En tant que Lead Développeur Microsoft Azure, vous agissez en tant que leader technique sur les projets et auprès des collaborateurs du pôle Digital de l’agence, et vous contribuez sur l’ensemble des sujets opérationnels.

Responsabilités :

• Qualifier, analyser et conceptualiser le besoin dès la phase d’avant-vente.
• Participer aux réponses techniques, aux choix de solutions, à la définition des architectures, aux choix d’approches technologiques, à la sélection des composants Microsoft ou tiers adaptés, et les soutenir.
• Concevoir, réaliser ou accompagner la mise en place des infrastructures et des architectures techniques, principalement en environnement cloud Azure.
• Réaliser des études techniques et animer des ateliers clients.
• Réaliser les chiffrages de mise en œuvre en coordination avec le Chef de Projet et les interlocuteurs clients.
• Rédiger des Dossiers d’Architecture Techniques (DAT), spécifications techniques, réaliser certains développements, accompagner les tests, les recettes.
• Garantir les bonnes pratiques DevSecOps, la qualité du code, la bonne intégration des développements, la maîtrise des environnements internes ASI ou Clients.
• Assurer les phases de mise en production et les déploiements automatisés (CI/CD). Créer et maintenir la documentation technique.
• Animer techniquement les équipes, tutorer, évangéliser le savoir-faire.
• Réaliser une activité de veille technique et travailler avec le Responsable de Pôle sur la roadmap technologique de l’équipe, partager et diffuser aux collaborateurs de l’équipe.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Middle to Senior Software Engineer to lead the transformation of our reimbursement processing system, improving efficiency and accuracy in handling customer requests. Customers currently submit reimbursement requests via an online form or by mail, and these requests are manually processed by our team. The new system will streamline the process, allowing agents to validate, calculate, and process reimbursements in a single platform. Additionally, this position involves building and implementing a new database to securely store and manage request data.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a centralized, web-based portal for internal teams to process incoming reimbursement requests.
• Develop features for data validation, report preparation, and streamlined request processing, combining the functionalities of multiple tools into one efficient platform.
• Work on backend components, developing the application code and APIs in .NET and building a robust MS SQL database for secure data storage.
• Update the existing customer-facing application to integrate with the new database, allowing customers to submit reimbursement requests directly in the app.
• Generate detailed reports for the accounting team to facilitate the issuance of reimbursements.
• Ensure that all data and transactions comply with company standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer with Experience in .NET Framework and C#
• Experience with Azure services and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
• Proficiency in MSSQL database management and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Upper Intermediate (B2) English Level

Vous rejoignez la DSI et plus précisément le service Socle & Outils en tant que Chef de Projet Transformation Digitale et DevSecOps (H/F) pour assurer la gestion technique et opérationnelle de nos projets.

Vous serez l’acteur clé de la transformation digitale de l’UFF et de l’amélioration continue de nos processus.

• Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
• Planifier et suivre les projets techniques, fixer les objectifs et gérer les ressources
• Encadrer les équipes techniques et faciliter leur collaboration
• Surveiller les performances et mettre en place des indicateurs clés (KPI)
• Préparer des rapports d’avancement et documenter les processus
• Identifier des pistes d’amélioration et proposer des initiatives pour optimiser la qualité et l’efficacité des projets
• Suivre les tendances et proposer des innovations
• Intégrer les meilleures pratiques en sécurité et garantir la conformité
• Participer à la gestion et à l'optimisation des budgets de projets
• Assurer une coordination efficace entre les équipes de développement et DevOps
• Superviser les cycles de vie des versions et coordonner le déploiement en production
• Mettre en place les meilleures pratiques DevSecOps pour assurer la sécurité à chaque étape du cycle de développement, de la conception à la livraison

Votre mission consistera à coordonner les équipes des autres services impliqués dans les projets, suivre l’avancement de ces derniers, garantir la qualité des livrables et assurer une communication fluide entre les parties prenantes.

Environnement technique : Micro-services, Web Components, DevSecOps, Java, Angular

Qualifications

Vous avez obtenu un diplôme d’Ingénieur en informatique avec une maîtrise de Java, Angular, Spring, Nginx, Docker, Jenkins, Nexus, Git.

Vous justifiez d’une expérience dans un poste similaire de minimum 6 ans (hors alternance), notamment :

• Vous êtes expert dans l'implémentation de pipelines CI/CD, avec des outils comme Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, et vous disposez des connaissances approfondies des pratiques d'intégration continue et de livraison continue.
• Vous maitrisez également les outils de sécurité pour le code et les applications (ex. SonarQube) et vous êtes capable d’implémenter des contrôles de sécurité automatisés dans les processus de développement.
• Enfin, vous maitrisez l'architecture microservices, de Docker et de Kubernetes pour le déploiement de services en containers et la gestion d'infrastructures de grande envergure.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre excellente communication, votre capacité à négocier, votre aptitude à diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes dans des environnements multi-équipes, en trouvant des solutions efficaces et durables.
