The Role

As an Enterprise Client Success Manager, you own Modern Health’s large-scale employer relationships from launch through contract renewal. You are responsible for partnering with Fortune 100 companies to drive product adoption and engagement, and over time client retention and growth. You partner closely with senior HR executives and business leaders, serving as product expert, strategic consultant, and mental health champion. Your partnership with Modern Health’s clients and internal product team allows us to continually improve the functionality and benefits of the platform.  

This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Client Success. Ideal candidates have prior experience managing large-scale client relationships, and are comfortable analyzing data and using it to make strategic and consultative recommendations. We’re looking for someone who is excited to positively impact the lives of millions in a highly visible role.

We’re only considering candidates in the Pacific and Mountain time zone for this role.This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts, serving as the face of Modern Health for our highest priority customers
  • Build and manage relationships with a broad range of global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants
  • Partner with clients to define and execute a custom program strategy for Modern Health that integrates within their broader benefit offerings
  • Convert these clients into Modern Health champions, leveraging their success for references and case studies
  • Strategically uses data and insights to guide decision making using storytelling and make actionable recommendations that inform the growth and long-term success of the partnership
  • Use account data in Looker and Salesforce to understand and diagnose client health and opportunity/risk
  • Drive success in tangible metrics (e.g. improved wellness outcomes, benefits, retention and renewals, or product expansion)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care to advocate for clients and drive successful adoption of Modern Health

Who You Are

  • 5+ years’ experience managing relationships or selling to HR leaders or clients within the B2B tech. Learning & development, and/or employer benefit space preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, and a proven track record of success with strategic accounts 
  • Ability to leverage data, storytelling and make actionable recommendations
  • Engaging presentation skills, and a desire to lead projects with high visibility
  • Excitement for tackling and building processes around new challenges: you enjoy problem-solving, have a keen attention to detail, and are motivated to drive ongoing team improvement
  • The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and demonstrated initiative and independence

The Role

At Modern Health we have a highly collaborative sales team, where we seek to get better every day and work as a team to reach both our revenue targets and our mission of delivering behavioral health solutions to millions of people around the world! As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will manage and scale our growing sales team. More specifically, you'll own the training, strategy, and design of this team to achieve high performance revenue goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage, lead, and recruit a team of high performing Enterprise Account Executives 
  • Support direct reports by participating in prospect meetings, contract negotiations and closing business
  • Set clear expectations and partner closely with Account Executives on strategy and preparation for external meetings
  • Partner closely with our Sales and executive leadership team on GTM relationships with HR Broker Consultants 
  • Work closely with our Marketing and Sales Development teams to build a strategy for generating demand and interest across multiple major areas
  • Leverage data and analytical thinking to make key decisions regarding the growth of the Enterprise segment 
  • Provide accurate and accountable forecast of new business targets
  • Setting up the team to hit quarterly and annual quotas, by prioritizing and handling high volumes of inbound leads on high-velocity cycles
  • Implement, improve and standardize key sales processes in service of driving consistent and repeatable motions that predictably drive revenue growth
  • Cross functionally work with Go To Market Leadership to drive leads and progress the sales funnel
  • Consistently supervising sales efficiency by partnering with our Revenue Operations team to build Salesforce.com dashboards and reports, and analyzing customer data to identify buying/expansion/churn signals

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of management experience at a high growth SaaS or employee benefits company - selling to large enterprise companies 
  • Experience selling to HR executives a plus 
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed growth targets
  • Experience and excitement for coaching tenured Account Executives to quota attainment and beyond - and enabling career progression
  • Ability to lead from the front to demonstrate what good looks like
  • Ability to navigate large, complex organizations while engaging with and influencing executive-level decision-makers.
  • Command of your business, a firm grasp on the key metrics of team health, and a system for tracking progress and holding your team accountable for delivering excellent performance with consistency
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions
  • Experience with Salesforce and accurately forecasting 
  • Strong team player who can work closely across the Sales leadership team, sharing ideas and best practices

The Role

We’re looking for an AI Product Engineer to join our small but nimble AI team. Your mission is to deploy responsible AI within the Modern Health ecosystem. As an AI Product Engineer, you will work on developing and implementing AI-powered products, incorporating LLMs, embeddings, and other ML/AI technologies into Modern Health’s experiences.

