What you’ll do 

  • Manage a team of high caliber enterprise sellers (mid-market) to ensure all quotas and objectives are met or exceeded
  • Build strategies to generate and grow new license revenue in assigned accounts and territories
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-added, ROI driven methodologies to sell enterprise fraud risk and authentication solutions.
  • Develop and maintain sales plans and strategy to deliver annual sales targets.
  • Execute each sales activity in accordance with Pindrop’s sales process which includes opportunity identification and qualification, solution proof of concept, development of business case and ROI, pricing and license development, negotiation and contract signing process.
  • Collaborate with Pindrop sales engineers and analytical teams to oversee proof of concepts and construct results presentations.
  • Disciplined and accurate forecasting and reporting of opportunities and all sales activities within Salesforce.
  • Acquire and integrate industry and market knowledge related to the competitive landscape, emerging fraud risk trends and technologies in order to successfully sell.
  • Present full solutions and conduct product demonstrations for customers.

Your skill-set:

  • Proven record of successful selling, business development, executive level influence, negotiation, and exceptional communication and presence
  • Demonstrated proficiency with software productivity tools (e.g. Salesforce, Clari)

The Opportunity

The US-based salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. What You’ll Do

  • Perform monthly goods and WIP inventory reconciliations, adjustments and warehouse audits.

The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Website CRO manager to join our Acquisition Marketing team. This person will be responsible for optimizing potential customers' experiences from when they land on our marketing website (both desktop and mobile) to when they enter the product conversion funnel. 

As a Manager of Website Conversion, you will help create and drive the strategy to optimize conversion from first visit to first contact. You will be a key player on our acquisition marketing team and instrumental in helping Grammarly build web conversion rate optimization into a vibrant and performative channel. You will be able to directly impact the business by improving the experience of millions of visitors weekly.

In this role, you will:

  • Be an advocate for optimizing marketing web pages (on both desktop and mobile) to best meet visitors’ needs, balancing conversion rate optimization with user experience and long-term brand sentiment.
  • Drive both individual and team user signups.
  • Use data and other insights to develop the web page optimization roadmap, execute on this roadmap, and track the performance.
  • Has good testing knowledge, including A/B and multivariate, and knows when to apply different methodologies. 
  • Work hands-on with testing tools and data analysis
  • Set goals for conversion rate optimization that help meet broader website and Acquisition team objectives.
  • Develop best practices, guidance, and templates for building new marketing web pages; consult with partners in marketing and other departments to optimize web pages.

About the Job

What You’ll Do
