Description

TherapyNotes is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our growing team. We are looking for a passionate and experienced engineer skilled in leveraging modern front-end frameworks, such as Angular, to build responsive and scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in creating reactive user interfaces and robust APIs while adhering to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles. Responsibilities

  • Perform full-stack development including front end, business logic, and data access layers.
  • Develop for Web and Mobile Devices
  • Responsible for the entire development lifecycle from planning to release and support
  • Actively contribute to software architecture decisions, design strategies, and code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions
  • Collaborate closely with development team members and stakeholders
  • Mentor and assist in the training and onboarding of new developers

Requirements

  • 7 or more years experience developing software in an Agile, team-based environment
  • 3 or more years experience developing responsive web applications

  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
  • Expertise with Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, SASS, and HTML
  • Expertise in building robust APIs and adhering to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles
  • Experience in event-based software design and event-driven architecture
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, and Entity Framework Core or similar object-relational mapping frameworks
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Experience with Mobile App development, and specifically with the Ionic Platform is a plus

Qualifications

  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments.
  • Track, prioritize, and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams to minimize project impact and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of Salesforce release cycles as the Release Manager, ensuring readiness, managing risks, and coordinating team efforts.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, and product owners, to align on quality and release objectives.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key quality metrics to provide visibility into testing outcomes and release readiness.
  • Conduct training sessions and promote knowledge sharing across teams to enhance automation expertise and adoption of best practices. 
Your background:
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years of experience in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Salesforce-related testing environments.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation strategies using Copado Robotic Testing and other tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, including workflows, process builders, triggers, and custom objects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop QA teams in Agile environments.
  • Agile & CI/CD Experience: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. 
Certifications: 
Copado Robotic Testing Certification (or equivalent). 
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) 
Other relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Scrum Master) would be beneficial.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $160,700 to $200,000 USD/annually.
