The Content Cloud Engineering team at Acquia is responsible for building and maintaining the combined Acquia DAM (Digital Asset Management) and PIM (Product Information Management) product line, which is used by over 800 customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute working code, documentation, and automated tests that deliver on Sprint goals
  • Participate in experimentation and prototype building in a collaborative environment, iterating on concepts based on feedback
  • Build connectors between APIs powered by different tech stacks
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams as needed to ensure the systems and architecture being built support roadmap, consistency, and platform R&D goals
  • Contribute as needed to the core libraries used by all teams in the interest of the consistency, stability, robustness, cost effectiveness, and performance of consuming applications and services.
  • Encourage a culture of observability by ensuring logging and monitoring of applications and services is being configured appropriately to provide visibility into system performance consistent with SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and enable effective troubleshooting
  • Address security vulnerabilities as needed
  • Work with your team to understand and implement R&D Standards.
  • Review code as needed based on risk/scope and provide feedback and guidance to ensure it complies with our technical standards and security requirements.
  • Mentor and train other team members on important technical topics through team meetings, pair programming, lunch 'n learns, etc. as needed.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to ensure the platform we are building is consistent with the overarching architectural goals at Acquia

Initiate and nurture conversations to build strong connections with potential clients.
  • Campaign Development & Continuous Improvement:Create and refine sales campaigns and outreach cadences for both initial outreach (0-3 months) and long term nurturing (3-18+ months), including phone scripts, social media messages, and email templates. Leverage AI tools and personal expertise to optimize messaging and ensure effectiveness in connecting with target prospects.
  • Product Knowledge & Needs Assessment:Develop a comprehensive understanding of SureDone’s products, services, and value proposition to communicate effectively with prospects. Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst with expertise in web technologies to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between the business and IT teams, focusing on the analysis, design, and implementation of web-based applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development stacks, experience in gathering and defining business requirements, and the ability to translate them into functional specifications for technical teams

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and objectives.
  • Elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements for web-based solutions.

System Design & Documentation:

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Continuous Improvement:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on web-based technologies.
  • Strong understanding of web development stacks, including front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and content management systems (CMS).

What You Will Do

  • Conduct in-depth audits of systems for IAM configurations, ensuring compliance with security standards by gathering audit evidence and capturing configuration screenshots.
  • Review and enhance IAM security controls across key corporate systems like Okta (identity and access management), Zscaler (network access controls), and CrowdStrike (endpoint access controls), recommending best practices for improved security.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to assess and optimize IAM configurations, ensuring they support secure, role-based access and effective incident detection.
  • Lead compliance initiatives and walkthroughs from a system perspective, including SOC2 audits, by preparing audit documentation specific to IAM controls and ensuring all evidence is properly documented and accessible.
  • Proactively manage IAM-related security alerts, triaging incidents to mitigate potential access threats and continually optimizing alert rules and thresholds.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for IAM processes, controls, and evidence, ensuring they reflect current industry standards and Lattice security policies.

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in security operations, auditing, or IT with a focus on identity and access management systems and security compliance.
  • Strong expertise in managing IAM tools and controls within platforms like Okta, Zscaler, and CrowdStrike, with a comprehensive understanding of secure configuration and role-based access control options.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess IAM configurations, recommend security improvements, and implement best practices for system hardening.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2 preferred), authentication protocols, access management best practices, and role-based access control methods.

  • Education:Degree in supply chain, operations management, or related field (in progress)
  • Languages:English written and spoken (French is a plus)
