Your Mission 

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Director in Italy. As an individual contributor, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and managing all commercial and operational activities within the country. This position requires a dynamic sales person with a deep understanding of the payment landscape, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

●        Develop and execute the country-specific sales and growth strategy, aligned with the overall company objectives.

●        Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and onboarding.

●        Establish an extensive pipeline of sales opportunities, manage the development of the pipeline and accurately forecast sales to senior management

●        Build up thought leadership both inside the company, in the digital goods/retail community and at the trade shows & industry conferences

●        Work closely with marketing, product, and other key departments to gain alignment and secure buy-in for implementing and executing the country-specific strategy, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and committed to shared goals.

●        Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, compliance, finance) to launch and manage strategic partnerships

●        Mentor and Collaborate with Team Members: Provide guidance and support to colleagues within the country team, fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the team.

●        Present large scale technical products and innovative solutions to prospects at C-level

●        Strong pipeline management via SalesForce to ensure accurate forecast of performance and deliver consistent results among Tier 1 prospects.

 

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

●        Minimum 8 years’ experience in Fintech, at least 5 years of which must be direct working experience in an Ecom/Digital goods company in a similar capacity

●        Ability to attract, recruit, lead and retain a team of high performing business development managers in the future.

●        Leadership and management experience.

●        Complex solution selling (i.e., experience selling or delivering software or services that required the end client to realign certain business processes).

●        Demonstrated success with sales campaigns in a fast paced, consultative, and competitive market.

●        Ability to travel.

●        Global citizen mindset

●        Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.

Your Mission  

The underwriter is part of the Risk and Compliance organization at Nuvei.  The position is responsible for the underwriting review of new account applications as presented within defined SLA’s. The review confirms the eligibility of the client or partner.  As part of the role you will also be expected to contribute to the transaction monitoring function within the risk function.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Complete review of client and partner applications ensuring department SLA’s are met.

·       Ensure Know Your Customer (KYC) and related regulatory requirements are adhered to during the underwriting process so the company is compliant with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) policies.

·       Correctly interprets and applies card brand network rules so that only eligible merchant businesses are provided with a processing account.

·       Communicate decisions and data needs with sales teams and business partners.  Communication should be professional and effective to ensure partners understand the rationale for decisions made or data requested.

·       Participate in the process for ongoing periodic review of larger exposure merchant accounts to ensure the risk to Nuvei from these accounts are properly mitigated.

·       Monitor fraud alerts and investigate high risk transactions to determine fraud

·       Implement and adjust fraud detection rules, processes and systems to improve detection

·       Maintain an understanding of relevant rules and regulations affecting the payments industry including VISA, Mastercard, Auspaynet, AUSTRAC etc.

·       Continually review and improve workflows and processes to find efficiencies

·       Work with other teams in the business to help mitigate fraud with their areas of responsibility

·       Communicate and involve stakeholders regarding fraud related incidents and solutions

 

Preferred Qualifications

·       Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance 

·       1-2 years experience in a Credit Analyst/ Fraud Risk Analyst  role or similar in the Financial Services Industry. 

·       Builds and maintains positive relationships, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills in dealing with external dealer network.

·       Demonstrable proficiency across the MS Office suite.

·       Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Nuvei Premium Service Engineer acts as the trusted advisor to premium partnership accounts and a strategic focal and escalation point for technical improvements, business requirements, and critical incidents that may arise. As an Sr. Underwriting analyst, you will review and analyze merchant applications to qualify their credit worthiness. The types of deals reviewed will range from low-risk small business applications to higher risk, higher volume deals. You will follow all Nuvei appropriate credit policies and ensure compliance with boarding guidelines to mitigate overall financial and reputational risk exposures. You will be actively engaged with the Loss Prevention and Sales teams to identify risk and market trends. Main Duties / Responsibilities

  • Verifies merchant application information, coordinating the collection of missing data and documentation. Analyzes and underwrites new merchant applications using different Underwriting tools Re-evaluate existing merchant accounts as requested by the other internal departments

Your Mission

We are looking for an Incident Problem Manager (IPM)to join our fast-Production Team. Job Overview 

Reporting to the Director, Financial Reporting you will play an instrumental role within the finance team. You will have the opportunity to optimize accounting and consolidation processes and systems for the control and timely delivery of Nuvei’s consolidated financial statements, notes and related financial information. Requisition 

  • Prepare, consolidate and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and related disclosures prepared under IFRS for senior management and external stakeholders; 
  • Reconcile account balances, maintain general ledger and prepare close procedures; 
  • Experience working with a consolidation tool supporting an efficient and scalable consolidation workflow to ensure appropriate and timely delivery of financial information; 
  • Prepare, validate and review monthly accounting entries and financial reports supporting the monthly financial close and deliver accurate, insightful and timely analysis of financial results; 
  • Support the implementation of new and/or revised accounting or reporting requirements; 
  • Support quarterly reviews and year-end external audit; 
  • Identify and lead continuous improvements projects around the financial close process; 
  • Interact with the different business units and corporate departments;

 Qualifications (Skills/Experience)

