We’re a team of automotive marketing experts, and we’re looking for a leader to join us and help shape our Performance Marketing Services division. 

The individual for this role will be a leading authority on automotive marketing globally, and will shape the direction of customer generation in the automotive industry.

Driftrock is a trusted partner for OEMs, publishers and agencies, providing expert advice and guidance on how to generate leads and sales in the automotive industry. Our Performance Marketing division aims to help all our partners thrive with their campaigns, and maximise performance of marketing campaigns and channels.

As the lead of this team, you’ll work with our partners and customers on strategy, optimisation plans, technical activation, and journey conversion rate optimisation. You’ll help them achieve great results and run campaigns which are among the best in the industry.

Our software helps brands capture automotive leads from every source and start meaningful conversations with their customers, and our Performance Marketing team helps customers make the most of this first party data and insight, turning it into actionable change.

  • We pride ourselves on being transparent and results-driven and always push to work in partnership with our clients so that we’re an extension of their business.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Director at an agency, and have had direct responsibility for managing paid campaigns across a range of ad platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.

  • First hand experience of planning and managing campaigns dedicated to driving leads for a client, and the skills to communicate strategies and tactics.

  • Comfortable with data, reporting, insight, and turning these into recommendations.

  • Experience in building and managing client relationships, delivering strategic advice and recommendations.

  • Strong commercial awareness; demonstrable experience of tracking client fees and identifying opportunity areas.

  • Basic knowledge of Google/Looker Data Studio is desirable, but not a deal breaker.

  • Remote experience and capable of working autonomously

  • Smart, passionate and able to learn new things quickly. We’re a small but scaling company so be enthusiastic about change and ambiguity.

  • You should be based in the UK and have the right to work here.

The Role: Associate, Credit Risk Analytics

Gemini is looking for an Associate, Credit Card Risk Analytics to be part of the risk management function. The risk management function works closely with various teams across Gemini including products, operations, engineering, data and compliance to manage inherent risks in processes of the Company. We are looking for someone who can bring risk management and technical expertise while at the same time a quantitative and hands-on approach to manage Credit Card risks of Gemini credit cards. The role will require to implement technical solutions for real-time risk monitoring and recommend risk mitigation actions. The role provides an exciting opportunity to understand and build risk infrastructure of an evolving asset class and products. The role will provide an opportunity to challenge the most fundamental risk management principles and implement solutions which suit the new and evolving asset class with beginner's mindset. To excel in this role, the individual will use his/ her analytical skills and technical ability to add value to the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Credit Card Risk Core Strategy Analytics
    • Lead analysis efforts to develop core credit card strategies (including rules, cutoffs, policies, operational flows, etc.) to protect firm from credit card related losses and improve customers experience
    • Provide analytical expertise on implementation/testing and initiatives related to the improvement of risk mitigation processes and infrastructure
    • Able to interpret large complex data to formulate problem statement and generate conclusions regarding underlying risk dynamics, trend and further opportunities
    • Assist team efforts in the critical development of new credit card risk pattern or spending pattern detection tools
  • Reporting
    • Generate post credit card risk strategy implementation review reports on a regular basis, and evaluate currents strategies come up with improving ideas and suggestions based on newly detected pattern
    • Prepare Ad-hoc credit risk and fraud strategy related requests, and use analytical data/dashboards to create a solid analytical story to senior management
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely and provide clear communication (oral and written) with across functional teams such as products, operations, engineering, data, compliance, and collection to further improve fraud detection and credit delinquency reduction strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or commensurate work experience
  • 3-5 years of credit card risk experience
  • Familiarity or experience with relational databases and SQL
  • Intermediate Python ability
  • Strong data communication skills
  • Great verbal, written and communication skills
  • Ability to think on the feet and maintain composure in difficult and complex situations
  • Comfortable with making decisions in ambiguity

The Role: Principal, Internal Audit (Professional Practices)

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, this individual is responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the Internal Audit Team’s practices. This includes executing on the team’s strategic initiatives and priorities, maintaining the team’s global methodology and standards, managing and driving process improvements, transforming internal audit practices, conducting quality assurance activities, facilitating an annual skills assessment, and developing a fit-for-purpose training program. The Principal, Internal Audit Professional Practices has a unique opportunity to help create a modern Internal Audit department in the evolving, fast-paced digital assets industry.

As the first Professional Practices hire, this is a vital role to support the delivery of high-quality, risk-based, and consistent internal audit activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage audit practices in alignment with the Institute of Internal Auditors’ Standards, including Gemini’s global Internal Audit Manual.
  • Proactively monitor for changes to industry and regulatory requirements as they relate to internal audit and recommend enhancements to internal audit methodology, where necessary.
  • Lead quality assurance activities over all internal audits, including business, technology, and security audits, to confirm compliance with methodology.