The Role

As our Senior Proposal Writer, you will be critical to the success of our new business segment, reporting into our Strategic Accounts Sales Leader. You are responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of proposals that contain accurate, up-to-date information and position Modern Health positively in the competitive market based on client pain points identified within RFx documentation and sales conversations. You will partner cross-functionally maintaining an updated content library and will partner with Sales to track RFx performance and implement process improvements.

What You’ll Do

  • Independently respond to proposal requests ensuring on-time, accurate submission
  • Mentor other proposal writers on the team ensuring clear and concise written proposals to RFPs for senior HR & Finance executives
  • Implement a quality control process to review and finalize proposals prior to submission 
  • Partner with commercial teams to prioritize proposals based on business needs and track status from receipt to submission 
  • Develop and maintain a library of standard language, services collateral and other data resources to create high-quality and accurate responses
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure the most up-to-date and accurate responses in the content library
  • Implement improvements to existing practices, procedures and policies
  • Establish a tracking system with win-loss information 
  • Review and analyze RFP losses to recommend enhancements to standard language responses and/or products and services

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with proposal writing/quote generation 
  • Experience working on a dynamic team with multiple stakeholders across a go to market function 
  • Experience working with Loopio is preferred
  • Bachelors degree is preferred

The Role

Providing exceptional, cost-effective care is at the heart of Modern Health. We are looking for a Senior Health Economics and Outcomes Researcher to join our Clinical Strategy and Research team who will be responsible for designing, conducting, and translating economic and outcomes analyses to support the company's mission. This role will report to the Director of Clinical Research and Scientific Affairs.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct economic and outcomes analyses to demonstrate the impact of novel health care programs on health care utilization, disease progression, indirect costs of care, and patient-reported outcomes
  • Provide consultation on all aspects of internal real-world evidence databases and analyses including objectives, design, data source identification, statistical analysis, and interpretation
  • Work closely with clinical data analysts, as well as other internal and external partners, to develop and execute analytic models using various sources of health care utilization, patient-reported, and health outcomes data to demonstrate value to employer customers and payers
  • Generate high quality, readily interpretable deliverables and performance metrics (e.g., data tables, graphs, charts, study reports)
  • Effectively manage and track all analyses including those with external partners to ensure timelines are met and all stakeholders are aware of project status
  • Create executive summaries and slide decks to deliver clear insights to senior leadership on progress and findings of your work
  • Translate health economics, outcomes, and clinical research findings to prospects, clients, and consultants in a timely, concise, and compelling way; this will include writing market-facing white papers and summaries of  our clinical research studies, responding to RFPs, joining calls with prospects and consultants, and creating polished, short reports and slide decks
  • Translate your work for internal audiences and train and support internal teams including go-to-market teams on key messages
  • Stay current on health economic and policy literature to inform the future of company services and product innovations
  • Offer subject matter expertise to cross-functional partners (e.g., clinical, product, finance, and go-to-market) to align economic evaluations with organizational goals and initiatives
  • Synthesize feedback from client, prospect, and consultant conversations to share back with clinical and scientific teams to inform strategy

Who You Are

  • You have expertise in cost analysis, value-based care, and health outcomes research
  • You have a doctoral degree in health economics, health services research, public health, or a related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of post-graduate experience with demonstrated high performance in digital health, academia, or other health related consulting companies
  • You have familiarity with tools like R or equivalent; bonus if you have experience in SQL and data visualization
  • You’re a critical thinker, who possesses strong analytical capabilities, and demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills across settings; experience and skills in writing preferred
  • You excel in reviewing, synthesizing and communicating scientific information to broad audiences in a clear and compelling manner

The Role

Modern Health is looking for a Product Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. The role reports into our Manager of Analytics and will work cross-functionally with our Engineering and Product teams as their dedicated partner for all things data.

In this role, you will identify which metrics matter and how to measure them, implement them in our database, and report out via Looker. You will build data sources and dashboards that empower your stakeholders to understand and utilize the data in order to make informed decisions. You will partner with Engineering and Product to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to user behavior and product usage, and provide recommendations for product improvements. The Role

The Role

The Renewals Manager will partner with the Client Success, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure consistent process execution and develop strategies to attain successful customer renewal and growth metrics, while taking a unified approach to increasing revenue and mitigating risk. The Role- 

Modern Health is looking for a Lead Program Manager to drive strategic programs that will set us up for success in achieving our business goals. The programs are tech-focused but highly cross functional in nature. This role sits on the Tech team and reports directly to the Director of Product Operations and Analytics.

