About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Site Reliability Engineer who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ.   • Proactively integrate the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to enhance security detection measures and generate intelligence driven hunts..
  • Work together with the engineering, IT, and other security groups to create solutions that are expandable and adaptable to protect Tanium Cloud against threats ranging from low-level actors to national cyber-threat agents.
  • Build, cultivate, and maintain positive relationships with internal customers to identify and facilitate solutions to increase the impact of the team's work
  • Be on periodic on-call for triage of critical events from detections and systems

We're looking for someone with:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • Cloud Security, IT Security, or related technical field preferred

  • Experience in using security query or analytic tools for security data analysis, such as SQL, KQL, or SPL
  • Build and improve security playbooks and runbooks for automating security detection and response
  • Solid understanding of modern attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) against Kubernetes, Container, Serverless, Linux host, and Cloud services (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK, building threat intelligence, etc.)
  • Experience with security events and incident management in highly regulated hosting environments (such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-161r3, FedRAMP, Protected B)

Engineering Experience

  • Utilize robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities to confirm our hypotheses using precise data and in-depth root cause investigation.
  • Experience using high-level programming languages (Go, Python) to produce detection-as-code, tools, and automations
  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure as infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, Pulumi)
  • Deliver high quality PRs daily using modern software engineering development and automation tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines (i.e. Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

  • Strong understanding of designs, builds, and configuration workflows and utilize this knowledge to develop insights into opportunities for workflow improvements.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Ownership:Act as the knowledge owner for processes and analytics for the Re-enablement & Recovery team. Identify existing and emerging risks and what opportunities we have to mitigate those risks, ensuring that the customer experience is at the forefront.
  • Lead:Empower 4 recovery specialists to do their best work, scaling the team with the focus of retention through recovery 
  • Collaborate:Work with engineering, product, other cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive action and development on a regular cadence to improve internal and external user experiences.
  • Innovate:Align with the product team on the go-to-market roadmap for new features and work with the Operations team to ensure that the Re-enablement & Recovery Solutions team is prepared to deliver an excellent customer experience for upcoming product and feature launches
  • Monitor and Cure Exposures:Highlight important themes in Risk systems for collections.  Scope and drive continual enhancements to our processes to identify and mitigate movement from exposure to severe delinquency

What your days might look like

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Marketing Operations team, which comprises Commercial Analysts aligned to different go-to-market specialists. You will partner closely with Marketing to manage prospect and customer data and provide support that drives strategic, tactical and commercial objectives in the market.

The Marketing Operations Data Analyst will also be responsible for executing data-driven initiatives to maximise the efficiency of marketing campaigns. They will work closely with operations managers to support them with all aspects of database maintenance and manipulations and marketing campaigns. They help document processes for data flows to ensure steps are repeatable.

This is a full time position supporting the APAC timezone (7am - 4pm PH time, Weekday Day Shifts)

As our Marketing Operations Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing closed deals and provisioning new accounts
  • Processing quotes for billing and resolving quote related billing enquiries
  • Collaborating with Sales to ensure the sales process is understood and followed, as well as identifying & executing on opportunities for improvement with the goal of improving data quality and reducing room for error.
  • Where required, providing ad-hoc analytical and operational support as is required by the Sales Operations team in areas such as;
    • Data management
    • Data reconciliation and migration
    • Data cleansing
    • Data analysis
    • Workflow management and administration, primarily in Salesforce, as well as associated operational tools & technologies
    • If necessary, producing regular and ad-hoc reports & dashboards using tools such as SQL (producing scripts to extract and transform data), Tableau and Google Sheets.
    • Producing regular and ad-hoc reports & dashboards in Salesforce as required
  • Participating in strategic and tactical projects as required

What you'll bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years professional experience working as a data analyst, data administrator, BI/reporting analyst or similar
  • Strong experience working in Marketo operations, including Salesforce campaign managementExperience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly pivot to respond to changes with the business and market
  • Prior experience working with sales teams, or other commercial business functions, e.g. marketing, highly regarded, as is experience working within an operational business unit.
  • Experience working to a monthly sales cycle highly regarded, as is experience working within an agile business environment (scrum preferred)
  • Mastery in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivot tables and charts, data transformation and cleansing, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in SQL very highly regarded, as is professional experience using BI tools to produce reporting outputs (Tableau preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively in order to find solutions to complex problems