Your Mission

Your mission:
As a MLRO you will oversee the AML/CFT Compliance Program of UAB Nuvei and will be responsible for the design and monitoring of the AML/CFT Compliance Program.
The role involves assessing AML/CFT compliance of new products, providing AML/CFT related advice, addressing policy matters and managing relationships with supervisory authorities.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assessing the AML/CFT compliance of new products, services, processes and contributing to the risk assessment of associated AML/CFT risks of new products/services;
  • Designing and overseeing the AML/CFT compliance program, identifying documentation and control failures or gaps, assisting in the remediation efforts, where needed, and overseeing the correction of the identified gaps of AML/CFT area;
  • Drafting and maintaining robust AML/CFT policies/procedures, monitoring AML/CFT compliance systems and contributing and overseeing AML/CFT enterprise-wide risk assessment;
  • Overseeing higher risk customers. Assessing high risk customers and providing opinions on whether to start or continue business relationship with such customers;
  • Providing detailed, timely reports to the Management Board, the Company’s management, supervisory authorities, FCIS, according to the applicable reporting cadence;
  • Providing advice on AML/CFT compliance topics to business units and other stakeholders;
  • Acting as primary liaison with supervisory authorities, FCIS, consultants/ law firms, partners on matters related to AML/CFT;
  • Being responsible for the Company’s AML/CFT internal training plans, documentation, and delivery.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • 5+ years of experience in AML compliance, with at least 3+ years spent in a Senior Position within Lithuanian financial services institution/obliged entity supervised by the Bank of Lithuania/FIU;
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field;
  • Tech-savvy & being able to use multiple different internal/external systems & databases to collect & assess information;
  • Be up to date with local & international standards & regulations in AML/CFT;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to identify patterns and trends;
  • Ability to engage various stakeholders & align them with Company’s compliance culture;
  • Excellent bilingual English & Lithuanian communication skills both written & verbal;
  • Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ICA, CAMS, CFE) are a plus.

Your mission:
As a Risk Officer you will oversee the Enterprise Risk Management Program of UAB Nuvei and will be responsible for the design and/or implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Program. 

The role requires taking ownership of providing risk advice, performing hands-on risk evaluation tasks, dealing with policy matters and working on new regulatory projects.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing and overseeing the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, identifying documentation and control failures or gaps, assisting in the remediation efforts, where needed, and overseeing the correction of the identified gaps of the risk management area;
  • Conducting risk assessments of new products, services and processes;
  • Drafting and maintaining robust risk management, internal control, outsourcing policies/procedures and implementing related processes;
  • Conducting annual business-wide risk assessment (BWRA) and annual enterprise-wide risk assessment (EWRA), including ICT, AML/CFT, Sanctions, Fraud, Operational, etc. risks, and preparation of related risk maps;
  • Providing detailed, timely reports on risk management to the Management Board, the Company’s management, supervisory authorities, according to the applicable reporting cadence;
  • Providing advice on risk management topics to business units and other stakeholders;
  • Being a liaison with supervisory authorities, external consultants/law firms, partners on matters related to risk management;
  • Being responsible for the Company’s risk internal training plans, documentation, and delivery.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit, with at least 3+ years spent in a Senior Position within Lithuanian financial services institution supervised by the Bank of Lithuania;  
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; 
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP), or equivalent are advantageous;
  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools, experience with ERM frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000), and the ability to manage and analyze large datasets for risk reporting;
  • Be up to date with local & international risk management standards & regulations; 
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing multiple high-priority tasks independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and develop actionable risk insights;

About the position:

We are looking for a smart, team-oriented Underwriting Account Manager. The Underwriting Specialist will report to the Underwriting Director and will assist in onboarding Nuvei clients quickly and smoothly. The person in this role will apply know-your-client (KYC) and due diligence procedures to potential and existing clients. The Underwriting Specialist will be part of a collaborative team that has a quick and quantifiable impact on our growing business.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with clients' onboarding and apply due diligence and KYC procedures.

· Monitor business activities and practices to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

· Analyze and assess online business models.

· Liaise and deal with relevant banking authorities - e.g., regulators and banking institutions.

· Communicate with internal teams and customers on various matters.

· Coordinate his work with the global Underwriting team.

· Conduct research as necessary.

· Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

· Generate and update documentation, which may include communication documents and scheme updates.

· Advise management

· Bachelor or higher educational degree – mandatory.

· Good understanding of Card Schemes and Payments Processing.

· Demonstrated knowledge of underwriting, KYC, and client onboarding.

· 2-3 years previous experience in payment industry.

· Fluent command of English; working command of Spanish and/or Portuguese depending on location.

· Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Computer literacy and experienced user of MS Office.

Your Mission 

We are looking for a People Operations Manager to spearhead all HR operational processes and support management with all things people.

Reporting to the Senior People Operations Business Partner based in London, you will be providing hands-on support with general people operations across the EMEA & APAC region.

Your Mission

The Relationship Management Director is responsible for a small and growing team of Relationship Managers looking after operators in the iGaming vertical. The Director will also have direct responsibility for some of Nuvei’s largest customers and will play an instrumental role in shaping the success of this core vertical.
