Key Responsibilities:

• AI Agent Development: Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents for applications such as virtual assistants, customer service bots, and task automation systems using LLMs and other AI models.

• AI-Driven Process Optimization: Collaborate with business units to optimize workflows using AI-driven solutions, automating decision-making processes and improving operational efficiency.

• Model Monitoring and Maintenance: Establish processes for real-time model monitoring, including tracking performance, drift detection, and accuracy of models in production environments.

• Model Retraining and Optimization: Develop automated or semi-automated pipelines for model retraining based on changes in data patterns or model performance. Implement processes to ensure continuous improvement and accuracy of AI solutions.

• Cloud and ML Platforms: Utilize platforms such as Azure Machine Learning Studio, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock and open-source frameworks for end-to-end model development, deployment, and monitoring.

• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deploy scalable AI solutions that deliver business impact.

• Generative: Should Have a work experience in RAG, Langchain, Llamaindex and generative AI use case implementation and deployment.

Good to have agents framework knowledge or working experience like AutoGen, CrewAI, Langchain-agent, Llamaindex Agent, Swarm by open AI etc.

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer, focusing on AI-powered agent development, knowledge graphs, AI-driven process optimization, and MLOps practices.

• Proficiency in working with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3/4, GPT-J, BLOOM, or similar, including both open-source and commercial variants.

• Experience with knowledge graph technologies, including ontology design and graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, AWS Neptune).

• Strong skills in Python, Java, or similar languages, and proficiency in building, deploying, and monitoring AI models.

• Solid experience in natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including building conversational AI, entity recognition, and text generation models.

• Model Monitoring & Retraining: Expertise in setting up automated pipelines for model retraining, monitoring for drift, and ensuring the continuous performance of deployed models.

• Experience in using cloud platforms like Azure Machine Learning Studio, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar cloud-based AI/ML tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with building or integrating conversational AI agents using platforms like Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or Dialogflow.

• Knowledge of advanced AI-driven process optimization tools and techniques, including AI orchestration for enterprise workflows.

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to support scalable AI/ML model deployment.

• Certification in Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or relevant MLOps-related certifications is a plus.

The role

You'll play a pivotal role in delivering value and success for your clients, reporting directly to the Customer Success Team Lead managing a portfolio of our Strategic clients. Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver timely and accurate commercial forecasting- Deliver weekly updates to customer health and activity records that support commercial opportunity updates, articulating realistic outcomes that are dependable and of the moment.
    • Set and deliver on customer expectations- Deliver each aspect of the customers assigned service level, owning the presentation and delivery of core value driving client engagement such as Business Reviews, Assessments and Strategic marketing plans
    • Pre-empt customer escalations and challenges - identify risk factors ahead of time and handle objections and escalations with finesse.
    • Drive Strategic customer adoption and value with visibility and buy-in from key decision makers- Become an expert in both the Ometria platform and ecommerce marketing strategies. Engage key stakeholders to align on value delivered and identify what actions are required to mitigate any potential relationship risk.
    • Become a a retail expert and deliver strategic guidance- deliver expected customer touchpoints based on their Service level and act as a strategic guide leveraging retail intelligence reports and trends data to make credible recommendations to your clients.

About you:

  • Experienced - you have relevant experience managing clients within a SaaS environment. Any previous experience within cross channel / email marketing/ ESP is a bonus
  • Excellent communicator - you can communicate confidently and authoritatively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • First class customer success skills - you know how to make clients happy, and go out of your way to achieve this.
  • Data literate - you are comfortable working with, manipulating and interpreting data sets, and have experience working with tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
  • Organised and able to work under pressure - you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Proactive learner - you have an interest in both technology and ecommerce, and are willing to do what it takes to become an expert in email marketing.

About the Job

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Executive Assistant to join our Administrative team. You will support various executives. You will assist in driving efficiency in day-to-day affairs and execution across the various organizations.

The US-based salary range for this position is $82,000 to $120,500. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Scheduling and ensuring that stakeholders are prepared for meetings, that agendas and materials are distributed prior to each meeting. You will manage notes and next steps that are agreed upon by the participants; driving follow-ups.
  • Handling a fast-paced environment and ever-changing requests
  • Acting as a culture ambassador for your executives, always looking for ways to encourage togetherness in a remote world
  • Preparing and distributing meeting note summaries and track follow ups
  • Tracking action items for your executives and ensuring they are managing those responsibilities
  • Ensuring preparation and delivery of key updates to the executive team and other stakeholders
  • High calendar management for a team of executives
  • Coordinating strategy offsites as well as company and team activities
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements
