We are seeking a motivated and diligent  Paid Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role in managing paid digital marketing campaigns and serving as the primary interface between our marketing agency and internal teams. In this role, you will work closely with our Digital Marketing agency, Field Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, alignment with business goals, and continuous optimization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for performance marketing  to grow their skills in a fast-paced, high-growth, pre-IPO collaborative and dynamic cybersecurity company.

Key Responsibilities

 

 Agency Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the digital marketing agency and internal stakeholders, ensuring campaign strategies, deliverables, and timelines align with business priorities.

 Field Marketing & Sales Alignment: Work closely with Field Marketing and Sales teams to gather theatre/geo objectives, prioritize campaigns and programs, and ensure that digital plans, efforts, and outcomes support regional and pipeline goals.

 Campaign Management: Coordinate with the agency to create, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

 Performance Tracking: Monitor agency-reported campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.), provide internal teams with updates, and ensure KPIs are met.

 Creative Asset Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between the agency and internal design/content teams to develop engaging ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages tailored to campaign objectives.

 Audience & Targeting Input: Provide audience insights and feedback to the agency based on regional and sales team priorities to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.

 Budget Oversight: Track daily spend and pacing in collaboration with the agency to ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets and deliver expected outcomes.

 A/B Testing: Work with the agency to propose, execute, and analyze A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance.

 Competitive Analysis: Collaborate with the agency to monitor industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities and best practices.

 Tool Utilization: Use tools like SFDC, Tableau, Google Analytics and CRM platforms to analyze and communicate campaign performance to internal teams.

 

Qualifications

 

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

 Experience: 2-5 years of experience managing or assisting with paid digital campaigns, preferably with exposure to agency collaboration or coordination; internships or entry-level roles in digital marketing are acceptable.

 Skills & Competencies:

 Agency Interface: Proven ability to manage relationships with external agencies or vendors, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.

 Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey campaign details, progress, and results effectively to both agencies and internal teams.

 Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms, as well as Google Analytics.

Position Overview

Vectra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MDR (Managed Detection and Response) Security Analyst to join our team. As aSr Security Analyst, you will serve in a critical role in protecting and defending Vectra MDR customer infrastructure. You will be responsible for supervising and analyzing security events, responding to incidents, conducting SOC (Security Operations Center) operations, and assisting MDR customers to ensure their needs are met.

A successful candidate will have sound technical experience and skills, blended with good interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities 

  • Monitor security logs and alerts from various sources, including intrusion detection systems, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) tools. 
  • Investigate and analyze security incidents, identify root cause, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Complete security response actions, including full remote remediation of endpoints.
  • Perform threat hunting and proactive analysis to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including product, engineering, and support, to resolve customer incidents or issues.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior security analysts, sharing knowledge and standard processes.
  • Conduct health checks and architecture reviews, providing technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as an MDR security analyst, SOC analyst, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience providing remote response and remediation activities within networks and on endpoints.
  • Solid understanding of intrusion detection systems, artificial intelligence-based attack detection and prevention, incident response methodologies, and SOC operations.
  • Experience with SIEM tools, log analysis, network analysis, endpoint analysis, and threat intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities:

Position Overview

Help us build great software that protects our customers around the world from an ever-increasing number of cyber attacks!

As part of the Engineering team, Software Engineering Interns will work directly on Vectra's platform to build or enhance features that help solve customer problems. You'll work side-by-side with other interns and dedicated, experienced engineers as your assigned mentors. You will have ownership of a high-impact project for the length of the internship (which is typically a 12-week program, depending on your school's end and start dates).

Our goal is to create a robust and impactful learning experience that gives candidates a better feel for the day-to-day skills and challenges you will experience in a full-time software engineering team. Working in a modern software company like Vectra you can also expect to learn how to deliver software end-to-end including understanding builds, automated tests, deployments, monitoring, and alerting.

Responsibilities

To be able to work on high-impact software projects, you will need to:

  • Be comfortable writing and shipping code daily
  • Contribute to automated testing and other parts of end-to-end software delivery
  • Work collaboratively in a team with other interns and senior engineers
  • Evaluate and identify the correct approaches or technologies to use to solve problems

We will present options to interns for different impactful summer projects that align with the team's interests and skills (e.g. frontend/backend, data engineering, etc.). Please speak with us more to learn more about past projects that interns have delivered!

Qualifications

  • Required
    • Current student working on BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science (or similar engineering subject)
    • Experience with object oriented programming and data structures
    • Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments
    • Experience with a source control system, preferably Git
    • Internship is in the summer only
  • Preferred
    • Knowledge of networking and security fundamentals
    • Understanding of databases beyond basic queries and interaction
    • Experience with REST APIs
    • Performance tuning skills

We have a number of different teams with different focuses, so we generally accept all candidates focused on modern software development (frontend, backend, data, etc.). You will be applying to a general posting and, based on your interests and experience, will be matched and receive more specific details on the team's responsibilities.

Position Overview

The ADR role is a support to our Sales Motion. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Support your Regional Sales Manager (RSM) by identifying new business opportunities in Greenfield Enterprise accounts by delivering on both inbound and outbound strategies and campaigns
  • Engage with existing and old opportunities to assist your RSM in progressing them faster and more efficiently down the sales funnel
  • Apply critical thinking to make recommendations in scenarios that are not covered by defined work processes
