We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Platform to join our team. 
  
What you will be doing: 

As an SRE, Cloud Platform at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Operations team, collaborating with the Cloud Platform engineers to deliver the latest security and identity products.   

The Cloud Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure. This individual must have a thorough understanding and experience with AWS and Azure. Must be an innovative problem solver and visionary. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cloud architectures and operations procedures. The Cloud SRE will be focused on the following activities: 

  • Configuration and implementation of cloud hosting environments 
  • Coordinating deployments with project teams and colleagues
  • Provide support for multiple cloud environments, including Azure and AWS 
  • Researching and evaluating the latest cloud technologies, tools, and capabilities to improve operational efficiencies and provide new services 
  • Contribute to the development and implement the strategy to automate deployments wherever possible 
  • Work with engineering and project teams to onboard cloud solutions. 
  • Work with application owners and solution groups to ensure proper architecture, function, and security standards are followed 

What you will bring to the table:    

 

  • Creative mindset and ability to solve problems through automation and instrumentation 
  • High proficiency with containerized environments (Kubernetes and Docker) 
  • Partner with the Architects, Development Leads, Business Partners, and other SREs in the team to ensure implementations are architected and designed from the aspect of production resiliency 
  • Identify opportunities to build innovative tools and solve unique operations problems on large enterprise and mission-critical applications. 
  • Develop tools, frameworks, and instrumentation to validate and increase application rollout success 
  • Partner within the Support organizations to build and rollout plans for enhanced telemetry and reduce defects for software delivery to production 
  • Perform real-time troubleshooting of mission-critical application workflows and incorporate feedback into product development 
  • Work closely with development teams during the design phase, build and perform infrastructure upgrades to support the availability and reliability of our applications 
  • Monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through the aging of the technologies used by the application or misalignment with business requirements 
  • Contribute to development of the Semperis Reliability Engineering principles, guidelines, and standards 
  • Proven track record supporting production application development and support efforts adhering to a mix of DevOps & SRE frameworks 
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts, large architectures, and sophisticated designs quickly 
  • Ability to understand multiple technologies and how they inter-relate and integrate 
  • Coding Language- Strong hands-on experience in programming in an object-oriented language, preferably a Backend Developer background. 
  • Hands-on experience with automated provisioning (IaC) configuration management for infrastructure and applications such as Terraform. 
  • Flexibility to participate in on-call rotation 

 

 Bonus Points: 

  • Experience in High Availability and distributed systems, Linux and Windows administration, troubleshooting, and support 
  • Experience with leading cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and GCP) 
  • Working knowledge of Monitoring tools 
  • Knowledge of networking, including DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancers, and IP routing 
  • Excellent debugging skills across a variety of integrated platforms 
  • BS in computer science or related technical field with at least five years of experience with listed technical skills.

Position Description:Global InfoTek, Inc. is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager with a track record of success. As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the VPs of Business Development, other Corporate Executive Leadership, Capture Management, BD/Capture Managers, and Technical SMEs to lead and oversee the development and submission of compliant, winning Department of Defense DoD and Federal proposals. The Senior Proposal Manager is responsible for conducting, planning, scheduling, and overseeing the timely development and delivery of high-quality responses to DoD and Federal business opportunities, from pre-RFP to post-submission activities, in a challenging environment. Additionally, the Senior Proposal Manager serves as a corporate subject matter expert on the Shipley proposal process. The ideal candidate is a thought leader who can see the big picture without overlooking the details, fosters a positive and responsive team environment, and quickly adjust to dynamic proposal development schedules and requirements.

As the Senior Proposal Manager, you will support proposal development opportunities associated with one or many of the following areas: DoD and DHS Cyber, Cloud, DevSecOps engineering, and agile software development. Position Responsibilities

  • Review RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs thoroughly to provide guidance and leadership to teams of authors, reviewers, subject matter experts, Executives, senior management, and external partners
  • Create proposal management plan and all associated documentation to include proposal outline, response schedule, Volume and Section Lead assignments, color team reviews, Kickoff package, and compliance matrices to guide the team in developing a compliant and compelling response
  • Manage the Shipley-based proposal lifecycle through Microsoft products including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Coordinate with contractors (proposal consultants, graphic designers, pricing consultants, etc.), understanding the B&P costs allocated for contractors per proposal opportunity
  • Lead authors and SMEs through Technical Solutioning, Win Themes and Differentiators, and Whiteboarding sessions
  • Write proposal sections (e.g., Past Performances and Executive Summaries) or whole proposals depending on the nature of the tasks required
  • Manage technical information from existing written materials, SME interviews, and internet research
  • Conduct the White Glove and One Voice to ensure final responses are error-free. White Glove includes technical edits for grammar, readability, sentence structure, diction, flow and organization, and page layout and design
  • Brief BD and Executive teams on proposal development while coordinating with Capture Managers on the opportunity pipeline (Stages 1 – 3) and associated messaging to be implemented in Stage 4
  • Maintain and continually grow an in-depth understanding of company capabilities and apply this knowledge to proposal response efforts
  • Maintain proposal and BD document archives hosted on a SharePoint database
  • Create and maintain the Proposal Library, a repository for Proposal and BD stock content, graphics, past performances and capability statements, processes and training, and marketing materials
  • Develop knowledge management artifacts including detailed proposal & BD new-hire onboarding guide, proposal style guide, process documentation, and video tutorials for proposal database functionality
  • Onboard and train new proposal team members to align with existing processes and maintain continuity of BD operations