In this highly visible role, you’ll be a key partner to the Tech team, internal cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners. You’ll focus on driving programs that help critical products be built and launch successfully, as well as manage programs that ensure smooth implementation of strategic company goals.

What You’ll Do-

Program Management

  • Support Tech team by driving complex cross-functional initiatives that help us deliver on our product strategy and business objectives
  • Daily management of the program lifecycle, including defining metrics, measuring progress toward objectives, identification of dependencies, risks, and issues, and oversight of budget, resources, deliverables to the program’s outcomes, key documents, and stakeholder communication and alignment

The Role- 

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Marketing Manager to be the go-to marketer for the Client Success team, focusing on driving user engagement of the Modern Health app. This vital role will involve understanding both client and user needs, working with CSMs to develop user engagement plans for client accounts, and executing on those plans by developing custom user engagement materials (i.e. flyers, slides, email newsletters, and more). You’ll also work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and executive teams to ensure alignment and integration of user engagement strategies across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a curious, adaptable, and action-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are organized, capable of managing projects with some level of autonomy, and have a knack for building and maintaining strong relationships. You are user-obsessed and a strong writer who knows how to distill complex (clinical/technical) information into digestible resources using an approachable tone. Mental health is a topic that can be uncomfortable for some, so this role involves knowing how to connect with the audience about mental health in a way that feels approachable and welcoming.

What You’ll Do-

  • You will be one of the go-to marketing managers for our Client Success team
  • Develop user engagement resources (including flyers, emails, slides, videos, etc.) to help our employer clients promote adoption of Modern Health to their employees
  • Collaborate with our mental health providers and care team to rapidly develop approachable, digestible, and impactful resources for users on topics important to them (i.e. burnout, work-life balance, parenting stress, relationships, etc.) on a regular cadence
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to ensure latest product updates are included in our marketing assets 
  • Develop and maintain user engagement resources on our client portal to scale the breadth and depth of support we offer to our employer clients 
  • Support the goal of ensuring our relationships with customers are deep and broad, to support cross-sell, up-sell and stickiness
  • Partner with Client Success to identify and build impactful and compelling customer stories, testimonials, and videos; own logo usage and press rights by client; manage private and public reference programs
  • Be the user expert with a deep understanding of user goals, behaviors and motivations, develop personas to effectively communicate insights to Client Success

Who You Are-

  • 5+ years in marketing with at least 2 years in a user engagement marketing role
  • Experience developing user engagement materials (i.e. flyers, slides, emails, posters, videos, direct mail, etc.)
  • Excellent writing skills, particularly in the context of end user communication and engagement
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Experience in building marketing campaigns from the ground up, with a focus on driving customer behaviors at key points in the customer journey
  • Ability to think big picture and simultaneously execute on projects across different clients and Customer Success stakeholders
  • Experience in analyzing data and engagement metrics to measure success of campaigns and find insights 
  • Passion for listening, understanding, and sharing end user customer stories

The Role

As an Enterprise Client Success Manager, you own Modern Health’s large-scale employer relationships from launch through contract renewal. You are responsible for partnering with Fortune 100 companies to drive product adoption and engagement, and over time client retention and growth. You partner closely with senior HR executives and business leaders, serving as product expert, strategic consultant, and mental health champion. Your partnership with Modern Health’s clients and internal product team allows us to continually improve the functionality and benefits of the platform.  

