  • Hands-on experience with web browser automation tools (e.g. Selenium / Playwright);
  • Good understanding of all levels of the testing pyramid;

  • Familiarity with relational database engines (SQL);
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development methodology;

  • Investigates and reproduces issues, provides fixes and workarounds and verifies changes and ensure continued support of the software solution
  • Ability to investigate challenging tickets from Client and close the tickets
  • Monitor and own all support related metrics including ticket backlog, average time to close, workload distribution, first response time, resolution time and ticket escalations
  • Strong understanding of databases like Oracle, SQL Server etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines
  • 3-6 years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements
  • Experience with working on Jira, Zendesk and similar tools.
  • Extensive experience working with system implementation, reporting, back-end database management (e.g.: Oracle, Teradata) and/or ETL interfacing (e.g.: Informatica, SSIS) technologies

Latham is looking for an individual to coordinate and lead all compliance (GxP) activities (including Disposition, SOP writing, auditing, SME for QA activities). The position requires at least 15 years of experience in QA and compliance, ideally across multiple GXP areas, and at all stages of development. The Product Analyst UAT will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase within the digital product delivery cycle across the globe. This includes supporting the accuracy and functionality of development across the organization by coordinating user acceptance testing of digital projects and releases. They will work closely with our product delivery teams, DevOps, local teams and our business units to ensure that testing efforts are completed and meet requirements within the scope of the project.

What You'll Do

  • Successfully lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) effort for projects and releases associated with the Ria Money Transfer mobile app and website.
  • Be the one point of contact for testers during the UAT testing phase.
  • Coordinate the creation of test plans and scenarios for each project and upcoming release cycle.
  • Partner with QA and DevOps to determine environment, configuration, and deployment needs for the testing environments, potentially including regularly refreshing the lower environments with production data for improved testing.
  • Setup/onboard testers, facilitate UAT test plan review meetings with stakeholders, track and report on testing progress, capture reported issues and ensure prioritization and/or resolution of high and critical issues are completed prior to release.
  • Coordinate UAT with internal and external testing teams, including Product, and obtain approvals.
  • Ensure settings are correct and confirmed with dev prior to UAT testing (ex. min app version, rollout version for a feature, country settings, etc…).
  • Thorough understanding and application of agile software development methodology along with applicable knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with software or tools for issue tracking, test case management and automation, and project management, preferably Jira (Atlassian product) and Test Rail.
  • Excels in fast-paced environments with frequently changing priorities by being agile and exhibiting reliable planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Persistent and results focused; must be able to deliver results in an environment which requires a high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Work(ed) in the financial industry or with digital platforms (mobile, web).
  • Results-oriented track record for writing test plans and/or coordinating projects from conception to delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with TestRail is a bonus.
