We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to recruit and lead covered entity stakeholders through the adoption and production use of our drug discount and rebate products and solutions. You will work with covered entities, health systems, and state and federal agencies to bring transparency and trust to drug discount programs. You will play a vital role by supporting operations to achieve customer satisfaction and growth to ultimately drive retention and expansion of our covered entity network. Kalderos provides the resources and training to become successful in this professional role with high exposure to our top sales executives, our centers of excellence, and founding team members. What You'll Do:

  • Recruit and support covered entities through onboarding and production operations as they use our products and solutions that optimize and comply with the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP) and the 340B Drug Discount Pricing Program
  • Proactive account monitoring and stakeholder engagement/management
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues that arise with covered entities use of the Kalderos solution
  • Work alongside key stakeholders in product, sales, and design as subject matter expert (SME) to ensure full adoption and high utilization of Kalderos solutions to achieve optimal business value
  • Identify opportunities to build greater efficiency and effectiveness into critical execution activities
  • Keep covered entities informed on new features, functions, and procedure changes with Kalderos’ software
  • Gather and assemble information for customers and internal stakeholders for status updates and business reviews
  • Report and monitor success through key metrics presented in business reviews and customer satisfaction survey results
  • Identify and build greater efficiency and effectiveness into critical execution activities
  • Routinely review data and related reports to ensure quarterly objectives are met
  • Schedule and host meetings with covered entities and internal stakeholders for status updates and business reviews
  • Raise critical covered entity concerns and work with design, product, and data management teams to resolve key issues in a timely manner
  • Solicit covered entity feedback, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend system enhancements
  • Craft and develop messaging campaigns to proactively engage with new and existing stakeholders
  • Author and review help center articles, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and social media posts to assist covered entities with the proper use of our solutions and understanding our vision to redefine how healthcare performs and operates

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, business, science, technology, healthcare administration field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of customer success, implementation, or system onboarding experience
  • Strong project management skills with ability to effectively handle multiple escalations and priorities at once
  • High level of proficiency with an office suite (such as Google for Business Applications or Microsoft Office)
  • Proven track record of establishing oneself as a strategic trusted advisor to key covered entity stakeholders
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts to varying audiences with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person or via virtual meeting and collaboration software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret product utilization data and customer requirements, to help drive adoption and ROI
  • Excellent organization skills with ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimal direction
  • A sense of timeliness and urgency to address issues and resolve them expeditiously
  • High standards for excellence and strict adherence to policies, controls, procedures, and timelines

Set Yourself Apart:

  • Advanced degree in pharmacy, life science, healthcare administration, or accounting
  • Registered pharmacist operating in a clinical or retail setting
  • 3+ years experience with the 340B program and/or the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, PBMs, state/federal agencies)
  • Project Management certification or methodology training (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy billing systems, or EMR/EHR

Expected Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 base + commission

What You’ll Do

  • Write code and tests, build prototypes, tackle problems with no clear solution, collaborate with other designers and engineers as part of a global, distributed open source development team. This will involve technical decision making, code reviews (receiving and giving), engagement with contributors, planning and other collaborative practices.
  • Along with our designers and product lead, build and deploy prototypes and experiments that improve the workflows and conversions on our websites.
  • Investigate and justify technology choices, including implementing new systems around security, logging, performance and accessibility.

  • Build out our analytics and help us drive decisions based on user-generated data.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sr Software Engineer role.
  • 5+ years working experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent proficiency with JavaScript both with and without frameworks.
  • 2+ years of Python 3
  • Experience building backend web services
  • Experience working on the full software development life-cycle, from product inception to customer delivery
  • The ability to translate wireframes, style guides and design direction into polished, production ready visual experiences.

