The Role:Imagine selling a solution that will predict for your customers (with an 85% accuracy) who is going to buy, what they’ll buy and when.  This role will be an instrumental player in helping grow 6sense’s footprint in the Financial Services vertical, one of our fastest growing markets. We will trust you to evangelize 6sense, run your business like a CEO, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual targets.  This is not your average start-up; you’ll be closing large deals.  And you’ll be rewarded very well for doing so.

  • Experience closing transactions >$250k ACV to line of business executives  

Preferred Requirements:  

  • 2+ years selling into Financial Services or adjacent industries  
  • Experience selling to Enterprise CMOs, VPs Demand Gen, Marketing Operations, Sales leaders  
  • Experience selling to Enterprise Marketing & Sales leaders  
  • Experience closing $1M+ transactions  
  • Familiarity with marketing tech stack (Marketo, Eloqua), b2b publishers/media, data providers

Base Salary Range: $102,000 to $156,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. Role: Sr. UX Writer

Role Purpose:As a Senior UX Writer at 6sense, you will play a key role in shaping the voice, tone, and overall usability of our products. Working closely with Product Managers and Designers, you will engage with teams throughout the product development process to create clear, compelling, and concise content that efficiently guides users through workflows and helps them to better understand the value of what we offer.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Following the UX Copywriting Style Guide, write clear, compelling UX content— including microcopy, error messages, notifications, and longer-form in-product guidance—that engages users and helps them use our products more effectively.
  • Collaborate with product teams and engage early in projects to understand requirements and user needs.
  • Work closely with Product Designers to make sure content is integrated seamlessly into designs with a focus on consistency both within and between products.
  • Determine where existing UI text in the production environment needs to be polished and submit PRs in GitHub to directly suggest changes.
  • Help mentor Product Managers and Designers to plan and write more effective first- draft UX copy.
  • Analyze content performance and user behavior to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Proven experience creating UX copy for B2B software.
  • Strong portfolio showing examples of UX Writing projects you’ve worked on.
  • Experience leading content development for project teams and mentoring Product Managers and Designers on content strategy best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with designers in Figma.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and the ability to submit UI text changes using version control software (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).

About the opportunity:

Job Description : 

The customer Success Manager will play a key role in driving Customer Success, optimisation, and upselling of new business opportunities for customers by qualifying and nurturing customers in our rapidly growing business. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own overall relationships with assigned customers, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and delivering satisfaction
  • Manage customer life cycle & account management – from Sales Handover, Oversee & Ensure Timely Deployment, Consistent Engagement there-on building a Relationship 
  • Escalation Management, Stakeholder Management (Internal & External), Co-ordination between Product Management, Support groups, and other Cross-Functional teams.
  • Develop new and innovative ways to share relevant data and insights that are impactful to customers and tie back to their success drivers through operational reviews to key customer stakeholders as well as Strategic Business Reviews
  • Provide best practices to help drive user behaviour and product adoption
  • Proficient understanding of customer success concepts and Software as a Service. Conduct onboarding, training, and review call with customers through multiple customer journey stages.
  • Discern opportunities for revenue growth and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities (independently or in partnership with cross-functional teams), and act upon possible problems

Purpose of the Job
 

As the first UX Engineer fully dedicated to the 6sense design system (6DS), you will help build an enterprise-level design system that elevates our products and improves team efficiency. In addition to acting as the technical liaison between UX and Engineering, you will deliver design system components that are easy for designers and developers to use. The Sr. Manager, Solutions Consulting will manage a team of Strategic Solution Consultants and potentially managers in support of sales to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer success. They will lead the technical role in their segment supporting sales activities, making both strategic and tactical decisions for their teams. They will ensure tight alignment between field sales and other organizations within 6sense. 

Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

  • You will lead and manage a team of Strategic Solution Consultants and potential managers in support of sales to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer success
  • As the Sr. Manager of Solutions Consulting, you will set both the strategic and tactical direction of your SC team, based on the direction of the SC organization and the greater company objectives.
  • Guide the growth and development of your SC team(s) and work closely with sales leadership and CS counterparts.
  • Ensure tight alignment between field sales and other organizations within 6sense
  • Manage a team of Solution Consultants in a dedicated Segment helping to ensure sales and customer success
  • Engage directly with Sales and Sales Leadership to provide support for pre-sales activities across all 6sense solutions
  • Conduct pipeline recruiting efforts to find and hire top Solution Consulting talent within the region
  • Mentor/coach new hires during onboarding and subsequent phases to ensure proper ramping of SC skills and capabilities
  • Ensure that the team is enabled to support all required 6sense products and solutions along with required sales/soft skills
  • Work closely with Sales to develop strategic and technical account plans
  • Develop a close working relationship with Professional Services and Training to ensure alignment between pre and post sales activities
  • Deliver annual performance reviews using the skill/will methodology along with assisting SC’s with building out and executing their individual development plans
  • Manage performance and key talent closely ensuring that we are taking the necessary actions to retain top talent and manage performance at all levels
  • Conduct regular 1:1’s with team members to provide constructive feedback and skills development
  • Work cross functionally with support, product management, engineering, and other organizations to ensure alignment with the field, provide process and product feedback, and resolve critical customer situations

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • At least 5+ year of experience in technically selling and supporting software products

Purpose of the Job

The Role

The Principal Technical Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving platform-level strategic initiatives and managing special projects that support the company's vision and objectives. As an Adoption Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding the customer’s strategic objectives, establishing a baseline of their current measurement methods, and executing 6sense use cases that align with these goals. You will own the activation of each use case and make a positive impact to the customer’s onboarding experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Quarterback project delivery, with engagements spanning across the customer lifecycle, including implementation of 6sense use cases from inception to launch
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project plan, progress, and risks
  • Understand customer’s strategic priorities and how they track and measure initiatives to achieve ideal outcomes
  • Work with customer to identify end to end workflow and translate them into business and technical requirements
  • Identify the strategic impact of use cases on the customer’s business and help prioritize them to meet business objectives, with the goal of generating positive ROI
  • Partner with internal 6sense teams to proactively resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery across programs
  • Assist in driving product adoption post-onboarding
  • Act as a knowledge partner and 6sense expert to strategically guide customers through best practices
  • Contribute to the development of 6sense best practices, including internal and external training materials and other collaterals
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure implementation expectations are set accurately

Requirements

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presenting skills
  • Experience managing or working with enterprise customers
  • Technical or non-technical software experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and scale
  • Ability and desire to work in a high energy and rapidly evolving B2B software startup environment
  • Proactive self-starter who can comfortably and respectably speak their mind, manage shifting priorities, empathize with customers, and do the right thing

Desired

  • 3+ years' experience in the MarTech or sales-tech industry
  • 3+ years in an enterprise software customer facing role
  • Familiarity with the marketing tech stack: Marketing Automation, digital marketing technologies, data providers, B2B digital media.
  • Experience using Marketing Automation, CRM or related applications is a plus
  • Experience working closely with B2B demand gen, marketing operations, sales operations and analytics teams
  • Have led projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging internal resources to get things done
