What you’ll be doing:

The Product Manager will take ownership of multiple financial crime product initiatives, managing end-to-end product lifecycle and work closely with Engineers, Architects, User Experience and Quality Assurance specialists across Ripjar to build high quality financial crime or Intelligence/Investigations products on time

Key tasks:

  • Liaise with customers and customer-facing staff to fully appreciate their needs
  • Develop a strong appreciation of the financial crime domain and marketplace
  • Establish business case and business rationale for change
  • Steer the development of new feature design and development and oversee product and/or feature launch
  • Act as Agile product owner, writing stories and participating in Agile ceremonies
  • Develop or iterate pricing approach

  • Strong knowledge of product management lifecycle
  • Exposure to an Agile methodology
  • Ability to create product development and marketing strategies

About the Role

As a Product Manager for Financial Systems at Stitch Fix, you will play a pivotal role within our Product and Technology team by shaping the product vision and roadmap for a diverse range of financial systems. These systems are crucial for procure-to pay, master data management, financial transaction processing, reporting, analytics, budgeting, and forecasting. You will collaborate closely with leaders in Finance, Technology, Product, and operations to identify and deliver new capabilities, enhance our financial systems, and drive efficiencies that support our strategic business initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Systems Product, you will work as an individual contributor, defining and leading roadmap initiatives that have the highest impact, and influencing the strategic direction of our financial systems portfolio.   • Lead product management for the Financial Systems domain area, defining the product roadmap and delivering solutions that automate end-to-end financial processes and support strategic initiatives. AP / Procure-to-Pay / Vendor focus with ability to stretch into other areas.
  • Drive discovery and business case development for opportunities within financial systems platforms, including ERP, Supply Chain applications, Financial Reporting and Analytics, and Budgeting & Forecasting.
  • Develop a clear product vision and secure alignment among cross-functional leadership for quarterly and annual product roadmaps. Define goals and success metrics for initiatives, develop and manage objectives and key results (OKRs), and guide cross-functional teams to achieve results.
  • Effectively communicate the product roadmap and vision to stakeholders across the organization and provide ongoing progress updates.
  • Facilitate product design discussions across finance, tech, product, and business teams to ensure the development of scalable end-to-end solutions and processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, articulate use cases, and oversee the delivery of product experiences that drive business value and align with industry best practices.
  • Oversee the agile execution of the product roadmap, with a keen focus on prioritizing high-impact initiatives. In the face of evolving information, make informed trade-off decisions to optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with technical program management to succeed in a highly cross-functional environment.
  • Advocate for decisions that prioritize long-term benefits, maintain a data-first mindset, and protect against compromising data structures for short-term gains.
  • Prioritize and deliver ongoing enhancements that address business needs and leverage ERP and Supply Chain capabilities.
  • Drive enterprise financial reporting and analytics solutions, aligning metrics, data, and processes across Finance, Accounting, and FP&A.

  • You have a B.S. degree in finance, accounting, IT/computer science, or a related field.
  • You have 8-10 years of experience in financial consulting, accounting, finance, FP&A, or similar roles supporting or managing financial systems applications.
  • You have a background in product management focused on driving Finance and Supply Chain best practice processes, with a history of successfully leading product initiatives.
  • You bring deep functional expertise in ERP and Supply Chain applications, with a preference for Oracle experience.
  • You have a strong understanding of core finance processes, including accounting practices, monthly close, financial reporting and forecasting, and SOX controls.
  • You possess broad knowledge of Retail and eCommerce, including a solid understanding of Sales, Merchandise, Inventory, and Procurement processes (apparel experience is a plus).
  • You have a passion for automating end-to-end business processes and integrating with Engineering applications.
  • You have exceptional collaboration skills at all organizational levels, with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance finance processes and drive efficiencies.
  • You possess high business acumen, quick grasp of financial, business, and technical concepts, data-driven mindset, and a willingness to work closely with finance, tech, and business partners.
  • You have the ability to facilitate, drive, and execute design and end-to-end process analysis, engaging the right cross-functional participants and identifying key dependencies.

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. Salary Range
$198,000$212,000 USD

As a Product Manager, you will work with your key stakeholders and partners to build the right product modules and features that deliver value both to our customers and to our business.   • Manage the product development lifecycle; Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different functions to understand their needs and translate those needs into specifications and technical requirements for the development team.
  • Write themes, Epics, user stories, user acceptance criteria and guide the development team to implementation by managing and prioritizing the backlog of features and requests.
  • Write use cases, create wireframes and work closely with the UI/UX team
  • Participate in sprint planning and review to track progress.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competition, identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Exceptional customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features
  • Experience managing business priorities against design/user needs while delivering against product roadmaps
  • Tech-savvy and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Experience in working with UI/UX teams as well as writing use cases and creating wireframes
  • Experience managing end-to-end software product development and releases with a cross-functional software development team in an agile environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
  • Knowledge of analyzing and interpreting raw and processed data
  • Knowledge of effectively running and interpreting results of experiments. Familiarity with different testing techniques and experience with A/B testing is strongly valued

