As a Channel Solutions Architect for Prisma Cloud, you will be a guide on our solutions offerings for cloud-based environments. As an extended member of the Sales and Channels team you will work with our partners to help enable them to best leverage our methodologies, products, and tools to help detect and prevent advanced cyberattacks and breaches, providing expertise in for Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud (GCP), and other Public Cloud systems. You'll provide training to our partners. You’ll work closely with our Channels team to build strong partner relationships, enabling our partners to help guide our joint customers through complex challenges that face their digital environments.

Your Impact

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor within our Channels team and our most strategic and impactful channel partners
  • Lead conversations about industry trends and emerging changes to the security landscape that every partner and customer needs to be aware of
  • Strategy planning for moving critical data, intellectual property, and high-demand applications to Public Cloud
  • Be the technical voice of the Channel SE team for all things related to security and compliance in Public Cloud (Alicloud, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform)

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Experience as a system engineer, solutions architect, or systems integrator
  • Good understanding & expertise of tools such as Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD (Jenkins, Github, etc)
  • Good understanding of containers and container management (Docker, Openshift, and Kubernetes) 
  • Understanding of API based security and compliance standards and Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems and scripting
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex multivariate problems and find a systematic approach to gain a quick resolution, often under duress
  • Mature and effective time-management skills
  • Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud installation, configuration and administration of security features and services including identity and access management, service-related security features, networking, firewalls, encryption, and related standard methodologies
  • Proficiency with cloud networking models and connectivity, network security, virtualization, and cloud computing
  • Working experience with customers, positioning, demonstrating, configuring and fixing network infrastructure security products
  • Programming experience in a higher-level language such as NodeJS, Ruby, Chef, Puppet, YAML, JSON, and/or Python
  • Experience working with Channel partners and understanding of a channel centric go to market approach
  • Experience from companies in the enterprise networking security space
  • Deep understanding of exploits, malware, ransomware, and etc. along with their creation and activation

  • A software development and operational background with experience in real-time communications voice infrastructure including mobility; preferred knowledge of FreeSWITCH, Kamailio and Coturn
  • Solid understanding of public cloud space (GCP preferred) infrastructure, security compliance, IaC, build and deployment methodologies
  • Solid understanding scripting languages like Terraform, Ansible, JavaScript and Python
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD and distributed architectures, ability to read and troubleshoot Java code base
  • Solid knowledge of WebRTC and VoIP related to protocols and architecture 
  • Strong systems reliability engineering including capacity planning, performance, scalability and life cycle management
  • Solid SRE best practices, including reliability, monitoring, availability, and incident response
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in problem solving, identification, troubleshooting and solutions

    Wistia’s Business Intelligence team is charged with leveraging data to empower strategic, insights-driven decision-making across the organization. The Senior Product Data Analyst role will be specifically focused on addressing the analytical needs of our Product teams.  A successful candidate will combine strong technical and communication skills to surface insights from large, messy datasets and translate those insights into clear recommendations for Product stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    Data Analysis & Insights:

    • Use SQL and python to analyze complex datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform business-critical decisions and product development.
    • Design and maintain self-serve data visualizations and dashboards to provide real-time insights for stakeholders.
    • Perform A/B test, cohort and funnel analyses in collaboration with Product teams to optimize user experience and business outcomes.

    Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

    • Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for product releases.
    • Meet Product stakeholders “where they live” by becoming an expert in our application data models, usage of Amplitude and internal event tracking frameworks.
    • Translate data insights into clear recommendations that support product strategy and feature prioritization.
    • Communicate your findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences through easily-interpretable presentations, reports, and dashboards.

    Data Strategy & Infrastructure:

    • Work with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, availability, and integrity across product analytics.
    • Use dbt to define version-controlled, modular business logic that can be easily reused across the team.
    • Develop and improve data collection methods and processes to enhance the quality of product analytics.

    Qualifications

    • Technical
      • Highly experienced in data analysis, preferably within a product or technology-driven environment.
      • Fluent in SQL and python for data analysis.
      • Skilled at constructing meaningful data visualizations.
      • Comfortable with the command line, git and dbt.
      • Experienced with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven optimization
      • Knowledgeable about database architecture, data warehousing principles, REST APIs, event tracking frameworks.
    • Non-technical
      • Experienced at scoping broad, loosely-defined requests into well-structured plans.
      • Highly curious, with a strong attention to detail and a perspective on how your work fits into the “big picture”.
      • Adept at using your excellent communication skills to translate complex analyses and findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
      • Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal oversight.
      • Familiar with SaaS metrics and business practices.
      • Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
      • Passionate about data.
