We are seeking an accomplished and strategic VP of Growth to lead our expansion within the healthcare sector. This role will focus on driving enterprise-level growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing scalable strategies that address the unique challenges of healthcare organizations. What You’ll Do:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00. We are seeking an innovative Product Manager to drive the development of the demand side of our SaaS-enabled B2C marketplace. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and behaviors, developing strategies to enhance product-led acquisition, retention, and engagement. We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to be responsible for defining and delivering all ongoing system enhancements and projects. You will solicit requirements and build innovative solutions to support internal teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing requirements, craft user stories, and document processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work and learn with a high degree of autonomy with minimal supervision
  • Work on projects of all levels of complexity with minimum to no guidance
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements
  • Be an expert in CareRev business processes to develop and improve Salesforce-powered solutions
  • A Business Systems Analyst at this level will serve as a Product Owner
  • Work with end users to support adoption of new systems.
  • Support and collaborate with the development teams to refine and elaborate on requirements / user stories throughout the development life cycle
  • Facilitate all sprint planning events and backlog grooming
  • Support with monitoring newly implemented changes and provide support for operation incidents related to product change
  • Maintain an understanding of other related systems to make recommendations for company-wide system and process improvements
  • Forge strong business stakeholder relationships; engage with business leadership to ideate, scope, and prioritize projects which will support business initiatives and  improve cross-functional processes
  • Coordinate with all user groups and other projects to ensure proper prioritization and awareness
  • Develop process flows, mockups, and diagrams to evaluate approaches and secure end-user adoption
  • Write user stories; facilitate refinement, estimation, and planning for execution by the technical team(s)
  • Run demos and gather feedback
  • Perform testing of new functionality and manage end-user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Prioritize backlogs of feature requests from the business
  • Create project plans for complex projects and monitor progress and timelines; keep business informed and updated
  • Monitor internal support channels and ensure users receive support in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8 plus years of experience with business systems 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a technical discipline
  • Salesforce certifications, Business Analyst certified are a plus along with any other relevant certifications
  • Have strong Business Analysis and requirements management skills.
  • Query, review and manipulate data
  • Have a strong understanding of operational systems and the needs of end users.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $124,476 - $169,625. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in technologies such as Swift, iOS Ruby on Rails and similar. You will play a critical role at CareRev by extending and maintaining our professional facing mobile app, and its integration with our back end. We are seeking a temporary Registered Nurse (RN) Interviewer to be responsible for identifying viable leads and interviewing these healthcare professionals to determine clinical competency, as well as gauge candidate match for our partner facilities and the CareRev platform. The temp RN Interviewer will also be responsible for resume, licensure, and credential review. They will work closely with the other pro facing teams to create a healthy pool of professionals for assigned regions/states.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review resumes and assess clinical education, years of clinical work experience, and specialty expertise in comparison to facility staffing needs. 
  • Communicate daily with professional via Salesforce for resume remediation 
  • Conduct telephone interviews with various healthcare professionals via outbound calls to validate experience and further assess knowledge, skills, competencies, and interpersonal skills of professionals
  • Accurately log all interview notes and outcomes within our system including information needed to be communicated to cross functional teams such as prior work history, shift preference, years of experience and any special skills and requirements.  
  • Ensure professionals are qualified for appropriate specialty to match facility requirements and that all corresponding documentation, including resume, reflect that experience. 
  • Assess a professional’s clinical competency in response to clinical scenario questions 
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help improve processes and experiences during the interview process as needed.
  • Participate in precepting new RN Interviewers. 
  • Responsible for an assigned region/state to assist in providing a healthy professional pool for partner facilities