This role reports to the Director of Client Success. Ideal candidates have prior experience managing large-scale client relationships, and are comfortable analyzing data and using it to make strategic and consultative recommendations. We’re looking for someone who is excited to positively impact the lives of millions in a highly visible role.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts, serving as the face of Modern Health for our highest priority customers
  • Build and manage relationships with a broad range of global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants
  • Partner with clients to define and execute a custom program strategy for Modern Health that integrates within their broader benefit offerings
  • Convert these clients into Modern Health champions, leveraging their success for references and case studies

Who You Are

  • 5+ years’ experience managing relationships or selling to HR leaders or clients within the B2B tech; learning & development, and/or employer benefit space preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, and a proven track record of success with strategic accounts 
  • Ability to leverage data, storytelling and make actionable recommendations
  • Engaging presentation skills, and a desire to lead projects with high visibility

The Role- 

Modern Health is looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to shape and drive our Consultant Program. In this highly visible role, you'll report to and work alongside our Head of Consultant Relations and own the day-to-day management of our partners and their clients – acting as a liaison between Modern Health and a targeted group of innovative and passionate benefit consultants and brokerage firms. Who You Are-

  • 4+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefit consultant/broker space

  • Established, successful track record of sourcing, developing and maintaining partner relationships

Modern Health is looking for an experienced Senior Partnership Manager to shape and drive our Consultant Program. In this highly visible role, you'll report to and work alongside our VP of Partnerships and own the day-to-day management of our partners and their clients – acting as a liaison between Modern Health and a targeted group of innovative and passionate benefit consultants. You will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing high-value partners (i.e., WTW, Mercer, Aon, Lockton, Aliant, etc.), and representing Modern Health as a leader in the industry to positively impact the lives of millions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enthusiastic, relationship-oriented, and mission-driven.

What You’ll Do-

  • Support the growth of Modern Health by driving qualified opportunities from Referral Partners to the Sales team - you will drive the strategic plan and implementation with a set of national firms to ensure consistent referrals to Modern Health are made to their employers/clients
  • Own the partner experience and drive operational excellence for ease of doing business with a targeted number of national consulting firms
  • In partnerships with the Marketing Liaison, you will implement, lead and create marketing campaigns that generate demand & awareness, and engagement events effectively leveraging referral partners as lead generation engines
  • Collaborate with partners to develop a strong GTM plan and manage co-marketing activities such as events, webinars, etc
  • Comfortable with developing strong and deep partner relationships both internally and externally as well as collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with leaders from internal teams including Product, Clinical Care, Client Success, and Operations
  • Serve as the executive source and day-to-day contact from Modern Health to executive-level stakeholders, subject matter experts, and lead consultants at our partners
  • Work closely with our Account Executives and Client Success team members to jointly leverage strong relationships with key contacts in the benefits consultant community to drive sales qualified opportunities and streamline renewal experience
  • Build, customize and present our solutions and capabilities, and expand the broader conversation around mental health strategies with key innovation leaders in the benefits broker space

Who You Are-

  • 7+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefit consultant/broker space or experience in partnerships or sales in the vendor space
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, healthcare, health management, or well-being
  • Experience working with benefit consultants and proven track record of developing strong partnership relationships 
  • Proven track record meeting monthly and annual goals including either creating sales opportunities and/or meeting annual revenue goals
  • High EQ, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, polished communications, and a proven track record of success with large, national strategic partners
  • Maintains and cultivates a deep understanding of the healthcare/benefits space 
  • Attention to detail, superior presentation skills, and the desire to lead national strategic projects with high visibility
  • Self-starter, reliable team player with the ability to deliver quality projects on time
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, and successfully manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency

The Role

  • Provide support for our Employee Resource Groups and continue to evolve our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging strategy
  • Define & implement our Employee Experience strategy across the entire employee journey - includes fostering connection and culture in a remote environment, consulting with internal teams to help them develop their own connection strategies, leading our recognition programs, and developing strategies to help employees celebrate key milestone events
  • Ensure all employees have access to the information needed to do their job by managing our internal communications platform, Modbase (powered by Simpplr)
  • Lead our internal company-wide meeting strategy including working with leaders across the organization to develop content for our bi-weekly All Hands and Town Hall style company meetings and continuing to find innovative ways to use these important touch points to build and reinforce our culture

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of Employee Experience, Wellbeing and DEI experience with proven experience in developing and implementing creative and effective employee engagement strategies

The Role

In this role you’ll be a key part of our product management team and a partner to the entire Modern Health tech team as a product leader for Care Delivery which is focused on the provider and operational aspects of delivering care, especially for clinical high acuity and crisis situations.

The Role

As an attorney on the commercial legal team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of transactional work, including agreements with our customers, service partners, and vendors.  You will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects supporting our sales, customer success, marketing, engineering and other teams, and help Modern Health scale by improving our processes and spearheading new initiatives.

