Job Description

ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible for working across applications and services within Unit4 ServiceNow platform to develop new functionalities and innovative solutions to address product owner and project stakeholder requirements.

The consultant will work closely with the Platform team, process owners, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Security to produce technical designs and development to address requirements in the most effective and secure manner. The Consultant will be required to consider the current business needs and architecture of the environment while reviewing future enhancement roadmaps and by assessing core platform and/or application changes driven by version upgrades.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when appropriate) ServiceNow applications and services to deliver new functionality and capabilities
  • Works with business process owners in shaping/refining the requirements that aligns with overall strategy and product roadmap
  • Assists with second level incident resolution, problem root cause analysis, and post change validation
  • Provides on-call support when critical production issues occur
  • Assists the platform team in estimating release level of effort
  • Follows and improves architecture, design, technical documentation, and coding standards
  • Participates in and works with platform team to ensure proper quality assurance is completed related to unit, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
  • Responsible for reviewing, validating, and remediating all version and patch upgrades associated with assigned application and services
  • Develops with an eye towards automation
  • Designs, develops, and configures workflows, flows, forms, scripts, ACL’s, data transformation, policies, rules, scheduled jobs, and all other underlying logic using Agile methodologies
  • Gain knowledge of any development work completed by external implementation partners prior their implementation

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

Knowledge

  • Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development approaches
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies related directly or indirectly to the ServiceNow platform
  • Development skills in scripting, business rules, data imports, ACL’s, data policies, UI policies, data import and transformation, logging, error remediation, data encryption, flow designer (including Integration Hub spokes), notifications, SLA’s, metrics, database views, assessments, forms, workflow, and language translations
  • Knowledge of database design schemas and data modeling including ServiceNow’s Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
  • Development skills in scripting JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, and Jelly
  • Strong business acumen

Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Certified ServiceNow Developer or Implementer in CSM / HRSD
  • ITIL Foundations Certification recommended
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite. Experience with Customer Service Management, HRSD and scoped applications
  • Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills
  • Ability to execute and prioritize a number of tasks simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written [English]

Qualifications

Equivalent years of education and training, plus five (5) or more years related experience.

Type of Experience:

About the Department

Cloudflare’s Engineering Team builds and runs the software that handles about 10% of HTTP requests on the Internet today. We also build and run the internal tools that builds and runs our software. What you'll do

Cloudflare is looking for a full stack engineer on the Enterprise Readiness team to help us build the features for Large Scale Enterprise customers, our partners, and our internal admin tooling platform. The ideal candidates will have experience working with large-scale applications and a deep knowledge of system designs. You must care deeply not only about the quality of your and the team's code, but also the customer experience and developer experience. We’re looking for highly motivated individuals that are excited to join a team and work with product owners and other software engineers to build scalable frameworks and tooling to create awesome developer experiences and improve developer productivity.

We are also strong believers in dog-fooding our own products. From cache configuration to Cloudflare Access to Cloudflare Workers, these are all tools in our frontend engineer's tool belt.

About the role

We are currently looking for a highly creative mid-weight Digital Designer to join our in-house design team. This role will see you working on a variety of creative projects across the business.   • Create impactful animated content, GIFs and motion graphics that elevate campaign storytelling.

  • Keep digital style guides up to date.
  • Work closely with the creative services team, digital and CRM teams to ensure all briefs are understood and deliverables are met on time.

About you

  • A strong design portfolio demonstrating all types of digital design (website, emails, social, animated content) across various customer touch points, preferable within luxury/beauty industries.
  • Expert use of Adobe design suite. Previous experience with collaborative design tools such as Sketch or Figma preferable.
  • Strong experience working with animated GIFs and videos, After Effects skills are a big plus.
  • Understanding and knowledge of online accessibility and UX.
  • Great sense of design and composition with a strong eye for layout and appreciation of brand guidelines. Strong typographic skills is a must!
  • Multi-tasker that can respond to changes quickly and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative process.

Reporting responsibilities include regulatory and voluntary reporting, including but not limited to the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), annual Sustainability Report, CDP disclosures, and other third-party ESG assessments.

Regulatory Monitoring:the Manager will work with the Director of Corporate Sustainability Strategy (CSS Director) and the Legal team to monitor Sustainability-related regulations, conduct and assist with gap assessments, design roadmaps for compliance, including coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams for data and content collection.

Risk Assessment: With the CSS Director, Legal, and other stakeholders, the Manager will devise and embed sustainability-related risk assessments into existing risk management processes. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, climate risk assessments, regulatory risk assessment (see above), industry trends, and customer needs and demands. The Manager will also support Human Rights Impact Assessments and related coordination with Procurement, Legal, Operations and other partner teams.

    What you’ll get

    The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 to $200,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
