Job Description

We are growing our Slots team and currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electronic Gaming Manager/Slots Manager to join us.

As our Electronic Gaming Manager you will be responsible for the regional delivery of the Mecca Slots Strategy, driving slots revenue performance across all venues, managing performance KPI’s and third party SLA’s, with the support of the venue operations and the wider slots to achieve this.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge and experience of managing B3, B4, Cat C and Cat D products.
• A track record of designing layouts that grow revenue and improve customer experience.
• Knowledge and experience of slot yield management, understanding of compensated and random game content, reel based legacy games, high/medium/low volatility games and their impact, roulette and roulette variants, bingo variants and online games.
• Experience with both TITO and Cash Payout Slots and their collection process
• Understanding of AMLD, LCCP and Technical Regulations covering Slots, ASA and CAP Guidelines for Marketing of Slots
• Experience and knowledge of the BA/BGC/Bacta Trade Body Set Limits & APAS Products
• Experience with Server Based Gaming Platforms and Game Content Delivery
• A high level of understanding of gaming commercials and rates for all products operated in the sector.
• Knowledge and experience of dealing with gaming ratios for categories B and C/D Machines, and Compliance restrictions within the Bingo sector
• Strong knowledge of all back-office systems including Playsafe, Light & Wonder Videobet and Inspired BI and Cashier Systems.

As the Slots Director, you will be the primary lead, coordinating and managing the successful implementation of Grosvenor’s slots strategic roadmap, including the implementation of the new Gambling Act when enacted. As a strategic leader, you will create detailed documentation, tracking, and status reports to review progress on deliverables, build compelling business cases for project sign-off, and perform ROI calculations. Partnering with our marketing team, you will craft promotional plans that effectively highlight our slots product and ensure optimal product performance through meticulous oversight of service levels, promotional controls, and product layouts. Additionally, you will resolve project risks and issues, maintain risk registers, and communicate project information effectively to stakeholders and senior management, all while managing key relationships through effective SLAs and KPIs.

The Junior QA Analyst is responsible for applying the principles, practices and standards of functional & acceptance testing throughout the software development life cycle. Supporting the business with test coordination activities, functional testing, test execution on digital systems, defect management and handover to the relevant teams.

This role also entails working closely with Release manager, Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA Lead & External Suppliers.

Living in Barcelona’s area or being able to travel to Barcelona as/when requested is required to build a strong collaborative team.

• Driving quality assurance measures and testing standards across the Business
• Review software requirements to ensure they are clear to all aspects of the business
• Work closely with Business Analysts & Product owners to determine the scope of testing on projects
• Create and execute manual tests to check the functionality of the software works as expected
• Raise issues with the development teams when the platforms do not behave as expected
• Work with business stakeholders to identify the priority and severity of defects raised and assigned to the correct parties
• Re-test defects that have been fixed by the development teams
• Create, implement and maintain test repository in Practices
• Test any new software to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications
• Communicate test progress, results, issues impacting deliverables and all relevant information to project stakeholders
• Engage with internal & external team to identify and facilitate to resolve any dependences, identify workarounds and solutions to achieve testing timelines

Requisitos

• Experience with Software Quality Assurance
• Experience in Online gaming systems is beneficial
• Experience in defect management tool JIRA or any other defect management tools desirable
• Experience of Agile development (Scrum) desirable
• Experience using Selenium or any other tool for automation testing in web desirable