Qualifications:

About the Role:

Bloomreach is seeking an exceptionalSenior Revenue Accountant to join our Accounting team. Reporting into our Revenue Accounting Manager, this role will partner closely with the Sales, Deal Desk, Order Management and AR teams. The Senior Revenue Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate revenue recognition, compliance with accounting standards, and timely month-close and financial reporting. This is a very hands-on and high visibility role within the CFO organization with opportunities to drive process improvements while focusing on public company readiness. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem solving, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong revenue technical accounting background.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Evaluate sales contracts to determine the appropriate treatment in accordance with GAAP, documenting management’s conclusions with appropriate references to ASC 606
  • Own the closing of the revenue system (NetSuite/ARM) and month-end close workpapers (journal entries, account reconciliations, preparation of accruals/reserves, internal reporting, etc).
  • Understand and analyze contract asset and contract liability account activity
  • Drive revenue related business process and system enhancement initiatives
  • Assist with system enhancement and new products (SKU) end-to-end user acceptance testing
  • Assist the Revenue Accounting Manager on various projects on an ad hoc basis
  • Prepare deliverables for external auditors related to the review and audit of financial statements
  • Prepare financial details and analysis for Finance leadership

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Certified Public Accountant or in process of obtaining certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in public accounting or
  • 2-3 years of software/SaaS revenue accounting experience within a public or large pre-IPO company 
  • Strong technical accounting experience with software/SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606
  • Strong ability to recognize problems, gather data, draw valid conclusions, document conclusions, and effectively communicate information to internal stakeholders
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite and NetSuite ARM preferred

As a Staff Product Manager, you will:

What you’ll do

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of software applications and systems.   • Guide IT admins on deploying Grammarly applications using SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and other MDM tools.
  • Serve as a technical expert in providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions: software deployment, VDI, and API integration

  • Discover product gaps by collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

  • 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, IT project management, or software implementation
  • 2+ years of experience working with SSO’s such as Okta, OneLogin, or Entra.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. In Canada, all locations where we support employment are considered “Zone 1”. 

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role are outlined below and may be modified in the future.

United States: 
Zone 1: $120,000 - $150,000 OTE/year (USD)
Zone 2: $112,000 - $140,000 OTE/year (USD)
 
Canada: 
Zone 1: $120K - $150K OTE/year (CAD)

The commission portion for this role will be 30% of the On-Target Earnings (OTE).

The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our Event Marketing team. This role will work cross-functionally to develop and execute field marketing activations, such as executive roundtables, regional conferences, VIP experiences, and user adoption programs, in target markets to support account expansion, pipeline creation, and sales acceleration efforts.

As Field Marketing Manager, you will…

  • Manage programs and events that help us reach executive buyers, expand wall-to-wall deals, accelerate pipeline growth, and support our revenue marketing objectives through elevated in-person experiences in our top accounts.
  • Create, launch, and manage event program briefs to include cross-functional team inputs and project deliverables. 
  • Collect, report, and analyze field marketing data, making data-driven recommendations for improvements on event programs.
  • Own dedicated internal communication channels and create enablement materials for on-site attendees, including pre-show event prep documentation, pre-and post-show outbound sequences, event kickoffs, and post-show retros.
  • Enhance field activations, build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external event vendors, agencies, and venues.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics for field events, ensuring successful execution and follow-up.
  • Travel onsite to event programs as needed.

Qualifications

  • Has 4+ years of Marketing experience with 3+ years experience in field/event marketing.
  • Experience executing field marketing programs at B2B companies in the past.
  • Experience in building and scaling event efforts in high-growth environments, demonstrating adaptability and agility.
  • Experience working closely with sales and customer success.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A good understanding of how events tie to revenue/sales objectives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as Pardot, Salesforce, and Tableau to track and measure campaign performance is a plus.

  • Efficiently accept patient handoffs from an Intake Care Manager and seamlessly continue care.

  • Educate patients on medication, and the importance of medication adherence, and monitor patients' medication and medication-related problems. Reporting all findings to PCP and Psychiatric Consultants.
  • Responsible for communicating treatment recommendations, ensuring recommendations are being addressed by PCP, and communicating updates reported by PCP and/or patient to a psychiatrist.
  • Match daily calendar to documentation in Mindoula's electronic medical record - MMR.
  • Reflect all billable activity in case of notes on MMR entered within 24 hours after billable activity.
  • Present follow-ups to the psychiatrist with necessary information during case presentation.
  • Counsel patients about their mental or physical illness, abuse, medication, and available community and social resources.
  • Assess patients for risk, make quick evaluations for risk, develop safety plans and respond within the parameters outlined within their safety plan, formulating and performing crisis interventions ensuring the safety of patients as necessary. 

  • Monitor, evaluate, and record the patient’s progress using validated assessments each month that the patient is in the program.
  • Prepare and maintain all required records, reports, paperwork, and patients’ diagnostic records, maintaining the confidentiality of patients at all times. 

  • Use clear and accurate verbal and written communication skills to facilitate communication with patients, patient's family/caregivers, staff, and the treatment team
  • Produce high-quality documentation that enables the patients to receive the best treatment possible. 

  • Competently relate to patients, their families, and agencies involved with patients through above-average interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Master's Degree Required in psychology, social work, or another behavioral health disciplines from an accredited college or university.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Suite (calendar, docs, sheets, slides, etc.)
  • Strong data entry experience
  • Work experience with Electronic Medical Records