Required Skills:

  • The candidate should have deep knowledge and be able to
    • Manage the successful development of compliant, competitive, persuasive, and compelling proposals through effective collaboration across teams that include internal staff, corporate partners, consultants, and supporting partners.
    • Lead and analyze RFI, RFQ, RFPs, and other bid documents for requirements.
    • Develop the proposal schedule, outline, compliance matrix, and Proposal Development Plan.
    • Establish and maintain the Teams collaboration site for each proposal.
    • Take ownership of the quality of the proposal for color reviews and final delivery by performing rigorous quality assurance checks on draft and definitive documents.
    • Prepare and lead efficient Proposal Kickoff meetings and daily status calls, ensuring activities adhere to the Proposal Development Plan.
    • Conduct activities required to perform color reviews and debrief authors successfully.
    • Manage the development of oral presentations, discussions, and proposal revisions.
    • Ensure the high-quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverables.
    • Conduct and document proposal lessons learned and implement actions to improve process efficiency.
    • Coordinate and support the finalizing of the proposal submission and response processes.
    • Ensure the timely delivery of proposal submissions that comply with solicitation instructions.
    • Develop proposals for DoD and DHS Cyber, Cloud, and DevSecOps engineering and agile software development.
  • The candidate will work with the VPs of the BD proposal team and Corporate Executive Leadership to determine author assignments and integrate win strategy, themes, and discriminators into the proposal.
  • The candidate will provide authors with insight, leadership, and work guidance on all proposal content.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or communications field, Journalism, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Shipley proposal trained.
  • Understanding of managing and writing proposals using the Shipley processes and standards.
  • Minimum 8 years, we have proven successful experience managing proposal teams and leading them efficiently in a dynamic, challenging environment on moderate- to high-complexity DoD and federal opportunities.
  • Ability to use standard English writing styles to write proposal sections; this includes information research and synthesis from multiple sources (subject matter experts, previous proposals) into a cohesive, easy-to-read, and persuasive final product.
  • High proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.

The Role:

The Technical Support Manager will supervise and monitor the activities of the customer support team. The role is hands-on but will include not only management of the team and their activities, but development of the team’s skills and contributions. It is expected that you will drive and track improvement across the support service, encompassing people, process and technology to produce outstanding results. The customer support team serves as the first line of support to our business customers and must be adept at intake and translation of customer issues to identify root cause and route the issue through the appropriate internal channel for resolution. The customer support team owns resolution of product configuration issues and deployment of new services for customers. It is expected that this leader will establish best practice for collaboration across teams both within the Customer Experience vertical and across the organization. They will also drive the continuous improvement of the support that we give to all stakeholders, with a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and manage Customer Support team.
  • Oversee delivery of customer support through monitoring and management of incoming business customer tickets
  • Clear roadblocks for the team in resolving customer issues
  • Report out to the organization on key success metrics and SLA's associated with customer support
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer support per SLA's
  • Identify and design processes and tools to enhance both the customer service experience and the ease with which service is delivered by employees (self service channel exploration, knowledge base development)
  • Understand, report and advocate for Organizational and Product improvements based on trends within Support tickets
  • Ensure successful resolution of customer tickets to include collaboration with the product engineering team to resolve product defects and bugs in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Service Desk experience
  • Financial Services (Bank or Credit Union) and/or Digital Banking Experience Strongly Preferred
  • Ability to perform complex troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and systems
  • Understanding of best practice operating procedures and when to change/update
  • Strong skills around setting, communicating, implementing, and achieving business objectives and goals through the direct management of others
  • Strong work planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, and strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing work and managing work/tickets of various size and complexity
  • Strong problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex issues; prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions; and identifying risks/impacts and schedule adjustments to facilitate management decision-making
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. About the role:

Great Expectations’ mission is to revolutionize the speed and integrity of data collaboration. Our software platform, Great Expectations is the leading open source tool for data testing, documentation, and profiling. Data teams all over the world use Great Expectations to instrument and understand their data and machine learning pipelines.


We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager to help us grow our team and capacity while we simultaneously advance the core Great Expectations open-source product and begin building a SaaS offering.

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Partner with our product management team to lead the design of the Great Expectations core and SaaS feature roadmaps, and identify suitable team structures for future projects. Drive technical strategy through a prioritized technical roadmap built together with technical and product stakeholders.
  • Lead several engineering “pods” and manage the day-to-day work of the pods through regular syncs and design reviews.
  • Manage several engineers on the team, provide mentorship and career development, and own the hiring process to grow the team.


As part of Great Expectations, our Engineering Manager will also have opportunities to support the community and evangelize Great Expectations through conference talks, workshops, and blog posts.

  • Build a framework of principles to ensure data integrity across the business (including but not limited to Casumo gaming platform, ERP, CRM, BI, Data warehouse,third party interfaces etc.)
  • Ensure that the Data Architecture strategy and roadmap is aligned to the business and technology strategies
  • Educate our sumos to make the best use of our tools for reporting and data analytics
  • Work closely with our engineers to enhance Casumo platform with immersive features built on real time data analytics
