What You'll Do:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build trust and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, including key decision-makers.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or relevant work experience
  • 2-4 years in Enterprise Account Management, preferably within the benefits industry or a related field
  • Track record of educating executive decision-makers, building and maintaining relationships with them.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client relationships and tracking relationships (e.g. Salesforce)

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all Controllership function responsibilities: monthly close, revenue accounting, order to cash, GL reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, treasury functions, and compliance activities (federal/state/local tax compliance audits, insurance and benefit administration).

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Role Summary: Level is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and evolution of engagement and retention programs that help members (employees) and clients (employers) make the most of their Level experience.

  • Set the Lifecycle marketing strategy to engage and retain members across the ecosystem of our products and services
