The Technology Department delivers differentiation, scalability and security for the business. You will take ownership of the credit analysis for a proportion of the Marex client base, in conjunction with other credit analysts, to ensure a thorough understanding of each client’s business model & financials as well as the impact of macroeconomic events on each client. The Operational Risk team is looking for an Operational Risk Associate who will play a crucial role in assisting the Firm in the identification, evaluation and management of operational risks, whilst supporting the operational risk strategy and driving a proactive operational risk culture. This role exists to take ownership of all elements of counterparty risk monitoring across the Marex EMEA client base and in conjunction with other regional Heads, ensure a thorough understanding and reporting of counterparty risk exposures and appropriate limits across the firm.

The Prime Services Risk Manager position requires a thorough understanding of the Equity & Fixed Income markets to provide risk management oversight and analysis on the trading risks of client portfolios, the equity business, and global markets. Product coverage includes cash equities, single name equity
futures, options, ETFs, indices, structured OTC derivatives.
Assisting in the formulation of Marex’s Client Margin policy, ongoing review of positions against limits, working with 1st line team on evaluating prospective client portfolios to ensure strategies are in line with risk appetite, design and perform scenario analysis on portfolios and collaborate with traders and quants
