About the Role

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions across departments, including sourcing, CV screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating assessment tests
  • Organize and actively participate in recruitment events and activities to promote company brand awareness and attract top talent
  • Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies and maintain relationships with key talent pipelines (e.g., universities, job fairs, professional networks)

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Oversee the onboarding process in sync with other departments, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating systems setup, orientation programs, and all necessary onboarding documentation (e.g. employment contracts, personal information forms, etc)
  • Manage the offboarding process, in sync with other departments, ensuring a positive experience for departing employees

HR Operations & Systems

  • Administer and maintain HRIS (SuccessFactors) system, ensuring data validity and providing insightful analytics and reports to support decision-making
  • Handle employee benefits administration, including health plans, mobile plans, allowances etc., ensuring accurate and timely enrollment and updates
  • Maintain and monitor employee records, ensuring timely updates and compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to manage PRs & POs, ensuring alignment with budget requirements

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and resolving employee issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business and contribute to projects that make a real difference in how we work, grow, and thrive together
  • Partner with employees to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
  • Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives and HR projects

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in social & behavioral sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s HR degree or professional HR certification is a strong plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. Experience in Telco or Tech industries is a plus
  • Proven experience in a multinational or dynamic corporate environment

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent command of the English language (both oral & written)
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, particularly Excel (e.g. Lookup & logical functions, Pivot tables & charts, conditional formatting, data validation)
  • SAP ERP & Success Factors knowledge will be considered as a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines

As a Software Engineer in Test, you will be involved in all of our software and hardware.

This role is not remote and based in our Boston (Charlestown) headquarters, a minimum of 3 days per week.

What you will do:

  • Work with the Software team to automate test cases to drive the continuous quality of software releases.
  • Write test automation scripts against our Android apps and TypeScript frontend.
  • Champion verification of software releases 
  • Continuously monitor the stability and performance of our machines and services. Escalate problems and suggest improvements
  • Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution
  • Act as an advocate for standardized operations and processes

To thrive in this role, you will need to develop a deep understanding of our technology and developer pain points, provide high quality, timely and exhaustive support through to project completion, taking ownership of the entire integration process for assigned partners.  The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the payment ecosystem, ISVs, payment facilitation, and payment technology integration.

 

To succeed in this role, you will: 

  • Become a recognized subject matter expert on the functions, uses and technical documentation and specifications of our platforms that span merchant boarding, transaction processing, account maintenance and reporting.
  • Follow documented processes and procedures, including customized Payment Processing Designs which act as scopes of work, supporting our customers with the integration phase of our embedded payments strategy for each assigned partner.

Your impact

Qualifications

  • Has several years of experience working with Product Management.

  • Experience creating software platforms, SDKs, libraries, or other cross/shared platform development experience

  • Consistently deliver thorough campaign and creative QA and troubleshooting services for ad-hoc internal and client tagging, tracking, and reporting issues.
  • Become the expert on our internal site specs and product offerings.
  • Translate client requirements into technical solutions and requirements and vice versa.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments such as Project Managers and Designers to execute and monitor all custom elements per campaign.
  • Reconcile billable media for all activations across platforms.
  • Provide process improvements and recommendation; translate business strategy and requirements into operational requirements; keep detailed documentation on various processes for team development.

WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for a Project Manager responsible for successful delivery on professional service engagements for our customers, specifically in the specialty contractor commercial segment. In this role, you will oversee projects that support specialty contractor clients in maximizing the impact of Procore’s technology on their operations, ensuring compliance with government standards and regulations. You will apply best practices and solutions to each client based on their individual business processes and goals. Our service delivery team is solely focused on ensuring Procore's clients are well supported, educated, and fully adopted on our platform. You’ll be instrumental in planning clients’ services and developing roll-out strategies then executing against their plan and pulling in appropriate resources to complete the projects on time and on budget. Leveraging this consultative approach, you will deliver Industry, Technology, and Change Management thought leadership while encompassing Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership.

Traveling for client on-sites and company events will be required for up to 25% of your time.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with clients to create a project strategy that focuses on business-based outcome delivery. This consists of leading discovery and design workshops, developing Gantt project plans, managing and forecasting resources, tracking and managing risk, building change management strategies, and fostering relationships with global clients.

  • Collaborate with key contacts, technical leadership, and our Customer Success department to execute custom statements of work and onboarding strategies for our clients.

  • Help create efficiencies by developing and implementing repeatable processes and templates to ensure standardization where possible.

  • Create and manage custom project timelines/project plans to ensure on-time delivery of services and deliverables.

  • Remain current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors to build trust and create meaningful relationships among Champions and key points of contact within each account.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years experience managing projects, developing custom project plans, forecasting resources, tracking and managing risk, building change management strategies. 

  • 3+ years of experience working in the construction operations or technical support of operations.

  • A history of servicing large, complex organizations with complex web and mobile applications utilized for documentation management, project management, or similar use cases.

  • Successful management of projects and professional services within a defined limited scope.

  • Demonstrated successful software client services with proven experience onboarding and training mid to large-scale clients.