Who You Are

  • You have 5-8+ years of combined law-firm and in-house experience

You will be a key member of the People Team focusing on our People Partner capabilities to support our continued growth.  We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and innovative Sr People Partner to develop the talent strategy and advise on all things People such as performance management, talent development, leadership coaching, organizational design, and employee relations.  This role is critical to our ability to successfully support and scale a high-growth organization by driving strategic people initiatives.  In this role, you will have a direct impact on the employee experience and company success at Modern Health. 

You will report to our Chief People Officer and work closely with the People Partner, Recruiting, Employee Experience, and People Ops teams to shape a culture built on the tenets of high performance and high empathy that allows us to deliver against our vision of making mental health a strength and priority for all. You will also partner seamlessly across functional lines with our Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and IT teams to spot & solve issues and inform on build out of processes and policies that scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a strategic business partner to client team leaders to ensure employee advocacy  
  • Design and execute progressive talent strategies to address performance, engagement and development, and retention for your client teams
  • Ensure that we are positioned to scale quickly and efficiently to meet the needs of the business.
  • Support Modern Health leadership team and people managers through all people processes including compensation, talent development, performance management, employee relations, change management, organizational design, etc.
  • Coach and develop leaders at all levels within the organization, from line managers through executives
  • Collaborate with other People Team functions (People Ops, Recruiting) and key cross-functional stakeholders to inform the design and implementation of strategic people programs and initiatives
  • Act as a culture ambassador, fostering equity, diversity and inclusion, and belonging
  • Use good judgment and utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform key business and people decisions
  • As a member of the People team, uphold and promote Modern Health’s values; handle sensitive employee relations issues as needed; and support employee engagement initiatives

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of People/HR experience, with at least 2+ years of HRBP experience partnering directly with leaders
  • Experiencing partnering with Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships) strongly preferred
  • Ability to strike a balance between strategic partnership-building and getting things done
  • Comfortable utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem solving and root cause analysis to tell a story and translate it into actionable strategy
  • Working knowledge of compensation principles 
  • Excellent judgment and problem solving capabilities; as well as ability to make pragmatic and thoughtful decisions 
  • Deep sense of empathy and understanding for the needs of diverse groups of people
  • Expertise in building trusting relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (i.e., Finance, Legal) 
  • An advocate for others, speaking up even when it’s difficult, and seeing others accomplish their goals
  • Organizational, facilitation, and project management skills
  • Have a passion for seeing others grow through coaching, mentoring, and career development

The Role

Due to our rapid growth, Modern Health is looking for a talented Marketing Events Manager to join us to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. As a key member of the Modern Health Marketing team, you must be an experienced marketing professional well-versed in all aspects of event strategy, planning, and execution for both in-person and virtual events. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, can manage multiple internal stakeholders, and can work in the weeds while understanding the strategic big picture.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications, you will work closely with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to execute a strong events strategy from ideation to execution while maintaining a growth mindset for what’s next. You’ll make a substantial impact on our annual mental health industry events, Elevate and Elevate Well-Being, among other high-quality onsite, hybrid, and virtual events. Impeccable project management skills and the ability to exercise good judgment required to deliver an amazing marketing event experience is a must.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute event plans for virtual and live events, including tradeshows, conferences, field events, roundtables, Elevate and Elevate Well-Being, and other ancillary events
  • Manage budget, timeline, and execution for event deliverables, including but not limited to contracts, invoices, booths, sponsorship, collateral, swag, hotels, dinners, internal communications, pre-event promotions, post-event follow-up, and lead list scrubbing
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders (sales, partnerships, ops, clinical, customer success, finance, etc.) to align on deliverables, ensure timelines are met, and maximize integrated efforts and program execution. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key third-party vendors and partners, managing programs and ensuring deliverables are on track
  • Conduct post-event analysis to assess success and identify areas for improvement. Report on key metrics and feedback to drive data-driven enhancements. 
  • Hands-on booth set-up and breakdown with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed

Who You Are

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in events or field marketing with a track record of successful event execution 
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent project demands within established timelines
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Google Suite, Marketo, Salesforce
  • Knowledge of event planning and event management
  • Experience in developing and executing International events strategies 
  • Travel as needed (5-10%)