Senior Sales Engineer - DACH

The Senior Sales Engineer supports our Enterprise Account Executives, Partners and Major Account Managers Across the DACH regions by owning the technical solution throughout the sales process. What We're Looking For

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple simultaneous data engineering projects in a hybrid Agile Scrum or Kanban model, focus in the data and analytics space.
  • Manage projects that select, integrate, and customize third-party data projects along with, and integrated with, our first-party solutions.
  • Coach teams in adhering to good Agile practices and continual improvement.
  • Coordinate and lead appropriate ceremonies including Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Produce, organize, and update project plans, documentation, and project metrics as required for each project.
  • Develop and execute communication plans on a project-by-project basis.
  • Organize and oversee bug and feature request tracking.
  • Work directly with Product Managers to ensure that product backlog features, user stories, bugs, and tasks are created, maintained, and effectively communicated to developers.
  • Aid in the definition of, and track and report on, key performance and progress metrics and indicators.
  • Along with the other PMO team members, help to refine our internal project management process and best practices, as we continue to grow and scale as a company.

REQUIREMENTS

Self-management and time management are critical in this role. Without it, you will not be successful. Other requirements include:

  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical data, data warehousing, and/or CDP projects.
  • Understanding of or experience with Data Engineering platforms such as Snowflake, Fivetran or Hightouch.
  • Understanding of Business Intelligence and Dashboards with tools such as DOMO, Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Understanding of or experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as Segment.
  • Strong experience with Agile (or Agile hybrid) project management environments and Scrum/Kanban.
  • PMP, CSM and/or PMI-ACP certification, or other industry-standard certification preferred.
  • A communication professional – must be able to explain technical issues to a non- technical person, pleasantly (we are always on Slack and Zoom with stakeholders), and work with highly-technical developers.
  • Highly-attentive to detail.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.

Job Title: Part-Time Navigator

Undivided is searching for our next round of part-time Navigators to support parents raising children with disabilities. This part-time role presents an exciting opportunity to directly impact families raising children with disabilities.

Navigators partner with parents to map out where they may be able to increase the supports available to them, including insurance, public benefits, and the school system. Our goal is to take away the “don’t know what you don’t know” aspect of parenting and empower our families raising kids with disabilities with information, resources, and support to maximize their child’s potential.

This position provides an opportunity to share your experience and support families while working remotely from your home with flexible work hours.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop trust and rapport with clients
  • Work with parents to identify supports that are available to them
  • Work with parents to determine their priorities and goals, both short term and long term
  • Work with parents to develop a personalized action plan for their family
  • Support families by providing resources and guides as needed
  • Facilitate monthly 45-minute Boost calls with your clients
  • Communicate regularly with your clients within our app
  • Attend meetings as requested by clients such as IEPs, IPPs, and Self-Determination meetings
  • Support parents in the use of their account Binder to keep track of their child’s providers, therapies, assessments, evaluations, IEPs, and more
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties including capturing notes after client calls
  • Promote and amplify Undivided’s voice, mission, and culture of inclusivity

Required education and experience:

  • At least three years of personal experience or two years of professional experience navigating systems including special education, Regional Center, Medi-Cal, IHSS, and/or CCS; parent or volunteer experience welcome.
  • A minimum of one year of experience providing services to families of children with disabilities or directly to children with disabilities. Can include volunteer experience.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s-level training in social work, education, special education, human resources, counseling, nursing, or a family support–related field is a plus.

Required skills and abilities:

  • Critical thinking skills
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Practical understanding of at least one key California system that Undivided clients use such as special education, Regional Center, Medi-Cal, and/or health insurance
  • Ability to show warmth and appreciation of human growth at all levels and understand the process of gaining trust and credibility with individuals and families
  • Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
  • Ability to be professional, punctual, flexible, and reliable
  • Action-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Ability to understand, uphold, and continue working toward accomplishing the mission, strategic goals, and performance measures of the organization

Preferred skills and knowledge:

  • Computer-literate with basic knowledge of Google Suite, data tracking programs, Notion, Slack, Vimeo, Zoom, etc.
