• Support our Chief of Staff and CEO Office in their daily work, working closely with our Founders and management
• Support annual planning and strategy processes and documentation thereof
• Support with the development, implementation and maintenance of new management and governance documentation and reporting in line with regulatory requirements
• Support with drafting and updating of internal documentation and preparation of presentations for management
• Provide project management support to our our corporate governance and strategy workstreams
• Work closely with various stakeholders and functions across Scalable by providing templates and guidance on governance related deliverables

Qualifications

• You are studying towards a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management or equivalent  
• First experience in project management activities
• Strong interest in navigating the German regulatory landscape 
• Initial knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. BAIT, MaRisk, etc.)

• Du bist Ansprechpartner:in sowohl für bestehende und neue Kundschaft zu unseren Produkten via Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
• Du bist dabei stets zuständig für die Zufriedenheit unserer Kundschaft bei Themen wie Portfolio Management, Steuern, Kapitalmaßnahmen und Trading Du löst die Fragestellungen unserer Kundschaft eigenständig oder in Absprache mit den anderen Fachbereichen

• Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und stellst die Zufriedenheit unserer Kundschaft an erste Stelle
• Du kommunizierst auch bei hoher Arbeitsbelastung positiv und denkst lösungsorientiert
• Du klärst telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen unserer Kundschaft souverän, freundlich und kreativ
