The Opportunity

As part of the Security Team, you will join a global Security Operations team, and contribute to UserTesting’s Corporate Security Framework from a technical and compliance perspective. 

  • Assist customers in understanding and evaluating UserTesting's security profile, both in writing and on calls.
  • Triage security alerts from security monitoring tools (AV, DLP, SOCaaS). 
  • Respond to security incidents and help keep track of post-incident tasks.
  • Participate in internal audits and support external audits.
  • Carry out third-party risk management assessments and risk reviews of external vendors. 
  • Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats.
  • Identify security gaps in existing and proposed technologies and recommend changes or enhancements.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of enterprise-class security systems.
  • Demonstrates UserTesting’s values through work product and within day to day team interactions

What we're looking for

  • Competence and experience in 1-2 of the following areas:
    • Incident Response, Third Party Risk Management, Compliance, Vulnerability Management, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Auditing, Privacy Operations, Identity Access Management, Customer Support
  • Candidates living in Ontario is strongly preferred 

Desirable but not required: 

  • Experience with Security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC2
  • Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Previous experience working with risk assessment methodologies
  • Experience ensuring applications are secure throughout the software development lifecycle

The Opportunity

As our Enterprise Account Executive, you'll target strategic prospects (companies with 1500+ employees and above) and recruit them as UserTesting customers. You'll work closely with a solution consultant to form the hub of a team which accelerates the User Testing development in key EMEA regions.  This sales role will be selling to large companies and clients focused on connecting to their customers and business partners for real human insights across a full range of experiences.  Here are some areas you'll focus on:

  • Execute a complex, solution-based consultative sales process encompassing multiple groups within a large enterprise located in the region
  • Develop new business opportunities by analyzing and proactively targeting high-potential departments within a large enterprise
  • Articulate and demonstrate UserTesting’s unique business and technical value
  • Execute end-to-end sales activities, including lead follow up, opportunity qualification, sales process, subscriber acquisition, and retention
  • Proactively develop unsolicited proposals that justify the expanded use of UserTesting throughout the enterprise
  • Effectively forecast sales opportunities, while tracking and using critical metrics that predict sales success
  • Track all relevant sales activity using the company's CRM platform (SFDC).
  • Build a plan to optimise the resources and growth in the region
  • Direct and communicate feedback for the company and support future solution development

 

The Team

Our sales team in EMEA is diverse and high-performing.  It includes BDRs, SMB and Mid Market Account Executives, as well as our Enterprise and Global teams.  You are also supported by our solution consultants who provide best-in-class, expert guidance to prospects.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions and ademonstrated, successful track record of exceeding new-business quotas... If you've been in a presidents or sales club, we want to know!
  • You'll need the flexibility to travel (approx. 30% of the time)
  • You're experience will be in building relationships with Global 1000 senior Executive, Line-of-Business and Digital Marketing, Product Management, Mobile, and Market Research executives
  • You'll need a passion for working with emerging technologies and a desire to deeply understand and demonstrate UserTesting’s functionality, use cases, as well as business and technical elements
  • You'll have experience of successfully working with and executing a complex, solution-based enterprise sales process
  • Importantly, you'll know the difference between activity and results and have a solid work ethic
  • Ideally, you'll have experience using a structure value based sales approach (we use MEDDICC so it's a plus if you've already used that)

The Opportunity

As our Talent and Performance Partner, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and managing programs that will shape UTs workforce strategy to retain and grow talent!

You will reporting to the Sr Director, Talent Management, and focus on supporting UserTesting to drive the People strategy, leveraging tools and technology to identify and develop internal talent and create a culture of continuous learning and growth.  The impact you'll have will be wide reaching, improving people productivity as well as delivering analytics and workforce insights across the organization.  You'll ensure that our current and future Leadership programs and experiences are optimized to deliver a pipeline of talent that is engaged and aligned to our company values.

This role can be based in Central or Eastern timezones in the US, the UK or Spain.

Other responsibilities and activities include:

  • Partner with organizational leaders and PBPs to identify and develop solutions that will help continue to build and sustain a customer-focused, high-performance culture in which the values of the organization are modeled and embraced at all levels.
  • Support leaders and PBPs to form plans that support employee’s wellbeing and maximizes their potential, performance, and growth, by leveraging a range of talent optimization activities, understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, and remaining flexible to meet client’s current and future goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights and innovative approaches and collaborate with other teams such as talent acquisition, culture and experience, and talent development to provide a seamless partnership and service model for leaders to achieve their talent optimization goals.
  • Act as an internal consultant to help leaders to build a high-performing workforce aligned with their business goals, leveraging a range of activities to form and drive an effective talent management strategy that supports employee wellbeing while maximizing potential and performance.
  • Lead program management for senior leader growth and development offerings (RISE, Accelerate, LEAD), including 1:1 and team coaching services and learning related to talent management approaches.
  • Through internal consulting with internal and external customers, identify opportunities for future  Leadership programs and initiatives that will build capability and leadership pipeline 
  • Talent progression and talent progression
  • Evolve and embed program our Performance management strategy

What we're looking for:

  • You'll have a successful track record in talent management, preferably in the Tech industry
  • You'll be an experienced Workday system user for talent management (even better if you've got experience with system configuration and implementation)
  • You'll be have change management experience and experienced in developing and implementing projects and change initiatives
  • You'll have a demonstrated ability to collaborate with a variety of partners and lead change, and support teams
  • You'll have strong project management skills including planning, logistics, program management, scheduling, and budget adherence
  • You'll be innovative and a problem-solver who acts on initiative and able to demonstrate end to end thinking
  • You'll have the ability to work on several projects simultaneously whilst providing regular updates on progress

The Oppportunity

The IT team strives to provide UserTesting with fast and efficient response when it comes to requests for IT assistance.  UserTesting has offices and staff all over the globe which provide both internal and external support for staff and customers.  The IT team needs to be able to support the company with reasonable response times regardless of where our staff are located.  Currently the majority of the IT team are in EMEA and the US East Coast time zones. We are seeking a talented IT Support Specialist for the US West coast time zone that will give us added coverage for issues that arise both during the later part of the day in the west coast as well as the beginning of the day in APAC. 

