaks, and meetings that will not be counted in the metrics.
    • HIPAA and Privacy escalations will be tracked and monitored, this is key to our regulatory compliance expectations and need to be managed per requirements.
    • Other metrics: Average call wrap time, productivity, average call handle time, and general service level expectations. These are subject to change based on business needs.

    OT and Holiday Potential:

    • At times, overtime may be made available and will be assigned on a request and approval basis. In the event of an urgent unplanned need, a text will be sent to all agents with a request for anyone who could support them.
    • Holiday assignments will be posted for selection based on a bid/lottery criterion so that coverage is available for all shifts.

    About This Role

    The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for being a part of a high-volume inbound Contact Center in which the Advocate verifies and investigates patient insurance, estimates benefit coverage and out of pocket costs, and discusses patient responsibilities and/or patient payment options. The typical daily responsibilities consist of the following: answering inbound calls and providing benefits investigations via phone and online web portals, collecting information from customers, outbound patient phone calls, and documenting all activities in iRhythm’s customer support system. The ideal candidate will have experience with working in a Contact Center, health insurance, benefits investigations, reimbursement, and providing financial counseling to patients.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Answer inbound calls in our Contact Center
    • Provide an estimate of the potential patient responsibility based upon the benefits coverage
    • Make outbound phone calls to patients to discuss payment options
    • Document in Salesforce all details surrounding patient’s healthcare benefit coverage and recommend appropriate payment options, if needed
    • Update records with complete patient and insurance information
    • Assist and cross train in other departments as business needs dictate during critical times
    • Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
    • Maintain consistent work presence and impact during normal business hours, and be available for ad hoc check-ins with managers and/or team leads
    • Deliver on challenging work objectives, including meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly productivity metrics
    • Produce high-quality, high-volume work by leveraging self-motivation and initiative in a remote work environment
    • Provide superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues relating to product, services, and patient enrollment
    • Respond to inquiries, complete order fulfillment and provide information to external and internal customers and accounts
    • Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients and iRhythm associates

    Required Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on assisting patients in a healthcare environment
    • Experience working in a high-volume Contact Center environment
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, virtual communication tools - especially Outlook, Teams; Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be flexible, able to adapt quickly and positively to change, able to handle a fast-paced growth company environment
    • Strong evidence of great customer service via phone, e-mail, fax or web modalities
    • Must be patient and customer focused, demonstrating professionalism in stressful situations; Resourcefulness and high levels of emotional intelligence to identify obstacles and collaborate with others to discuss potential solutions
