About the Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Own, maintain, grow, and build your book of Tier 2 accounts through prioritized and automated engagements.
  • Drive successful Time Doctor onboarding to help customers realize the business value our products offer and how we can best support them.
  • Work to understand your customers’ business needs, keep ongoing documentation of their use case, and pinpoint those we can aim to expand to Tier 1 accounts.
  • Lead ongoing messaging sequences, including product updates, plan changes, and check-ins for all accounts, and schedule top client trainings.
  • Closely monitor the health of all clients, including contracts, product issues/requests, end user adoption, and overall satisfaction with Time Doctor.
  • Partner closely with cross-departmental teams to share client feedback, escalate urgent issues, and contribute to wider team/company project plans.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience.
  • Experience interfacing with executives and navigating customer organizational structures.
  • Experience owning a book of 100+ accounts.
  • A proven track record of expanding client accounts, improving retention rates, and growing adoption.
  • Experience acting as a product expert in a similar role/company, providing product overviews/trainings, and partnering closely with a product team.
  • Past participation in cross-departmental processes and project with other teams such as sales, support, product, engineering, marketing etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working remotely is a must.
  2. Experience leading a team and managing performance is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  4. Comfort using Zoom, Slack, Jira, Support Desk, and other project management tools.

Responsibilities


The Junior Developer’s primary professional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Implementing and maintaining Landing Zone for new and returning customers
  • Creating, troubleshooting, and maintaining data processing pipelines in Apache Airflow (ETL work)
  • Writing SQL queries against many different types of databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres) to extract data
  • Running reports and exports in edTech source systems as well as Landing Zone infrastructure to perform data validation checks and communicate those back to our customers
  • Maintaining Landing Zone documentation to ensure it is always up-to-date and reflects how integrations function.
  • Deploying code updates across the Landing Zone customer base
  • Assisting in the deployment of infrastructure on the Google Cloud Platform for new customers
  • Assisting in the development of a historical/longitudinal data storage system (data warehouse)
  • Responding to customer support tickets (this is a shared responsibility on our team)
  • Working with internal systems such as JIRA, Asana, Slack to stay organized and ensure communication with team members
  • Other duties as assigned 


What to expect in the hiring process:

  • An introductory phone call with a Manager
  • A coding project that will take about 2 hours. This will be in Python and be related to processing data.
  • A project review and feedback call with two developers
  • Final round interviews, likely including our Executive Director


The range for this position will be $58,500 to $75,000.  Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Landing Zone simplifies a district's process to implement an Ed-Fi ODS, connecting Ed-Fi certified data sources and consuming non-Ed-Fi certified data once it has been aligned to the standard. This project heavily focuses on data engineering, backend work, dev ops, and data analytics tools to verify data.

  • Monitor student attendance;
  • Track student progress and ensure key educational milestones are completed;

What we need from you!

  • 1-2 years experience in an office or educational environment, customer service, coaching, or support role (Tech/Startup Industry experience a major asset);

  • A genuine interest in people with a passion to help them succeed;

Lighthouse Labs (LHL) is looking for a Workforce Development Specialist (Government Relations, GR) to source, research, and write submissions that will enhance the funding capabilities of the Company (independently or in partnership with other organizations from non-profits to academia to associations). What you’ll be doing: 

  • Research and identify proposals, grants, and other government funding opportunities within Canada for education, training, and professional development services.
  • Work with the GR team to position, research and complete grant applications and proposals that are compelling and present the value of reskilling and upskilling that LHL can provide.
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate with various target audiences and key stakeholders including under-represented groups (women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, indigenous).

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current initiatives and programs while developing and delivering new concepts that build on their successes.

  • Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information; coordinating submissions and collections; identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.
  • Create high-quality and customized responses to requests for proposals and proofread content, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all proposal documentation.
  • Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and schedules for information gathering, writing, review, and obtaining approvals by reviewing proposals with key providers and project managers.
  • Maintain quality results by using standardized templates; following proposal writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.
  • Improve proposal writing outcomes by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and boilerplate material; implementing changes.


What we need from you: 

  • Minimum of 2 yearsof relevant experience in RFP response writing, corporate communications or similar functions in a business-to-government environmentpreferred. 
  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in English, Journalism, Communications or Business considered an asset.
  • Experience working on multiple projects including new engagements as well as renewals. 
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (Bilingualism considered an asset)

The Business Development Manager - Life Sciences will be responsible for positioning and selling Twelve Consulting Group services to customers across the Life Sciences industry (Pharma, Biotech, Med Devices). Lighthouse Labs is looking for a Career Services Advisor, with the potential for a permanent role within our National Career Services Team. Students come to Lighthouse Labs as an accelerated pathway to successful employment. This has led to Career Services and employment being a core part of what we do - helping students get a job isn't a nice to have, it is a necessity. We pride ourselves on our hands-on and proactive approach to our students’ job hunt and are fiercely proud that 95% of our job-seeking graduates get jobs in 180 days. 


