What you’ll do   

The Endpoint Analytics Lead is responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Developing processes for the implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for endpoint analytics services and analytics platforms.
  • Deploying endpoint analytics services to customers.
  • Pro-actively analysing analytics data from customer endpoints.
  • Assessing and recommending innovative use and implementations of new features and technologies related to endpoint with the objective of enhancing customer experience whilst driving efficiencies into all aspects of service delivery.
  • Providing recommendations to customers on proactive and automated remediation.
  • Working with the endpoint engineering team to proactively remediate incidents and build automation capability.
  • Managing licencing for the customers chosen endpoint analytics platform.
  • Automating processes to support proactive incident resolution using data analytics.

What you’ll bring  

We are looking for someone with 5 years of IT industry experience plus experience in an Endpoint Management role. You are passionate about your work, proactive, client-focused and believe in customer service as a point of differentiation in a service offering. You can work both independently on competing priorities and as part of a team, maintaining high relationship building skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

  • Extensive Experience: Proficient with endpoint analytics tools and platforms.
  • Technical Support: Skilled in supporting desktops, laptops, and a variety of end-user devices, including mobility technologies, within a corporate environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • End User Management: Advanced skills in end-user management, utilizing both modern and traditional SOE management methodologies.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
  • Strategic Insight: Understands the implications of work and provides well-considered recommendations for solutions.
  • Project Management: Ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Frequently interacts and networks with a variety of stakeholders and team members within their area of expertise.

Customer Success Operations Manager

CipherHealth is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager with 4-6 years of experience in a high growth and fast-paced SaaS environment. You will own the development, implementation, change management, and ongoing scaling efforts of the CS organization, including the alignment of work across the Customer Success sub-teams of professional services, support, analytics, and customer success managers.   • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on account planning and aligning executive business reviews (EBRs) to the customer journey with new opportunities to grow the relationship.
  • Support Customer Success team in identifying, managing, and mitigating account risk in support of renewing accounts.
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce.com and Gainsight platforms, including reporting and dashboards for key business measures and performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction measurement and service recovery efforts.
  • Support development and execution of training & enablement for Customer Success in partnership with Growth Enablement Team
  • Drive data projects such as the connectivity of Salesforce, Gainsight, and Snowflake, as well as developing the appropriate dashboards to enhance performance visibility and decision making

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of Customer Success Operations Management
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience reviewing and supporting SaaS contracts

We are seeking a technically adept Manager of Automation Engineering to lead the development and optimization of automation solutions that drive developer productivity, enhance software quality, and reduce technical debt. This role is pivotal in implementing scalable frameworks, improving service-oriented architecture (SOA) practices, and enabling teams to measure and achieve excellence in delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering developers, improving engineering efficiency, being data driven, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. 

The current range for this role is $158,000 - $248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership and Team Development:
  • Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, fostering technical innovation and career growth.
  • Define and implement strategies for building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
  • Build a team capable of supporting both developer enablement and quality assurance needs.
  • Developer Enablement:
    • Design and implement automation tools that streamline the SDLC, including test data generation, environment setup, and deployment pipelines.
    • Integrate automation into CI/CD workflows to enable rapid feedback and seamless deployments.
    • Drive the adoption of developer-first tools that reduce friction and accelerate the development process.
    • Implement and maintain a centralized software catalog to improve discoverability, compliance, and reuse of automation tools and services.
  • Technical Debt Reduction and Modernization:
    • Identify and prioritize technical debt in automation frameworks and infrastructure.
    • Modernize legacy systems and integrate them with contemporary tools and methodologies.
    • Develop strategies to enhance maintainability, scalability, and performance of automation systems.
    • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance developer and quality enablement.
  • Quality Assurance and Metrics:
    • Define and track metricsto evaluate delivery performance and identify improvement areas, e.g., DORA metrics - deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, and mean time to recovery
    • Drive robust test automation strategies to enhance reliability and ensure consistent quality across releases.
    • Ensure comprehensive testing coverage, including functional, integration, and end-to-end tests, with an emphasis on SOA and microservices.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Team Alignment:
    • Partner with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams to align automation strategies with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate on service integration testing, contract testing, and system-level quality initiatives.
    • Facilitate discussions on tooling, best practices, and automation priorities across teams.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Proven experience managing or leading technical teams in automation engineering or developer enablement.
    • Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks for SOA and microservices architectures.
    • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and build automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
    • In-depth understanding of service integration testing, contract testing, and system reliability testing.
    • Demonstrated success in measuring and improving DORA metrics across teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with cloud-native technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS).
    • Familiarity with developer tooling and software cataloging tools and practices (e.g., Backstage, SonarQube, IDE plugin development)
    • Expertise in pipeline technologies and practices, including CI/CD orchestration, artifact management, and automated rollbacks (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Artifactory)
    • Proficiency with build tools and dependency management systems (e.g., Maven, Gradle, Bazel, npm, Yarn)
    • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps principles

    The Marketing Programs Manager, Demand Generation is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and contribute to pipeline generation. The ideal candidate should possess a creative and strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support corporate business objectives and drive pipeline.

    What you will be responsible for:

    • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Assist in the development of marketing campaigns by leveraging market research, audience insights and competitive analysis to ensure that messaging, assets and channels are optimized for target personas and aligned with growth objectives.
    • Cross-Channel Campaign Execution: Coordinate the execution and maintenance of multi-channel campaigns, including but not limited to webinars, email, digital, social media, nurtures, direct mail and events.
    • ABM Strategy: Proven experience in executing ABM strategies, including audience segmentation, account selection, intent data analysis, and personalized campaign development. Strong understanding of the buyer journey and the ability to tailor messaging and tactics to high-value accounts to drive engagement and conversion.
    • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to manage resources and maintain communication flow across functions to support effective campaign execution.

    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance based on defined KPIs; suggest and execute optimizations to reach target goals
    • Optimization:Continuously work with teams to optimize campaigns based on performance data, feedback, and market changes.

    Required Skills:

    • 5-7 years experience in Marketing with track record of managing pipeline-generating programs, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
    • Demonstrative experience in marketing campaign management, with a focus on supporting campaigns across multiple channels
    • Experience with email marketing, webinars, digital marketing and social media. 
    • Experience with ABM strategies, including audience segmentation, account selection, intent data analysis, and personalized campaign development.
    • Familiarity with ABM tools and platforms – 6sense preferred.
    • Proficiency with various technology platforms including Salesforce, Marketo [or similar], webinar platforms [Goldcast preferred] and sales outreach platforms [Outreach/Salesloft preferred].
