Position description

Desired qualifications

Job Description

This position leads and directs their assigned business units within the Claims Operations for AOB. ·         JD licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar, is exempt from adjuster licensure and has either 1+ years adjusting experience OR 1+ years of insurance claims litigation experience OR the CPCU designation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•       MBA or CPCU, AIC, PLCA or CLCS designation.

•       Practical understanding of the Florida legal environment.

•       Prior experience with Xactimate or comparable computerized estimating program. 

•       Experience with multi-billion-dollar exposure.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires the ability to sit, hear, converse over the telephone and key frequently on a computer for long periods of time (4 or more hours per day). Position requires the ability to be mobile, operate a motor vehicle. This position may require occasional overnight travel; and may be required to work for extended periods of time to include after standard business hours in addition to weekends and holidays during catastrophe response, or as needed.

Work personas

Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office. 

Required in Office

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.

Flexible 

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

Remote

A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

Job Description

Job Description

The Technical Moderator will work closely with the Community Manager to implement the community moderation strategy. Position: Senior Business Analyst – PeopleTech / HRIS
Location: Remote within United States

The Lead/Senior Business Analyst  – PeopleTech, reporting to the Director of Business Applications, is a critical and accountable for creating and delivering scalable and impactful technology solutions to enable our People & Culture (HR) function. This individual will lead and drive the implementation and optimization of HR technology stack in alignment with the vision of the HR programs, business processes and policy strategies. You will be working with primary applications such as SuccessFactor/Workday HRIS Platform, SmartRecurtier and related applications. Also, you are expected to have deep process understanding of HR operations and be hands-on with the HRIS platform. The successful candidate will have the ability to drive consensus and provide direction and is a hands-on subject matter expert capable of delivering the technology solutions required to solve complex business challenges.

Qualifications
