What might your days look like 

As the Product Manager for Workflows & Automations, you will lead the strategy, vision, and delivery of workflows, IT provisioning, and automation solutions. This role requires strong commercial expertise and a focus on usability design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Engineers, and Data experts, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional value to our users. As our Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for

Product Management & Delivery

  • Responsible for the delivery of the product vision and its success.
  • Drive the product discovery for features and initiatives on the roadmap.

  • Ensure product requirements are gathered accurately and are communicated transparently to the product squad.
  • Be able to host, conduct and articulate presentations to the whole organisation, including C-level execs, as well as corporate partners and external customers.

  • Demonstrated ability to review design proposals, help write requirement specifications, and break a design down into epics, stories and tasks, and estimate the time/complexity of stories and tasks to aid in efficient allocation of work to ICs
  • An understanding of Australian employment law
