We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Customer Relationship Manager (ECRM) to join our post-Sales Enterprise team. The ECRM will cultivate and manage customer relationships, focusing on growth and retention. The ECRM will partner closely with Nextiva’s Account Executives on account strategy and planning to deepen product usage, identify and implement new use cases, continuously deliver business value, close renewals, and drive growth

The ECRM has experience with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement professionals, possesses a high degree of business acumen, and can identify and translate business value back to the customer. As a key member of our Account Management team, the ECRM must thrive in an environment that is highly collaborative and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to lead and manage relationships with our largest, most strategic customer accounts in the US and Canada.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and implement aggressive expansion strategies.

  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive value realization of the Nextiva platform, growth, and mitigate/remediate risk. This includes coordinating with cross-departmental resources to ensure successful execution of our objectives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key executives and stakeholders. Map out and navigate complex organizations to build new relationships as needed.

  • Represent the customer back to the business through clear communication and administrative updates to CRM, forecasting, and other key tools.

  • Produce regular customer health and status reporting ensuring exceptional data management and accuracy in Salesforce and Totango CRM systems.

  • Provide mentorship and coaching to peers as the Customer Relationship Management organization continues to grow.

Qualifications

  • BS or equivalent education and relevant experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience leading Enterprise Customers (Full sales cycle and/or Growth quota-carrying Account Management experience).

  • Proven track record of selling and/or managing large, multi-product, multi-million-dollar customers.

  • Experience managing a diverse set of customer stakeholders ranging from C-level to manager with 10+ stakeholders per account. Ability to establish new relationships where needed.

  • Experience interfacing closely with executive leaders and leading a diverse set of cross-departmental internal stakeholders to execute account strategy.

  • Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize well, and manage time effectively in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

  • Proven track record of successfully achieving NRR growth and renewal targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully prospect into an installed customer base and successfully identify and solidify business and product value.

  • Ability to clearly articulate business value, impact, and ROI.

  • Ability to strategically plan with customers, mapping complex business objectives to product use cases.

  • Ability to effectively manage customer opportunities and risks.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

  • Salesforce, Totango, Oracle, Atlassian experience preferred.

  • Must be able to travel on-site at least monthly (up to 25%).

What Your Impact Will Be:

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Requires 7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience as a solutions architect, with at least 3 years’ experience architecting for Oracle Cloud Fusion
  • Have a deep functional and technical understanding of Oracle ERP Financials from a global perspective – multiple OUs, Global and Local COA’s, Ledgers, etc. – with expertise in Oracle cloud functional processes of Record to Report, Order to Cash, Requisition to Pay, Plan to Perform, Projects to Result, and Acquire to Retire.
  • Expertise in Oracle technologies (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Web Services, OCI, DBCS)
  • Participation in at least 2 full life-cycle Oracle ERP Financials migrations for global organizations
  • Experience with Oracle localizations and globalizations
  • Ability to KT with Oracle Solution architects of a Big 4 consulting firm to prepare client to take over and support large-scale Oracle cloud  project
  • Proficiency in cloud architecture principles and best practices
  • Ability to lead design discussions with IT and business teams and communicate current application functionality and impact of design changes
  • Interprets and transforms information based on business requirements and provides the data for delivery team

Cloudflare is looking for a Senior Business System Analyst (Salesforce Quote to Order) to join our fast-growing GTM Applications team. In this role, you will work closely with our business stakeholders in Sales, Pricing, Packaging & Finance to deliver a world-class Configure, Price & Quote (CPQ) management experience for our internal users. This role collaborates with Business SMEs, Developers, and Production Support through each stage of the software development lifecycle and demonstrates both existing and new functionality to customer stakeholders.

As a BSA, you will bring a deep understanding of quoting, configuration, and pricing methodologies, best practices in Salesforce CPQ, and experience leading discovery sessions with stakeholders. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing our Salesforce Quote to Order processes and configuration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to map business processes, prepare flow diagrams, and distill business requirements into actionable solution designs.
  • Design, prototype, build, document, and support solutions for the Salesforce CPQ application.
  • Lead socialization sessions with stakeholders to communicate solution designs and ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with business partners to help shape functional requirements for quoting, configuration, and pricing.
  • Hands-on experience to create and manage Price Rules, Product Rules, Discounting, Product Setup and Configuration, Product Options, Quote Templates, and Advanced Approval Rules, with the ability to design for complex business use cases.
  • Administer Salesforce CPQ declarative configuration, settings, and configurations to onboard new products/bundles/SKU and take ownership of NPI in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Recommend improvements to systems and processes to increase efficiency and automation.
  • Demonstrate leadership and technical expertise by presenting custom solutions based on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
  • Perform hands-on technical design, solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and CPQ configuration tasks.
  • Work closely with business partners in the Sales Ops and Commissions teams to define requirements and ensure that solutions deliver best-in-class results and efficient business processes.
  • Manage Sales technology projects and related CPQ impacts: developing requirements, designing functional solutions and prototypes, and testing. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with scope.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation based on design specifications.

Bonus Points:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer with expertise in the life sciences sector.
 

As a key member of Grantek’s Engineering team, you will be developing real-time automation solutions from the manufacturing plant floor to the enterprise level, using a variety of programming, configuration, and design tools: PLC and PAC Programming, Operator Interface and HMI application design, SCADA design, Network design, Database design, Vision system design, Machine Safety system design, Servo motion control, Information Solution design, MES design, ERP connector development, High-level software solution design (involving C#, HTML5, .NET, SQL, VB, VBA, and more). All junior team members will enter our mentoring program, where they will work directly beside our Senior Engineer professionals.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Engineering and implementing real-time automation controls and information solutions.
  • Execute, and generate deliverables for, projects following the GAMP 5 approach.
  • Write and execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ).
  • Conceptualizing during the design phase of the project life cycle.
  • System programming, debugging, and testing.
  • Creating documentation, including project engineering notes, project proposals, project design traceability documentation, case studies, and more.
  • Commissioning new solutions at client sites; finding opportunities for improvements.
  • Creating methodologies and complex problem-solving.
  • Learning new technologies.
  • Mentoring colleagues on your expertise and knowledge base.
  • Having fun and being challenged.

  • Academic or working experience with some or all the listed “Technologies Used”, in previous section.
  • Meticulous, conscientious, analytical, focused, self-starter individual, who is a quick learner.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Have full-time access to a personal vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel b/w 30-50% throughout North America.

  • Expertise on database concepts (Model N, Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Must be self-motivated and manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously
