We’re looking for an independent and ambitious Administrative and HR Officerto join our zest and talented team & celebrate the victories together!
You are an integral part of the company and we need you onsite in our HQ office 3-4 times per week. 

Administrative and HR Officer brings vital foundation to the organization with a variety of support tasks enabling business to focus on their core function. This role is responsible to drive and coordinate administrative processes, mainly in facilities, office and HR domains. Being an integral part of Operations team, this role ensures that day-to-day operations is running smoothly and delivers great employee and team experience.

You will focus on:

  • Facility management

What does that include?
Supporting people and organisation's buildings and equipment

  • Reception and event management

What does that include?

You will be the person to go when it comes to support logistics, contact, planning and all the way to post-event strategising (onsite & offsite)

  • Travel management

What does that include?
Own design and implementation of company travel guidelines (including selection of travel application) and be responsible for the travel strategy

  • Correspondence management

What does that include?
Be the focal point of contact in business correspondence of the organisation, according to your role and access

  • HR administration

Supporting the business in the area of Human Resources, including employee relations and employee experience on day to day basis

For this role, we are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our Portfolio of Apps domain and take ownership of the future of Personio’s Recruiting Product. This is a strategic and rewarding role that will work cross-functionally with customers, other technical teams, and senior leadership to shape how the Recruiting product will evolve in the long term and how it maximizes its value for Personio across current and future target markets. You will be responsible for defining the strategy to get the recruiting product closer to the value proposition we envision together with your engineering partner, as well as executing on it for maximum customer and business impact.

You have spent 7+ years building incredible user experiences for B2B or B2C platforms with diverse product offerings. You are comfortable with both, core product as well as 0 to 1 product work, and don’t shy away from technical challenges along the way. You are obsessed with finding the right way forward for customers and the business and are fluent in evaluating it with partners across engineering, research, and design. You have a strong understanding of data and making data-informed decisions is second nature to you.

  • Understand, co-create, articulate, and evolve the vision and strategy of the Recruiting Product
  • Create a strategic game plan and co-drive buy-in with executive leadership around contents and funding.
  • Define, plan, and execute a roadmap to bring the recruiting product to the next level so that recruiters can go back to really focusing on the candidate
  • Align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs, and measures of success
  • Systematically analyze customer feedback in collaboration with Design, User Research, and customer-facing stakeholders
  • Break down complex problems and write clear documentation in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and domain leadership
  • Manage product delivery in an agile setting and guide your team in all sprint activities
  • Mentor and develop fellow PM team members working alongside you on the product
  • Support shaping the future setup of the tribe to achieve the best business outcomes.
  • Deliver updates and represent the team’s progress to stakeholders, including members of the executive team

What you need to succeed
  • At least 7 years of experience in SaaS product management in a B2B or B2C company building customer-facing products
  • Experience building products 0-1 as well as core feature product work
  • Relevant experience in working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting applying Scrum
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership; ability to work collaboratively in a result-oriented way
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Job Description:

The CustomerSupport Specialist is responsible for responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner for highly customizable Benefitfocus products. The primary functions of the Associate Customer Support Specialist role include triaging system issues, collaborating internally to ensure items are resolved with the highest quality, and providing cause and resolution details to customers. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.


  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product functionality or system issues; gather pertinent details from customer to properly assess and respond with action plan/resolution.
  • Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, research, and resolve questions and issues within our products; Collaborate with other associates and resources required to resolve issues.
  • Serve as key communication point for issues assigned and work to resolve complex issues while providing system knowledge and expertise; Consistently provide status updates for active issues for both the customer and internal associates.
  • Document all communication and maintain accurate and up-to-date status of all triage actions performed within our issue management system.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize customer issues; identify and escalate critical issues, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Benefit Service Center associates, Solutions Consultants, and other internal teams to provide exceptional support during each customer’s annual Open Enrollment period.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • B.S. or B.A. required
  • 2+ years’ experience in data analysis, account management, or technical customer support-related roles.
  • Industry knowledge and experience is a plus: Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, Healthcare.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HTML, basic SQL, or report creationexperiencedesired.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills that focus on concise and informative content for internal and customer audiences.
  • Experience developing strategies that drive success through delivering value and insight tailored to each unique customer.

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience on mobile and web UI/UX.
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Team player but can work independently too
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, iOS, Android,

We’re looking for a Senior Manager Biostatistics to join ourBiostatistics team that is passionate about improving healthcare through innovative clinical research. As a member of the Premier Research team, you’ll help create tangible solutions for patients in need while building cross-functional partnerships that enable your growth and success.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Independently develops SAS programs to generate listings, tables and figures as outlined by a statistical analysis plan and to generate randomization codes
  • Performs QC of TLFs, CDISC and other analysis data sets
  • Prepares specifications for CDISC and other analysis data sets; independently develop statistical analysis plans
  • Acts as Lead Biostatistician to interact with the study team and the Sponsor
  • Provide strategic approaches to support direct reports with complex project challenges
  • Guide and mentor direct reports to achieve and overcome personal development goals and obstacles while providing positive and constructive feedback
  • Supports Business Development by preparing for and attending bid defense meetings, preparing capabilities presentations, and assisting with budget and proposal development
  • Acts as an independent Biostatistician on DSMBs and DMCs

What we are searching for:  

  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) from accredited college or university, in statistics or closely related field
  • Previous experience in clinical trials design and analysis using SAS
  • Previous experience as supervisor/manager
  • Knowledge of ICH and local regulatory authority drug research and development regulations preferred.
  • Works with internal and external customers/vendors to meet project specific goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in interactions with regulatory agencies (e.g., FDA, EMA, EU member states, etc.)

As a Digital Learning Manager, you are fully accountable for the design and creation of engaging eLearning and training content. You will take ownership of each project assigned and liaise with subject matter experts to define course requirements, script storyboards, and then build the courses in-house.

This role is vital to deliver impactful learning and training content in order to drive onboarding and adoption of our platform.

Your key performance indicators (KPIs) include (but are not limited to) the users satisfaction, the number of certified users.

LMS & Certifcation

Explain exactly how our product solves their needs, the value it brings. Your face will be part of the Invisible brand as you’ll be on our users' screen as they onboard and use our products.

  • Maintain and manage the LMS
  • (Re)esign and produce e-learning content and paths (incl. videos and quizzes)
  • Design certification programs for each application of CHILI GraFx platfform
  • Design and implement feedback systems
  • Adapt and update materials with each new feature and applications
  • Ensure that all training materials and terminology are consistent with product documentation (incl. grammar and screenshots)
  • Keep functionalities and features skills knowledge on possible use cases, and best practices up-to-date


  • (Re)design training decks for each application of CHILI GraFx platfform
  • Produce custom sessions based on customer needs/requests
  • Manage training schedule with clients
  • Promote new/existing features based on client needs and/or platform/feature releases
