Nous recherchons un Ingénieur DevSecOps pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique au sein du Département Architecture et Opérations IT. En tant qu'élément clé de notre stratégie Cloud, vous serez responsable de la conception, du déploiement et de la maintenance de nos solutions Cloud, tout en assurant la sécurité et l'industrialisation des processus. Ce poste offre une opportunité unique de contribuer à des projets innovants et d'influencer les choix technologiques de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités :

Build :

  • Déployer et migrer les solutions dans le Cloud.
  • Industrialiser et automatiser les déploiements et la configuration des composants (chaînes CI/CD).
  • Intégrer les exigences de sécurité dans les déploiements (tests du code source).
  • Participer à la définition d'architectures Cloud complexes avec un haut niveau de disponibilité et de sécurité.
  • Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de blueprints en collaboration avec la communauté (patterns d'architecture, bonnes pratiques).
  • Améliorer continuellement les architectures et solutions.
  • Définir des scénarios de migration vers le Cloud.

Run :

  • Réaliser les mises en production.
  • Assurer un support aux équipes North Stars (Shérif).
  • Mettre en œuvre la sécurité opérationnelle.
  • Gérer la dette technique.

Acculturation et Accompagnement :

  • Promouvoir la vision « Infrastructure as a Code » et CI/CD.
  • Appliquer les approches micro-services et containers.
  • Animer des ateliers techniques.
  • Développer les compétences sur les outils et solutions (GCP, OneCaaS, AF, etc.).
  • Partager les bonnes pratiques entre la DSI et les clients.
  • Accompagner les migrations vers le Cloud.
  • Supporter l'utilisation de la plateforme CI/CD de Carrefour.
  • Transférer le savoir-faire sur les usages du Cloud et les pratiques DevSecOps.
  • Proposer des choix technologiques innovants.

Compétences techniques :

  • Expertise en Google Cloud Platform (GCP) et/ou Microsoft Azure, y compris les services IaaS et PaaS.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de l'infrastructure tels que Packer, Docker, et Ansible.
  • Connaissance approfondie de Kubernetes pour l'orchestration des containers.
  • Expérience significative avec les chaînes CI/CD, y compris Jenkins et GitLab.
  • Capacité à concevoir des architectures Cloud robustes et sécurisées.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine similaire
  • Expérience prouvée de 7 ans minimum dans la mise en œuvre et la gestion de solutions Cloud à grande échelle.
  • Expérience avec les méthodologies Agile et DevOps.
  • Capacité à rédiger des documentations techniques claires et détaillées.
  • Compétences en scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Connaissance des concepts de réseau et de sécurité (firewalls, VPN, etc.).
  • Expérience dans l'analyse de la performance et l'optimisation des systèmes Cloud.

  • Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes complexes de manière efficace et rapide.
  • Expérience avec des outils de surveillance et de gestion des incidents (comme Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc.).
  • Certifications Cloud (GCP, Azure) souhaitées.

    • Address the test automation needs in a methodical, detail-oriented manner with the help of robust analytical skills and problem-solving capacity
    • Automate functional, regression and/or performance acceptance tests
    • Have complete responsibility to enhance end-to-end automated test coverage
    • Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary test recommendations.

    Qualifications

    Technical requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in automation testing
    • Have experience in design/ scripting automation test scripts using Selenium, Appium
    • Have good knowledge in Katalon - both web and mobile
    • Good knowledge of API testing
    • Experience in Banking/ Fintech domain
    • Hands-on experience in manual testing
    • Have experience with the testing process (test strategy, test approach, test plan, test case, bug report, testing report,...)
    • Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum environment

    Qualifications

    Your Experience

    • Degree in CS or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
    • 3+ years technical sales or equivalent experience highly preferred
    • Hands-on experience using IaC software tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, GCP Cloud Deployment Manager etc) and CI/CD tools (IDEs, GitLab, GitHuB, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.)
