Position Description:

 The FIU Fraud Analyst (“Analyst) is responsible for the daily operational deployment of the Bank’s comprehensive fraud prevention program, using various systems to analyze, detect, and prevent fraud. The Analyst will monitor for potentially fraudulent activities across multiple transaction types to include, but may not be limited to, Wires, ACH, Check, Deposit, Online Banking, Card. This position is essential to protect the enterprise from financial loss stemming from internal / external fraudulent behaviors. The Analyst will provide customer service to internal and external customers, investigation of potential fraud, documentation of fraud related alerts, and escalation of confirmed fraud cases.

Position Accountabilities:

  • Investigate internal and external fraud events perpetrated against organization, its applicable non-bank affiliates subsidiaries, and stakeholders.
  • Research and analyze high risk transactions to identify possible cases of fraud.
  • Document and decision complex alerts and cases to identify reportable suspicious activity.
  • Conduct customer outreach as needed to determine evidence of fraud.
  • Conduct analysis of data output to detect fraud patterns and trends.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal customers with general questions or concerns about fraud.
  • Provide timely investigations and follow up to fraud alerts based upon established SLAs.
  • Distribute pertinent information to departments throughout organization that may be affected by current Fraud trends.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Fraud Prevention and Detection Manager.

Organizational Relationship:

  • This Assignment reports to the Fraud Prevention and Detection Manager.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred
  • Certification as a fraud professional (CAFP and/or CFE) preferred
  • Must have 2 or more years of banking, business, Fraud, BSA, or criminal justice related experience.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Customer Service, Branch, Check, Zelle and ACH Fraud experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

The Hyperion Support Analyst, reporting to the Director of Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Legal Technology, will be accountable for providing technical application support for our Hyperion Planning platform. We desire an experienced Support Analyst and change catalyst to help drive us forward in this important space. 

We are looking for an experienced Hyperion Planning and Essbase developer with solid technical skills and a firm understanding of finance, budgeting and forecasting principles.  

The Oracle Hyperion Planning Analyst will support, maintain, and enhance our current Planning environment, while working with the business to create new environments for our ever-growing customer demand.  You will work cross functionally with the region FP&A teams, global FP&A teams, Consulting Operations, CS&S Operations, and IT to successfully deploy solutions to improve their processes.  Additionally, this role will support the day-to-day maintenance and configuration of the Oracle Hyperion Planning Suite of products.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • System Administrator of the Hyperion Planning tool
  • Trouble shooting and resolution of Hyperion Planning incidents
  • Design and develop new Hyperion Planning applications and functionality
  • Manage systems integrations to/from Hyperion Planning
  • Be the key developer to design and build business-defined functionality within the systems
  • Drive efficiency in FP&A processes by automating manual tasks and processes globally.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 6+ years in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE
  • Strong proficiency of Oracle Hyperion Planning (Calculation Manager, Web forms, integrations, FDMEE, performance optimization)

In addition to identifying the appropriate clinical interventions and referrals, the incumbent manages an active case load of members in their panel that are enrolled in case management. The incumbent conducts outreach to members enrolled in case management including but not limited to: developing a care plan, encouraging behavior changes, identifying and addressing barriers, helping members to coordinate care, and identifying various resources to assist members in achieving their personal health goals. The incumbent monitors, improves and maintains quality outcomes (clinical, financial and functional) for the specified panel of members.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience, skills and qualifications: 
    • 7 years of any combination of clinical, case management and/or disease/condition management experience, provider operations and / or health insurance experience
    • RN license in DE.

    • This role does not provide any hands on care. It is a mix of on-site visits and electronic charting/documentation. Will be advocating for patient care and services to keep the patient in their home.

• Contract with OPTION to hire. Manager starts to look at candidates at the 3 month mark to see if they are a fit and start considering hiring. Will extend out 3 months at a time until hired full time.