As a Career Services Advisor, you will work directly with our alumni in order to prepare them to reenter the job market. You will spend a lot of your time talking to and engaging with alumni, guiding them through their job search, setting expectations, and being their biggest cheerleader. You’ll also work directly with our employers, often acting as an HR consultant to understand their needs and connect them with the most suitable students both one on one and at the Employer Events you’ll organize! Who are you?

You are a networker by nature, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment,  have a ‘no job too big or too small’ attitude and you “get” how the recruitment cycle works on the employer side. You have likely been an internal HR person who has done full-cycle recruitment or you were in an agency setting. You are extremely organized, able to multitask like a pro and understand the need for metrics and data to make decisions.  Most importantly, you have a passion for genuinely wanting to help our students throughout their careers.  


What you'll be Doing: 

  • Source and engage with potential employers to promote Lighthouse Labs Career Services.
  • Ensure employer information is entered into CRM system
  • Organizing and promoting employer events  
  • Organize, track and follow up on interviews
  • Work with our Career Services Team on additional employer engagement initiatives (Career Speaker Series, Employer Info Sessions, etc.
  • Be ready, willing and enthused to provide career support 1:1 or in a group to job seekers and alumni
  • Conducting follow-up emails  surveys with employers and grads to gain industry insight 
  • Various email, scheduling and follow-up related tasks.
  • Initiate and participate in various projects to support our job seekers even better as we’re a rapidly growing department and company 
  • Assist our team in additional initiatives and projects


What we need from you: 

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant  experience -  BD, recruitment, HR, career counselling, or other relevant direct experience working and supporting people)
  • Experience writing, reviewing and editing resumes  and other job search documents 
  • Must be comfortable networking and following up on cold and warm leads
  • A genuine interest in people with a passion to help them succeed 
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the tech community is a major asset
  • Tech and Software Savvy - experience with  the G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar etc.), Slack, Discord highly preferred 
  • Virtual event planning experience is an asset
  • Data entry experience (CRM/ATS experience an asset)
  • Organized with obsessive attention to detail 
  • Organized,  autonomous, & self driven, & metrics focussed

We’re currently looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter who is excited to join our team and have a direct impact on our continued growth. What you'll be doing: 

  • Reporting to the Manager of Enrollment, the enrollment Coordinator will be the first point of contact for applicants and potential applicants. You will be responsible for handling the entire funnel, from application through to student onboarding. This includes being comfortable dealing with people, paper and process. You’ll need to:
  • Execute the full cycle admissions process from when a student applies to their first day of class;
  • Report stats and qualitative analysis on the health of the admissions pipeline and process;
  • Emails, scheduling, CRM management, interviewing, follow up, decision making, Invoicing etc.;
  • Responding to student inquiries via email and phone;
  • Collaborate with other departments including Marketing, Education and Career Services;
  • Take initiative to suggest improvements on the process and other areas around admissions;
  • Data entry and upkeep;
  • Attend virtual industry events (Career Fairs, Meetups etc.);
  • Help initiate, innovate and execute on the various other exciting things Lighthouse Labs has on the go.


What we need from you: 

  • 6 months+ relevant experience (post-secondary experience preferred);
  • Experience leading interviews;
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously;
  • Strong and diligent judgment;
  • Proactive;
  • A critical thinker;
  • Adaptability;
  • Strong “people” skills:
    • Empathetic;
    • Open and friendly with the ability to command respect; respect others, in turn

Who are we looking for?
The People & Culture Coordinator is the glue of our remote office culture and administration. You will be responsible for our remote office management – from ensuring office supplies and equipment get delivered, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding logistics, planning team and company events, and coordinating Employee Resource Groups. 

You will also assist the HR Manager with updating and maintaining personnel records, managing internal software, and handling minor employee relations issues.  


Responsibilities: 
  • Remote Office Management (ensuring people have the supplies/equipment they need, IT support) 
  • Facilitate opportunities for employees to connect (social events, slack, anything that enhances our culture) 
  • Maintain clean documentation of processes 
  • Employee relations -- stay connected to the team and help handle minor employee relations conflicts/issues with the support of the HR Manager
  • Work with the Accounting team on managing budgets for education/training, office supplies, and meals/entertainment 
  • Oversee New Hire Onboarding process
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager and Senior Director of People 

Job Requirements:
