As Lead Counsel, Global Privacy, you’ll … 

  • Assess, develop, and continuously improve Webflow’s data privacy and compliance strategy, processes, policies, trainings, and documentation. 
  • Evaluate projects involving personal data, conduct privacy impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies. 
  • Review, draft and negotiate a variety of privacy-related agreements and terms, including DPAs, and provide privacy and technical expertise and support for a variety of other agreements as needed.  Work with the Commercial Legal team to create and iterate on current terms and templates to move with heartfelt urgency in lockstep with cross-functional teams, and provide privacy support to the legal team more broadly.
  • Collaborate with Information Security to perform privacy hygiene assessments periodically, advise on mitigation of security and data privacy compliance risks, and ensure alignment between security and privacy compliance programs. 
  • Conduct privacy, technical and vendor due diligence in strategic partnerships and in Webflow’s M&A activity to identify potential risks and liabilities, provide actionable advice to mitigate them. 
  • Update, maintain and enforce, as applicable, Webflow’s privacy policy, external privacy notices, internal data handling, data classification and data retention policies.
  • In partnership with Senior Product Counsel, collaborate with and provide expertise to multiple business units, such as Product and Marketing, on the privacy implications of existing and proposed services and products, and continuously incorporate privacy by design into Webflow’s products and services while enabling teams to achieve their goals. 
  • Collaborate with the Global Customer Support team to provide clear and accurate guidance on Webflow’s data privacy practices to customers, address privacy-related inquiries, and manage processes for reviewing and responding to global law enforcement requests for data in compliance with applicable laws and policies.

About you:

Requirements:

  • A J.D., and at least one active U.S. state bar membership.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, with a minimum of 2 years of in-house experience.

  • Keep current on applicable global, federal and state privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), and you have experience applying your knowledge to provide clear, actionable advice and programs.   CIPP/US and CIPP/E certifications preferred, but not required.

About the opportunity

We're seeking a Director of Repairs/Construction to join us in delivering on our mission of building a simpler, more streamlined, and customer-centric home buying and selling experience.

This role will be responsible for driving and executing on Homeward’s strategy related to repairs management, efficiently and cost-effectively ensuring the necessary and appropriate make-ready repairs and renovations are made to the Homeward’s homes so that they can be sold quickly and profitably.  As a critical member of the team that shepherds Homeward’s properties from purchase to market sale, you’ll have the opportunity to drive transactions to be more profitable and support customer retention by ensuring properties are listed promptly and in a marketable manner.  This position will also play a strategic role in evolving Homeward’s repair philosophy and require sophisticated cross-functional partnerships with other teams at Homeward, including Finance, Sales, and Transaction Experience.

As Homeward grows, this role may also have the opportunity to also manage local field services staff as such roles may be created.

In this role, you will

  • Strategic ownership of the iterative design and alignment of our go-forward repairs fulfillment strategy
  • Working cross functionally to drive change management across the business on delivery and execution of the chosen repairs strategy
  • Driving quality, timely, and cost-efficient repairs to our properties.
  • Managing our vendor partners that execute the repair / construction work to optimize speed, quality, and cost. 
  • Managing a team of repairs staff to high execution standards.
  • Partnering with our General Managers and Sales team to improve customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Supporting internal clients – including our Market Sales Agents and General Managers – by ensuring the repair/construction aspect of our transactions proceeds smoothly.
  • Providing support to our staff on significant repair projects.
  • Working closely with our Finance team to implement a balanced approach to property improvement and risk mitigation.

What you'll bring

  • Have a combined 6+ years of experience in residential property inspections, repairs, construction, remodeling, or related fields that showcase expertise in managing property repairs and construction.
  • Experience in building a function from the ground up
  • Experience working in a variety of repair delivery systems with a toolkit of best practices, and knowledge on pitfalls to avoid
  • Familiar with a wide range of inspection reports, residential repairs, and associated costs.
  • Demonstrated success in managing vendor partners while remaining within deadlines and budgets.
  • Familiar with conventional lending standards regarding necessary conditions.
  • Demonstrated the ability to exercise sound judgment that balances the need for business growth and risk mitigation.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective interaction with stakeholders.

As a Software Engineer, Infra, you will be a key player in building and enhancing the reliability and observability of our services across the engineering organization. You will be part of a centralized team focused on improving incident management, introducing auto-scaling and resilience mechanisms, conducting chaos testing, and self-healing. Your work will be instrumental in establishing a center of excellence for reliability, establishing and evangelizing best practices, and developing tools to scale these practices across all engineering teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Use modern infrastructure management tools and services like AWS to build a massively scalable platform for Grammarly’s services.
  • Be an ambassador for Operational Excellence - building and continually improving incident management tooling and processes.
  • Implement proactive reliability improvements to reduce manual intervention and increase reliability. This includes automated deployment improvements, canary analysis, self-healing mechanisms, and autoscaling.
  • Manage cloud-native infrastructure solutions, such as cross-service infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters and deployments, auto-scaling tool sets, and service discovery.
  • Build solutions and frameworks to spin up, test, deploy, and observe Grammarly’s service reliability.
  • Participate in on-call incident response and escalation procedures.

Qualifications

  • Has experience managing live production SaaS environments with high load.
  • Is experienced in working on a centralized reliability or SRE team configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure solutions such as container orchestration and service discovery in Kubernetes-based environments.
  • Background in software development or engineering roles with a focus on reliability.
  • Is knowledgeable on all things Reliability and how to scale those solutions across the engineering organization.
  • Is knowledgeable of AWS —or has deep expertise in Azure or GCP and is willing to learn AWS quickly.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Grant Accounting Manager with a growth mindset who excels in dynamic, evolving environments. As part of our small but impactful finance team, you’ll be critical in managing grant allocations and compliance within a $100 million budget for one of the most recognized nonprofit EdTech organizations globally.

Reporting to the Sr. Revenue Manager, the Grant Accounting Manager will manage monthly grant allocations and reporting, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and GAAP standards. This role is essential in supporting accurate, consistent financial tracking and reporting for grants, focusing on allocation management, grant-specific compliance, and clear documentation to aid internal and external reporting. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, not a managerial position, and does not require any staff management responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities:

Grant Allocation and Cost Analysis:

  • Perform monthly grant allocations and revenue releases, ensuring alignment with restrictions, allowable expenses, and usage guidelines. 
  • Collaborate with finance and product teams to accurately assign payroll and non-payroll expenses to grants based on usage, project needs, and funder guidelines.

Record-keeping and Compliance:

  • Accurately document all allocations in financial systems, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Support audits by preparing detailed reports and maintaining data integrity. 
  • Work with the Sr. Revenue Manager to ensure compliance with funder requirements, including expense classification, restricted funds, and allocable costs.

Grant Reporting:

  • Prepare grant spending and performance reports for funders. 
  • Serve as a resource on cost allocation and direct cost classifications across departments. 

Month-End Close Support:

  • Assist with month-end close tasks, including creating revenue schedules and performing revenue reconciliations as needed.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance within a nonprofit or grant-driven organization. Familiarity with grant compliance, allocations, and reporting is essential.
  • Familiarity with GAAP, emphasizing revenue recognition and fund accounting principles (ASC 606, ASC 958) as applicable to nonprofits.
  • Demonstrated experience in grant accounting, with an understanding of restricted and unrestricted grant requirements.
  • Audit experience supporting grant or financial audits, including preparation of audit-ready schedules and reports, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Intacct, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, data reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Experience with monthly and quarterly close processes, including revenue reconciliations and schedule preparation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in managing allocations and expense classifications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple grants with varying restrictions and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration with finance and product teams, and for handling funder and auditor inquiries.

About The Team

The Core Map Experiences team is responsible for the overarching end user experience of the Life360 app via multiple areas of ownership. About the Job

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager II to join the Core Map Experience team at Life360. You will have a multi-faceted role that is pivotal in defining and implementing the future vision of the Life360 app experience. The role will have to operate both broadly and at the detail level to ensure Life360’s experience is delightful and magical while hitting the mark as the #1 app for everyday family life.

The US-based salary range for this position is $172,500 to $253,500. What You’ll Do

In this high-level IC role we expect you to be well-rounded in all areas, the specific areas of emphasis will be on the following pillars:

About The Team

About the Job

We’re hiring a Staff Cloud Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in establishing several new teams in the EMEA region. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the foundation of a growing global engineering organization while driving impactful technical direction. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers across multiple teams. You will work closely with Engineering Managers, the Director of Engineering, and other Staff Engineers to define and execute the technical direction for our teams. 

 

The US based salary range for this position is $157,500 to $232,000. The Canadian based salary range is 194,500 to 229,500 CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers across multiple teams.
  • Partnering with the Engineering Manager to interview and onboard top talent for the EMEA-based teams.
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering Managers, Director of Engineering, and Staff Engineers to define and execute the technical direction for various projects
  • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration between multiple teams across regions and time zones.
  • Being hands-on with writing code where needed to support teams and projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience programming in Java, PHP, Python, or other formal programming language 
  • Expert level experience managing medium to large scale deployments on AWS (~5000 instances, 50+ accounts)
  • Expert level experience with Infrastructure as code tools: Terraform, CloudFormation; config management/provisioning tools: Ansible, Chef, etc.
  • Strong Kubernetes experience deploying and running at scale (10k+ containers)
  • Strong Build / Automation / CI/CD experience
  • Proficient in multi-threaded design and implementation
  • Database knowledge is a plus to have
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a highly collaborative working style. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ideally based out of the North America East Coast time zone to collaborate with teams across multiple regions.
