WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage and troubleshoot financial planning systems like Anaplan, Planful, and other alternative solutions.

  • Support financial modules, including allocations, topline forecasts, and expense planning, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data templates, load rules, and dashboards that improve operational efficiency.

  • Provide advanced SQL queries to assist with financial data reporting and analytics, ensuring timely and accurate insights for stakeholders.

  • Manage user roles, security administration, and system configurations to ensure compliance and streamline access controls.

  • Develop training materials and documentation to support system users, guiding them in leveraging tools for daily operations.

  • Maintain financial system configurations, audit processes, and ensure proper system log reviews and reporting.

  • Incident Management, SOX Support, and Release Oversight

  • Manage system incidents and provide timely resolution to ensure business continuity.

  • Support SOX activities, including ensuring compliance with IT General Controls (ITGCs) and audit requirements.

  • Oversee release management activities, including planning, testing, and deploying system upgrades with minimal disruption.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting financial planning systems such as Anaplan, Planful and alternative systems

  • Basic understanding of financial modules including allocations, topline forecasting, expense planning

  • Skills in data management including setting up data templates and managing data load rules

  • Basic SQL skills for querying financial data

  • Experience in user and role management, security administration, security administration, and basic configurations and settings

  • Ability to maintain basic systems configurations and settings

  • Ability to generate standard reports and assist in creating dashboards

  • Familiarity with report administration and standard reporting tools

  • Problem solving skills to assist in troubleshooting system issues

  • Ability to follow troubleshooting guides and escalate issues when necessary

  • Basic knowledge of audit processes and ability to view audit logs

  • Basic experience in customizing planning templates and attribute

  • Ability to train end users and provide basic support

  • Basic understanding of financial processes and industry best practices

  • Track, prioritize, and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams to minimize project impact and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of Salesforce release cycles as the Release Manager, ensuring readiness, managing risks, and coordinating team efforts.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, and product owners, to align on quality and release objectives.

  • Conduct training sessions and promote knowledge sharing across teams to enhance automation expertise and adoption of best practices. 
Your background:
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years of experience in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Salesforce-related testing environments.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation strategies using Copado Robotic Testing and other tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, including workflows, process builders, triggers, and custom objects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop QA teams in Agile environments.
  • Agile & CI/CD Experience: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. 
Certifications: 
Copado Robotic Testing Certification (or equivalent). 
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) 
Other relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Scrum Master) would be beneficial.

What your days might look like

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Marketing Operations team, which comprises Commercial Analysts aligned to different go-to-market specialists. You will partner closely with Marketing to manage prospect and customer data and provide support that drives strategic, tactical and commercial objectives in the market.

The Marketing Operations Data Analyst will also be responsible for executing data-driven initiatives to maximise the efficiency of marketing campaigns. This is a full time position supporting the APAC timezone (7am - 4pm PH time, Weekday Day Shifts)

As our Marketing Operations Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing closed deals and provisioning new accounts
  • Processing quotes for billing and resolving quote related billing enquiries
  • Collaborating with Sales to ensure the sales process is understood and followed, as well as identifying & executing on opportunities for improvement with the goal of improving data quality and reducing room for error.
  • Where required, providing ad-hoc analytical and operational support as is required by the Sales Operations team in areas such as;
    • Data management
    • Data reconciliation and migration

What you'll bring:

The Job in a Nutshell????
