8+ years of experience as a HubSpot Architect/Specialist or similar role in a complex, multi-organization environment.
Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and associated tools.
Experience with data integration, CRM optimization, and marketing automation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience in designing and implementing marketing attribution models.
Familiarity with ICP analysis, sales process automation, and lead routing strategies.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
