Job Title: Lead Cybersecurity Analyst

Location: Remote

Hiring a Lead Cybersecurity Analyst for our Cybersecurity Operations team.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will be overseeing daily cybersecurity operations and leading cybersecurity incident response activities. This includes architecting and supporting the cybersecurity operations center (CSOC) technology portfolio and cybersecurity risk management program. This position is also expected to lead efforts that help mature the cybersecurity operations program, capabilities, and processes. You will be expected to serve as a mentor to the team, and to provide input into the overall cybersecurity program and strategy. You will work closely with other IT departments and key stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs and provide consulting services to reduce risk for cyber assets, identify emerging threats and technologies, and help set technical standards for the department and company. 

What you will do:

• Lead incident response efforts, such as responding to identified malicious activity or highly critical vulnerabilities that pose a threat to the organization.
• Onboard data, configure integrations, and setup security alerting for the security information and event management (SIEM) solution, which includes parsing and analyzing large, complex data sets and integrating into the security case management system.
• Leverage knowledge in multiple security disciplines, such as Windows, Unix, Linux, data loss prevention (DLP), endpoint controls, databases, wireless security, and data networking, to offer global solutions for a complex heterogeneous environment.
• Responsible for the continuous maturity of monitoring and incident response capabilities.
• Stay current with, and remain knowledgeable, about new threats. Analyze attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) from security events across a large heterogeneous network of security devices and end-user systems.
• Conduct cyber investigations including suspicious files analysis across applications, networks, and endpoints, including memory and disk forensics, to determine maliciousness. Analysis requires knowledge of traditional malware, but also repurposed files that are not malicious, as well as targeted malware and zero-day attacks.
• Acts as primary security resource for strategic initiatives by providing security reviews and mitigation recommendations that address concerns going forward.
• Provides leadership for cyber team including setting standards, identifying emerging threats, mentoring team on how to mitigate risks, and collaborating with business and IT resources.
• Promotes strategic comprehensive planning by identifying advocating for security solutions or practices that substantially reduce the cyber risk of organization.
• Engages in other duties as needed that support Client’s Values and helps deliver on our Purpose to serve customers and build stronger communities.

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Information Technology. [Preferred]
• Certification relevant information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or GIAC) or the ability to gain a certification within 6 months of hire. [Required]

Required Experience:

• 8 years of cybersecurity work experience.
• Experience using malware analysis, forensics solutions and utilities.
• Experience in cyber investigations using formal chain-of-custody methods.
• Solid knowledge and experience with IT security aspects of operating systems, Active Directory, database (SQL) access, LDAP, Microsoft SharePoint, web server configurations, networks server administration, data networking, firewall administration, cloud technologies, and/or application development.
• Experience working in a regulated industry and be familiar with government and industry regulations that involve information security. These include PCI, FISMA, GLBA, FERPA, NERC CIP, TSA, HIPAA, or SOX.
• Solid understanding and experience with security development lifecycle (SDL) processes for internally developed applications, including the web-based and Internet facing components.
• Experience managing security related projects involving multiple teams, utilizing project management tools (task allocation, check point meetings, project milestones, etc.). 

Preferred Experience:

• 6 years of security monitoring and incident response experience.
• 4 years of in-depth security log analysis experience.

• Security development lifecycle (SDL).

• In depth knowledge of utility industry, technology trends, cybersecurity, and regulatory changes.
• Excellent collaboration skills - able to lead cross-functional teams to deliver cybersecurity initiatives.
• Able to architect, lead teams, and mentor others in Secure by design, security development lifecycle (SDL), information risk management, and managing cybersecurity related projects or programs.

Position Description:

 The FIU Fraud Analyst (“Analyst) is responsible for the daily operational deployment of the Bank’s comprehensive fraud prevention program, using various systems to analyze, detect, and prevent fraud. The Analyst will monitor for potentially fraudulent activities across multiple transaction types to include, but may not be limited to, Wires, ACH, Check, Deposit, Online Banking, Card. This position is essential to protect the enterprise from financial loss stemming from internal / external fraudulent behaviors. Position Accountabilities:

• Investigate internal and external fraud events perpetrated against AUB, its applicable non-bank affiliates subsidiaries, and stakeholders.
• Research and analyze high risk transactions to identify possible cases of fraud.
• Document and decision complex alerts and cases to identify reportable suspicious activity.
• Conduct customer outreach as needed to determine evidence of fraud.
• Conduct analysis of data output to detect fraud patterns and trends.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal customers with general questions or concerns about fraud.
• Provide timely investigations and follow up to fraud alerts based upon established SLAs.
• Distribute pertinent information to departments throughout organization that may be affected by current Fraud trends.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Fraud Prevention and Detection Manager.

Organizational Relationship

• This Assignment reports to the Fraud Prevention and Detection Manager.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred
• Certification as a fraud professional (CAFP and/or CFE) preferred
• Must have 2 or more years of banking, business, Fraud, BSA, or criminal justice related experience. 

Knowledge & Skills:

• Customer Service, Branch, Check, Zelle and ACH Fraud experience a plus 
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Title: Care Manager

3 month Contract to HIRE 

Responsibilities and Duties:

This job owns and conducts oversight over a specified panel of members that range in health status/severity and clinical needs. The incumbent assesses health management needs of the assigned member panel and utilizes data/analytics, in conjunction with professional clinical judgement, to identify the right clinical intervention for each member. The incumbent is supported by a multi-disciplinary team and uses clinical judgment to refer members to appropriate multi-disciplinary resources. In addition to identifying the appropriate clinical interventions and referrals, the incumbent manages an active case load of members in their panel that are enrolled in case management. The incumbent conducts outreach to members enrolled in case management including but not limited to: developing a care plan, encouraging behavior changes, identifying and addressing barriers, helping members to coordinate care, and identifying various resources to assist members in achieving their personal health goals. The incumbent monitors, improves and maintains quality outcomes (clinical, financial and functional) for the specified panel of members.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements: High School Diploma/GED
• Professional experience, skills and qualifications: 
• • 7 years of any combination of clinical, case management and/or disease/condition management experience, provider operations and / or health insurance experience
  • RN license in DE.
  • CASE MANAGEMENT EXPEREINCE IS A TOP SKILL SET.
  • This role does not provide any hands on care. It is a mix of on-site visits and electronic charting/documentation. Will be advocating for patient care and services to keep the patient in their home.
  • HOME CARE and FIELD work experience is ideal. Any candidate who has experience with working in patient homes will be interviewed first.
  • Written and verbal presentation skills, negotiation skills, and skills in positively influencing others with respect and compassion
  • Broad knowledge of disease processes

  • Advanced training and experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)
  • Experience working with the healthcare needs of diverse populations
  • Understanding of the importance of cultural competency in addressing targeted populations
  • Experience working at either Quantum or Accolade
  • Certification in Case Management. 

Additional Information:
• Contract with OPTION to hire. Manager starts to look at candidates at the 3 month mark to see if they are a fit and start considering hiring. Will extend out 3 months at a time until hired full time.
