The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious goals, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Enablement Segment Manager to drive impactful enablement initiatives across our global Revenue team. We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented enablement professional with a track record of success in sales enablement, specifically for Account Executives and Key Account Principals. As the Sales Enablement Segment Manager, you’ll use a builder’s mindset to develop transformative sales training, resources, and programs that boost sales performance. In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement high-impact Sales Enablement programs that increase sales effectiveness and drive measurable results. 
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, frontline managers, and cross-functional teams to pinpoint gaps and develop strategic, scalable enablement solutions focused on revenue impact.
  • Implement a data-driven approach to continuously refine programs, ensuring alignment with core business objectives and improved performance outcomes. 
  • Foster a coaching culture by leveraging data and technology to deliver meaningful insights and support sales and business growth.
  • Incorporate feedback actively to maintain an engaging, interactive learning environment that addresses key KPIs. 
  • Promote the adoption of methodologies, tools, and best practices, continuously innovating delivery, adoption, and reporting to optimize results. 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of top-performing, quota-carrying AE experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of sales challenges and opportunities. 
  • 2+ years of Sales Enablement experience, demonstrating an ability to build foundational B2B SaaS learning programs for Account Executives across an organization.
  • Excellent communication and simplification skills to make complex concepts engaging and accessible for all learners. 
  • Metrics-focused mindset to develop and iterate training content aligned with business goals and learning outcomes. 
  • Experience building scalable, repeatable coaching programs for individual contributors and teams. 
  • Strong familiarity with SaaS tech stacks and a knack for optimizing workflows to enhance productivity and growth. 
  • Proven sales coach with 1:1 and group training expertise in a high-growth SaaS setting, with a track record of driving coaching culture.

The Account Executive, SMB role may span a range of experience and expertise. Our starting salaries for this role range from $95,000-$120,000 OTE.  The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options

Handshake is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise reporting to the Senior Director, Product on our Employer team. Your role

You’ll own the lifecycle end-to-end for your product area, including:

  • Leadership. You’ll represent your squad and product area to executives, and translate company-wide strategies to your squad and into your roadmap. You’ll inspire your team on the product vision.
  • Product strategy. You’ll ensure that your squads have a cohesive and differentiated product strategy that ladders up into the Employer team and company strategy.

With your digital storytelling skills, you'll grow Handshake’s core social media accounts and experiment with new channels that reach Gen Z. Your role

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that support business objectives and highlight Handshake’s data, product, community, and team.
  • Run the show across all channels: content ideation, social calendar management, production and measurement. 
  • Drive the content creation process from ideation to publishing, in lockstep with the brand design team. 
  • Support executive LinkedIn content creation by identifying unique angles and trending topics relevant to their area of expertise, audience makeup and business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and spearhead the social component of product launches, customer events and seasonal moments tied to the academic and recruiting calendar.
  • Seek out and build relationships with our community (students, employers and universities), industry experts and influencers to amplify our reach.
  • Manage and monitor accounts for customer service inquiries and potential brand risks.
  • Keep us ahead of the curve on trends, platform updates and algorithm changes.
  • Use data to track what's working (and what's not) and take action to pivot quickly. 
  • Be witty, supportive and additive to the online conversation through proactive community management. 

Your experience

  • 5-7 years proven experience in social media management either in-house, agency, or a mix of both 
  • You are an expert in: content strategy, social copywriting, video production, social analytics, community management, and platform optimization. 
  • What you are eager to become an expert in: data storytelling, higher ed, B2B software, and Gen Z trends. 
  • How you work: adept at multitasking, project managing, problem solving, managing up, collaborating with a range of stakeholders and communicating with a point of view.

Base Salary Range: $102,000 to $156,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. The Renewals job family delivers to an essential moment in the customer journey, ensuring we can continue to deliver value and business outcomes by specializing in customer retention. In collaboration with sales, channel partners, customer success, and sales operations, this team will focus on successfully renewing customer subscriptions while providing a seamless customer experience. The roles aim to deliver predictable and efficient renewals through a proactive management of the customers lifecycle.

 

What you’ll do

  • Maximize customer retention rates through effective sales techniques over the phone, video and email while also minimizing customer churn and contraction.
  • Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded
  • Evaluate license usage and complete the true-up requirements
  • Understand and align customer’s business needs and goals to generate renewal quotes
  • Provide renewals administration support to Renewals Managers and Account Executives
  • Ensure that renewals are closed on a timely basis
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewals strategy and plans, leveraging customer analytics and metrics
  • Liaise with customers to ensure POs and order forms are accurately completed to allow for internal deal approval
  • Ability to identify opportunity and customer level risk and coordinate the mitigation
  • Provide renewals coverage on larger, more strategic customers

What you’ll bring

  • Related sales or related customer experience (examples Account Management Renewals Manager, Customer Success)
  • Fluent/Proficient German language skill 
  • Demonstrated progressive experience with B2B software sales
  • Experience with subscription GTM approaches for customer success management and renewals
  • Effective communicator, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Motivated, driven and results-oriented
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
  • Preferred experience with technical products. Experience with DevOps, software development lifecycle, or application development is a plus.
  • You share our values, and work in accordance with those values.
  • Experienced in driving renewals with predictability and delivering to targeted gross retention rates
  • Experienced in managing a customer relationship from a similar role (e.g., Account Management, Renewals Manager, Customer Success)

Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR?

Our Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategy implementation, positioning, messaging, and branding of our products and services to attract new leads and strengthen Human Edge´s brand awareness.

  • Design and implement account-based marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and advance our web presence (including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Consultants, graphic designers, and content development teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Oversee the creation and organization of marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.

Qualifications

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

  • 8-10 years of experience in Marketing with at least three years of hands-on experience with the online launch of B2B products and services.
  • Relevant experience in the Human Capital industry (nice to have).
  • English C2 or equivalent 
  • University degree (Bachelor), ideally in Marketing.
  • CRM experience to enable digital marketing and sales.
  • Analytic skills: effective at articulating data and insights for sales conversion.
  • Deep understanding of business models and marketplace trends.
  • Digital marketing skills, product launch, and campaign management.
  • Ability to address business problems with solutions that create new insights and drive better people decisions for our clients.
  • WordPress, LearnDash, WooCommerce, Hubspot, and other emerging tools are a big plus!
