1) What to Sell? 

Accountable for the Solution portfolio / product mix 

  • Define which products are core to the solution portfolio 
  • Articulate how each of the products brings unique client benefits 
  • Ensure portfolio profitability is understood & improved over time  

Commercial ownership of pricing rate cards & commercial policies 

Close partnership with Global Product Leadership function:

Build a strong community around the portfolio / expertise

Build and execute the Go To Market plans for the solutions: 

  • Campaign calendar & content  
  • Commercial Decks / Proposal Decks 
  • Improve Demo Scripts 
  • Create and coordinate TL and Webinars (with Inside Sales support) 
  • Market kit Product adaptation to APAC: Rate cards, Commercial Policies and Discounts, Communication kit (power pages, one-pagers, detailed product presentation, etc). 
  • Joint coordination with the Inside Sales teams for external and internal campaigns 

Ensure that the Sales teams are enabled with best-in-class product / solution / sales training materials  

  • Seek for consistency across APAC Markets 
  • Ensure Power Position sales decks & ‘pitch perfect’ examples available  
  • Develop automated gift of content tools (in partnership with Inside Sales) 
  • Define the training product plans for APAC teams (in partnership with Inside Sales) 
  • Execute and coordinate the internal & external training plan (in partnership with Inside Sales) 
  • Work with Inside Sales team to translate these materials to eLearning where appropriate 
  • Share competitive analysis 

Be directly involved in sales pitches & keep a close touch with clients: 

  • Lead / heavy support to major RFPs and or multi-market RFPs

  • Direct involvement with HQ clients: grow, build, impact relationship and revenue 
  • In charge of the coordination of APAC markets for global RFP’s

Core KPIs

  • Team Engagement and Retention - Increase engagement among customer success associates in the region as measured through Engage results as well as retention of associates
  • Regional Revenue for the Practice Area: Drive repeat sales, renewals & Ensure all delivery schedules are optimized to meet quarterly revenue targets
  • NPS: Ensure sufficient response rate from clients, Increase/maintain baseline performance, Support and/or lead key client follow ups and action plans
  • EBITDA - Support region lead to: Monitor project and solution profitability, and leverage time tracking learning to help improve delivery contribution, Manage W&S Delivery budget through a lens of optimization for the region via org design, hubbing, etc. and to Manage T&E budget through the lens of prioritizing client engagement as well as team performance and engagement

Qualification

  • Proven track record in Analytics Consultancy/ Market Research leadership roles
  • Expertise in (application of) Brand & Media Solutions preferred
  • Proven leader of high performing teams
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge in sales processes in CPG companies, customers, modern and traditional market
  • Good knowledge of NielsenIQ products, services and data preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven sales acumen
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes
  • Proven experience in leading a team, managing people, and developing talent
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
  • Capable to maintain positive client relationships in complex situations & resolve client issues
  • Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Skilled & polished communicator, including client presentations
  • Able to synthesize data & simplify findings to solve client business issues