You will provide support by responding to IT support requests and raise urgent issues that they are unable or not provisioned to solve to the IT Managers in “after hours“ incidents.  This support role will do IT ticketing as well as well defined small scope projects in existing IT toolsets when there are no active IT support requests. 

What we're looking for

  • Able to work 11am - 7pm PST Monday through Friday. Preferably located in West coast time zone. 
  • Basic experience with working in enterprise level IT ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira Service management, etc)
  • Experience working in an IT support capacity
  • Experience working in a remote capacity and has skills to work effectively remotely with management assistance. 
  • Able to effectively and professionally communicate with team and staff members
  • Experience working with IT technical documentation
  • Basic working knowledge of fundamental IT concepts (Networking, Hardware, SaaS) to be able to provide support for tickets as they arise. 
  • Experience with some or all IT Enterprise Tools sets (Okta, Jamf, Windows, Mac, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom etc as examples)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workday System Analyst to join our People Operations Team. You will play a crucial role in aligning HR technology with business needs, focusing on optimizing our Workday HRIS platform to support the company's evolving HR practices. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Workday configuration and administration, who is passionate about leveraging technology and data analytics to drive business success.

  • Workday System Support: Provide day-to-day support for Workday, including researching, troubleshooting, recommending solutions, and resolving system issues. Ensure continuous improvement by actively seeking opportunities for process enhancement and automation.
  • Configuration and Customization: support a comprehensive Workday system, including but not limited to HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Benefits, Absence, Talent, and Data Analytics. Develop and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, custom reports, and dashboards to meet the organization’s needs.

    • Recommend, implement and plan for improvements and enhancements in the Workday system.

The Team

What we're looking for

  • Advanced product manager experience, with a significant focus on AI/ML products in an agile SaaS environment
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution 
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What we are looking for

  • Strong working knowledge of research methodology and statistical techniques including experimentation, statistical inference, and machine learning
  • Experience performing advanced data analytics in a business, academic, or related context (e.g., high-tech, market research, management consulting, operations research, finance, etc.)
  • Ability to explain value of different analytic methods, and the output of data analyses, to non-technical audiences, including executives and managers
  • A broad perspective combined with a strong focus on details
  • Deep curiosity and love of problem solving
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience
  • Professional experience in an applied research setting or product analytics, preferably in Consumer or B2B software.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales teams and drive marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results. This role is critical in developing strategies, planning, executing and optimizing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue.

  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring seamless integration and communication.
  • Drive Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that generate demand, convert demand and accelerate the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and Execute ABM Strategies: Design and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and drive engagement across multiple channels.
  • Campaign Optimization: Implement testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance.
  • Set and Monitor KPIs: Establish clear marketing KPIs, track performance, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Pipeline Management: Drive the development and management of the marketing pipeline for your assigned segment, ensuring consistent demand flow and high conversion rates.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content tailored to the needs of the target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Manage timelines, coordination with cross functional teams, resources, and oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Campaign Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS marketing campaign management, with a focus on demand generation and ABM. 
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams to drive aligned marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)

The Opportunity:

As our Account Executive, Mid Market, you'll win new business opportunities and execute a complex, solution-based, consultative sales process encompassing multiple groups within a high growth company.

You'll be focused on demonstrating UserTesting’s unique business and technical value to mid-market organisations (~1500 employees) across EMEA.  Proactively developing unsolicited proposals will be key to success, as well as expertly executing the end-to-end sales process including lead follow up, opportunity qualification, sales process, subscriber acquisition, and retention.  We'll look to you to effectively forecast sales opportunities, track and use critical metrics that predict sales success and track all relevant sales activity using the company's CRM platform (Salesforce). 

 

About the team:

We have a high-performing sales team, including BDRs and SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise and Global Account Executives.  You'll work cross-functionally as well, engaging with solution consultants, account managers and technical support.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience hitting and exceeding SaaS sales targets through executing a complex, solution-based consultative sales process
  • Experience developing new business opportunities by analyzing and proactively targeting high-potential departments within high growth mid-market companies

The Opportunity

The Vice President, Sales COE is a key member of the COO management team. You'll be responsible for overseeing the alignment of key business areas and ensuring the achievement of the company's strategic goals.   • Responsible for pipeline coverage development (over a rolling four quarter horizon) and pipeline quality
  • Implement processes to ensure pipeline development and pipeline quality, as well as identify and address bottlenecks.
  • Management of the multiple sources of demand to reach short-term objectives.
  • Elaborate enablement plans aligned to GTM strategic objectives and gaps identified in the field organization.
  • Ensure the field organization is constantly up-to-date regarding new product innovations and releases, sales plays, and sales methodology.
  • Identify reasons for low performance and implement strategies for improvement.
