The Opportunity:
Flywire is looking for an experienced Client Development Leader to oversee the delivery and execution of our solution to partner institutions through scalable, efficient strategies designed to increase Flywire’s utilisation on campus.
This individual will directly manage a motivated team of regionally based Account Managers, each managing a geographically dispersed portfolio of clients, who are tasked with the continuous growth and expansion of client engagement to retain & maximise the value of these partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
In partnership with Client Operations, the Manager of Long Tail Client Development ensures that Account Managers (AMs) have the resources, tools and skills necessary to create successful clients. They drive and facilitate the utilisation of client configuration & performance data to understand accounts at scale, helping them realise their objectives, efficiently. Accordingly, they ensure the Regional AMs are unlocked to execute on strategies designed to increase Flywire’s effectiveness on campus.
The Manager of Long Tail Client Development is not only the senior voice of escalation when called upon, but also proactively engages with their team to develop a mixture of data-led, targeted campaigns as well as direct engagement, in keeping with the long-tail strategy. They ensure that the Regional AMs are doing the same across their portfolios.
In partnership with Sales leadership, the Manager of Long Tail Client Development works closely with the Client Operations group to identify additional ways that Flywire can serve campus stakeholders. They coordinate their team’s activities that ensures clients, who can benefit, understand the further success that can be achieved with appropriate, additional Flywire products and services.

This individual will work with Account Managers (AMs) to continuously improve and expand our client engagement to retain & maximise the value of these partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
A Client Success Adoption (CSA) Specialist works closely with AMs throughout a client’s lifecycle. They utilise client configuration & performance data to support Account Managers in understanding their accounts and to help realise an account’s objectives.
Both through onboarding and post-go live phases, the CSA Specialist executes as part of wider account strategies designed to increase Flywire’s utilisation on campus. They help build strong initial product adoption and collaborate in business-as-usual to continue utilisation and overall success for each partnership. They effectively communicate with client stakeholders via engagements in-keeping with the Account Manager’s plan.
CSA Specialists have a thorough understanding of Flywire products and services. Through this and paired with in-depth account performance data, they are able to identify additional ways that Flywire can serve campus stakeholders. We, at Flywire, are seeking a Manager within our Finance team to lead our MTL reporting process. This individual will play a critical role in managing MTL reporting for the company, ensuring compliance with the financial requirements of money transmitter licenses, to include:
Financial Reporting and Analysis -
Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis in support of MTL reporting requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to state regulators.
Conduct financial analysis to support the regulated business and help guide its decision-making, including profitability analysis, cost control, and performance metrics.
Regulatory Compliance --
Ensure compliance with the financial requirements of state and federal money transmitter licenses, including net worth, bonding, and liquidity requirements.
Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance with money transmission regulations.
Prepare and submit required financial reports to regulatory bodies, including the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and individual state regulators.
Work cross-functionally to ensure the financial health of the licensee and compliance with money transmitter license requirements.
Budgeting, Forecasting and Cash Management --
Develop financial forecasts and budgets in support of MTL reporting requirements.
Provide inputs into the overall company budgeting and forecasting process for MTL activities.
Collaborate with the treasury team on liquidity requirements and allowable investments for MTL entities, including forecasting cash needs and optimizing cash management strategies.
Ensure funds are appropriately allocated to meet operational needs and money transmission regulatory requirements.
Audit and Risk Management --
Coordinate with state regulators on internal and external audits, ensuring all financial and regulatory audits are completed on time and without issue
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the integrity of MTL reporting.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, including those related to money transmission, fraud, and compliance.