  • Own and drive the development of technical products, engage with engineers in discussing technical designs and approaches

  • Work with Avaya to identify where LivePerson can add additional value within Avaya’s CCaaS solution
  • Integrate Avaya’s CCaaS solution with LivePerson
  • Use a similar model for integrating with additional voice contact center solutions to broaden our TAM
  • Manage the Tenfold-based product portfolio including voice integrations and CRM adapters

Role Overview

This role will report to the VP of Product and manage the three product designers on the team. Responsibilities

  • Vision and Purpose
    • Foster a shared sense of purpose. Define, communicate, and iteratively refine a clear vision that is compelling to users, stakeholders, and the team
    • Establish clarity around the “why,” creating a shared sense of purpose at the sprint level so the team can self-organize around solving problems
  • Discovery
    • Develop an expert understanding of the product, domain, users, and business
    • Perform continuous product discovery leveraging UX research and design capabilities on the team to identify and prioritize what needs the team will meet in order to maximize value and outcome delivery
  • Communication
    • Convey high level intent in a way that fosters creative, cross-functional problem solving, and that supports team self-organization and team member self-management (i.e. user stories, story maps, etc.)
    • Communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and progress to stakeholders to empower informed decision-making
  • Agile Delivery
    • Drive product development using agile delivery best practices. Manage the product backlog and prioritize problems to be solved
    • Break down problems to be solved in ways that value can be delivered iteratively and incrementally. Lead the team to early validation of risky assumptions, and early and continuous delivery of value
  • Balance strategic and tactical Product Management responsibilities based on the needs of the team, stakeholders, and users
  • Establish a healthy, trust-based rapport with teammates and stakeholders
  • Collaboratively identify and work to understand stakeholder constraints. Develop solutions that address diverse and sometimes conflicting stakeholder needs
  • We expect the responsibilities of this position to shift and grow organically over time, in response to considerations such as the unique strengths and interests of the selected candidate and other team members and an evolving understanding of the delivery environment

Basic qualifications

  • Experience leveraging product discovery techniques that inform product vision, strategy, features, user stories, and prioritization
  • Effective communicator, leader, and motivator
  • In-depth knowledge and application of Agile principles and practices
  • Expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria that convey the what and why, leaving room for the team to creatively problem solve to determine the how
  • Proven track record of launching products from conception to production, and managing clients and key stakeholders
  • Has lived and worked in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years

The salary ranges for a Product Manager at Agile Six are:

  • Product Manager II: $128,021 - $134,587
  • Senior Product Manager III: $143,779 - $151,152

Your impact

Handshake is hiring a Senior Product Manager to help us deliver a world class consumer experience on iOS and Android. More than half of college students in the US have a profile on Handshake, but they’re still spending the majority of their time using our web app to search for jobs. In order to fully realize our mission and goals, and expand the use cases that students are choosing Handshake for, we know that we need to meet them where they spend most of their time - on their phones. In this role you will own the overall craft and quality of our mobile apps, and you will work with PMs from across the company to make sure that each of their products is contributing positively to the mobile experience.

Your role

  • Product Strategy. You’ll ensure that your squad have a cohesive and differentiated product strategy that ladders up into the Content & Community team and company strategy.
  • Leadership. You’ll represent your squad and product area to executives, and translate company-wide strategies to your squad and into your roadmap. You’ll inspire your team on the product vision.
  • Goal Setting. You’ll hold your squads accountable to clear goals that ensure they are tracking effectively towards their strategy.
  • Planning and Execution. You’ll lead your team and stakeholders in prioritizing and collaborating on the roadmap while ensuring we have appropriate alignment with appropriate stakeholders. You will also exercise influence on adjacent product areas and organization-wide strategy.
  • Collaboration. You’ll work closely with other key leaders in the Content & Community team (i.e. design, marketing, engineering, data) as well as leaders in other lines of businesses (E.g. Career Events, Paid Employer offerings) to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.

Your experience

  • Customer focused. You understand the needs of your customer better than anyone else and prioritize them everywhere, grounding your approach in data and research.
  • Marketplace Fluent. You think holistically across the different user types and their respective incentives in a marketplace to create “matched”, end-to-end, successful products.
  • Strong systems and analytical thinker.Can connect the dots, spot challenges and edge cases, integrate multiple considerations.
  • Experience launching and managing a consumer social productwith 1M+ active users
  • Expert at using data for tactical and strategic decisioning, goal setting, and iterating quickly.

Bonus areas of expertise

  • PM experience leading the development and launch of net new, “zero to one” consumer products
  • Experience managing a consumer product with significant scale (i.e. 10MM+ users)

Compensation range

  • $165,000-190,000

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
